Abstract

一种支气管封堵喉罩,由可旋转支气管封堵接头和喉罩体两部分组成,其特征在于:两个直通输入端口(1)和(2)拼排布置,都设置有中心带圆孔的硅胶帽(4)和密封螺旋塑料盖(5),一个直通输入端口(1)用于通入吸痰管、气道内镜及其它器械,另一个直通输入端口(2)用于通入支气管封堵装置;斜通输入端口(6)与直通输入端口成45度角,用于连接辅助通气设备;直通输出端口(8)与接头本体(3)之间设置有可360°自由旋转的接头(7);直通输出端口(8)与喉罩本体(9)相连接,构成支气管封堵喉罩。本发明直通输入端口(1)可通入各种气道内镜,直通输入端口(2)可通入支气管封堵装置,实施支气管封堵;斜通输入端口可与麻醉机或呼吸机连接,实现控制呼吸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支气管封堵喉罩,属于医疗装置领域。
背景技术
实施一侧胸腔内或者一侧肺内手术,需要使用双腔支气管导管或者其它器械封堵一侧支气管,实施单侧肺通气。然而,由于目前现有的双腔支气管导管或者其它器械存在不足,常有插管、通气不满意甚至失败的情况,难以满足临床要求;尤其对于个子矮小患者以及8岁以下的小儿患者,目前还没有双腔支气管导管或者其它器械适合单侧肺通气。对现有的双腔支气管导管或者其它器械的提升改进,对个子矮小患者以及8岁以下的小儿患者实施双腔支气管导管或者其它器械的单侧肺通气,一直是临床医务工作者探索的课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,目的在于提供一种既可提升改进目前双腔支气管导管或者其它器械的安全性、实用性和可靠性,又可以实现个子矮小患者以及8岁以下的小儿患者实施单侧肺通气的气道管理装置,为个子矮小患者以及8岁以下的小儿患者开展实施单侧肺通气,开展胸腔内手术提供帮助。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种支气管封堵喉罩,由可旋转支气管封堵接头和喉罩体两部分组成,其特征在于:两个直通输入端口(1)和(2)拼排布置,都设置有中心带圆孔的硅胶帽(4)和密封螺旋塑料盖(5),一个直通输入端口(1)用于通入吸痰管、气道内镜及其它器械,另一个直通输入端口(2)用于通入支气管封堵装置;斜通输入端口(6)与直通输入端口成45度角,用于连接辅助通气设备;直通输出端口(8)与接头本体(3)之间设置有可360°自由旋转的接头(7);直通输出端口(8)与喉罩本体(9)相连接,构成支气管封堵喉罩。
本发明直通输入端口(1)旋开螺旋塑料盖后可由与端口粘接固定的硅胶帽中心孔通入各种气道内镜(小儿纤支镜最常用、最实用),直通输入端口(2)旋开螺旋塑料盖后可由与端口粘接固定的硅胶帽中心孔通入支气管封堵装置,支气管封堵装置在气道内镜引导下经喉罩体、声门进入气管、支气管实施支气管封堵,进而实现单肺通气;斜通输入端口可与麻醉机或呼吸机连接,实现连接麻醉机控制呼吸,直通输出端口与喉罩体相连接借以与气道连接。由于直通输出端口与接头本体之间设置有可自由旋转的接头,既可保证连接主体和主轴不被扭曲,同时通过斜通输入端口的旋转,灵活方便的适应麻醉机以及手术操作人员的位置和操作习惯。
本发明有助于实施成人和小儿尤其是个子矮小患者以及8岁以下的小儿患者的单肺通气,进而实现单肺通气下胸腔及肺内手术,拓展了个子矮小患者尤其8岁以下的小儿患者实施的单侧肺通气的方法,方便了手术操作,提高了安全性。

结合附图,一种支气管封堵喉罩,由可旋转支气管封堵喉罩接头和喉罩体两部分组成,其特征在于:两个直通输入端口(1)和(2)拼排布置,都设置有中心带圆孔的硅胶帽(4) 和密封螺旋塑料盖(5),一个直通输入端口(1)用于通入吸痰管、气道内镜及其它器械,另一个直通输入端口(2)用于通入支气管封堵装置;斜通输入端口(6)与直通输入端口成45度角,用于连接辅助通气设备;直通输出端口(8)与接头本体(3)之间设置有可360°自由旋转的接头(7);直通输出端口(8)与喉罩本体(9)相连接,构成支气管封堵喉罩,支气管封堵喉罩与人体气道相连接,构成支气管封堵喉罩气道,实现在支气管封堵下实施单肺通气。
