本发明涉及印花滚筒技术领域,具体为一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒。
背景技术
滚筒为圆柱形的零件,分驱动和从动辊,广泛应用于如圆网印花机、数码打印机、输送设备、造纸和包装机械等各类传动输送系统中,通常采用无缝钢管制成,广泛用于钢铁、冶金、煤炭、水泥、发电、化肥、粮库和港口等行业,纺织行业对滚筒的使用量也在逐年增加,但现有的滚筒印花机,多采用单喷孔喷头对印花滚筒进行喷涂,容易导致喷涂不完全,且对于印花过后的布料因染料含有水分,不及时处理会导致印花变形,影响质量和美观性,总所周知涂料具有易干结的特性,搅拌不均匀或停止使用很快就会结块,且长期使用,滚筒内部的涂料箱容易产生残渣,不易清除,从而影响喷涂的质量,因此一种新型的印花滚筒应运而生。
发明内容
为实现上述均匀搅拌涂料,除涂料水分的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,包括滚筒,所述滚筒的表面开设有喷料口,滚筒的内部固定安装有加热丝,加热丝远离滚筒内壁的一侧固定连接有涂料箱。
所述涂料箱的内部固定连接有支撑板,支撑板的内部活动连接有丝杠,丝杠远离支撑板内壁的一端固定连接有伸缩杆,伸缩杆的两侧均固定连接有震板,震板远离支撑板的一侧弹性连接有毛针,所述震板的下部活动连接有弹簧片,所述支撑板的右侧且位于对称的震板的连接处固定安装有超声波发射器,支撑板的上部设置有卡槽,卡槽的表面卡接有调节机构。
本发明的有益效果是:当进行印染的时候,因滚筒内壁安装有加热丝,在印花喷涂料的过程中,加热丝贴近印染涂料的表面,可迅速蒸发涂料内的水分并烘干印花,使其更快的贴合在被印染物体的表面,如果需要搅拌涂料,开启超声波发射器,超声波振动带动震板晃动,使其表面的毛针晃动达到均匀搅拌涂料的效果,当需要对涂料箱进行清洁的时候,可调节卡柱的位置,移动伸缩杆使震板贴合涂料箱的内壁,震荡毛针对其表面清理,达到了清洁涂料箱的效果,滚筒表面设置有多好个喷料口,达到了均匀喷涂的效果。
优选的,所述调节机构包括卡柱,卡柱的上表面弹性连接有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧远离卡柱的一侧弹性连接有拔杆,通过拔起拨杆可以对卡柱的位置进行调节。
优选的,所述滚筒的两侧均固定连接有减震机构,对滚筒刚接触被印染物体时起到减震的作用。
优选的,所述减震机构包括导向杆,导向杆的下部弹性连接有复位弹簧,导向杆与复位弹簧之间活动连接有转轴。

涂料箱4的内部固定连接有支撑板5,支撑板5的内部活动连接有丝杠6,丝杠6远离支撑板5内壁的一端固定连接有伸缩杆7,伸缩杆7的两侧均固定连接有震板8,震板8远离支撑板5的一侧弹性连接有毛针9,震板8的下部活动连接有弹簧片10,支撑板5的右侧且位于对称的震板8的连接处固定安装有超声波发射器11,超声波是一种频率高于20000赫兹的声波,它的方向性好,穿透能力强,易于获得较集中的声能,在水中传播距离远,可用于测距、测速、清洗、焊接、碎石、杀菌消毒等。在医学、军事、工业、农业上有很多的应用。超声波因其频率下限大于人的听觉上限而得名,科学家们将每秒钟振动的次数称为声音的频率,它的单位是赫兹(Hz)我们人类耳朵能听到的声波频率为20Hz-20000Hz。因此,我们把频率高于20000赫兹的声波称为"超声波"。通常用于医学诊断的超声波频率为1兆赫兹-30兆赫兹,支撑板5的上部设置有卡槽12,卡槽12的表面卡接有调节机构13,调节机构13 包括卡柱1301,卡柱1301的上表面弹性连接有压缩弹簧1302,压缩弹簧1302 远离卡柱1301的一侧弹性连接有拔杆1303。
在使用时,当进行印花的时候,滚筒1贴合被印花物体的表面,复位弹簧1402起到减震的作用,涂料从喷料口2被喷出,加热丝3加热,因为设置在滚筒1的内壁上,可对涂料中的水分进行蒸发并烘干涂料,启动超声波发射器11,震动震板8,毛针9被晃动对涂料进行搅拌,通过拔杆1303调节卡柱1301处于不同位置的卡槽12内,拉或推伸缩杆7,使震板贴合涂料箱4的内壁,震板8震动使毛针9对其表面进行清洁。

Claims (5)
1.一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,包括滚筒(1),其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)的表面开设有喷料口(2),滚筒(1)的内部固定安装有加热丝(3),加热丝(3)远离滚筒(1)内壁的一侧固定连接有涂料箱(4)。
所述涂料箱(4)的内部固定连接有支撑板(5),支撑板(5)的内部活动连接有丝杠(6),丝杠(6)远离支撑板(5)内壁的一端固定连接有伸缩杆(7),伸缩杆(7)的两侧均固定连接有震板(8),震板(8)远离支撑板(5)的一侧弹性连接有毛针(9),所述震板(8)的下部活动连接有弹簧片(10),所述支撑板(5)的右侧且位于对称的震板(8)的连接处固定安装有超声波发射器(11),支撑板(5)的上部设置有卡槽(12),卡槽(12)的表面卡接有调节机构(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,其特征在于:所述调节机构(13)包括卡柱(1301),卡柱(1301)的上表面弹性连接有压缩弹簧(1302),压缩弹簧(1302)远离卡柱(1301)的一侧弹性连接有拔杆(1303)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)的两侧均固定连接有减震机构(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,其特征在于:所述减震机构(14)包括导向杆(1401),导向杆(1401)的下部弹性连接有复位弹簧(1402),导向杆(1401)与复位弹簧(1402)之间活动连接有转轴(1403)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够充分搅拌涂料并提高印染质量的印花滚筒,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)内部的上下内壁均与加热丝(3)固定连接。
