The LED lamp of claim 6, wherein: the light source component also comprises a light source mounting seat used for mounting the light source plate; the light source mounting seat is sleeved on the inner side of the heat dissipation disc; the mounting seat is of a hollow disc-shaped structure, and the light source plate is mounted in the hollow position of the light source mounting seat; the screw tooth connector is movably connected to the back side of the light source plate.

the pressure formed by the torsion spring faces the inner side of the base;
one end of the torsion spring is connected with the base through the mounting clamping piece, and the spring sleeve is sleeved at the other end of the torsion spring.
