本发明涉及一种用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮,用全株大麦全部替换妊娠期母猪日粮中的麸皮,其中所述全株大麦为皮大麦地间成熟并自然晾干后,当籽实水分低于20%时收割的地上部分,粉碎至98%通过60‑80目筛;优选妊娠期母猪日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米42.5‑46%;豆粕17.5‑22.8%,全株大麦30.5‑32%,豆油0.5%,1%妊娠母猪预混料1%,石粉1‑1.2%,轻钙0.7‑0.75%,氯化钠预混料0.6‑0.65%,胆碱0.1‑0.15%,小苏打.25‑0.3%。采用本发明的用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮,降低了霉菌污染母猪日粮的危害,改善了母猪和仔猪的健康程度,提高了养猪效益。简化了全株大麦种植收储的工作,对于云南山地养猪户来说简化了日粮配制操作程序,更易于种养结合、维持养猪生态特征。

技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧养殖领域,具体涉及一种用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮。
背景技术
在养猪生产中,母猪的日粮营养和组成又对母猪的繁殖性能起着重要作用,进而决定了养猪的生产效益。麸皮是一种净能较低、粗纤维较高的原料,在传统母猪日粮中,为了保障母猪的消化道健康和维持适宜体况,必须含有三成以上的麸皮。
但是麸皮日粮不符合云南山地生态养猪需要。云南是我国发展生态养猪业潜力较大的山地大省,生猪常年存栏量居全国第五位,其中家庭养殖占养殖主体构成的98%以上,但云南缺乏饲料的主要原料,如豆粕、玉米及动物性原料鱼粉、乳清粉等,常见必需原料如麸皮、玉米副产品等原料也都从省外调进,因此导致云南工业饲料的生产成本高于全国平均水平。特别是麸皮,由于受产地、收获季节、运输、储存等环节影响,麸皮受霉菌毒素污染的情况严重。云南家庭养猪户长期以来维系着麸皮日粮的习惯,母猪在采食了含霉变麸皮污染的日粮后普遍出现假发情、配不上种、流产、少仔、产木乃伊以及产后乏乳等诸多不良症状,严重影响了母猪的繁殖性能,损害了养猪户的经济效益和养殖积极性。因此开发适合云南山地生态养猪特征的母猪日粮是一项重要而现实的工作。
大麦是一种抗逆性远远强于小麦的杂粮类作物,适宜于高原山地种植。云南的大麦种植面积和总产量均居全国第一,达380多万亩,品种资源也居全国第一,主要有啤酒大麦和饲料大麦。无论何种大麦,其秸秆部分通常成为反刍动物的饲粮,而籽实部分或酿酒或作为自养猪鸡的单一饲粮,储存也是秸秆和籽实分开存放。云南产的大麦秸秆和籽实一般不进入市场流通,所以没有商业化的饲用加工产品。即使是养殖户自用,也是麦秆做麦秆用、籽实做籽实用,缺乏科学合理、营养均衡、规范标准的配制,饲用价值较低,处于低效浪费的状况。我国有部分饲料企业在玉米价格较高时为降低饲料成本会采用一定比例的大麦原料替代原部分玉米,但所用大麦均为国外进口的大麦籽实,未有本地产大麦。
云南大麦是早春作物,于每年少雨干燥的4-5月份收获,而且主要是皮大麦,故籽实和茎秆均不易受霉菌毒素污染,较耐储存。籽实秸秆一体的全株大麦是一种比传统麸皮优质得多的饲料原料,但目前还见以籽实秸秆一体的全株大麦替代麸皮的母猪日粮及配制技术。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮,目的在于提供一种使用籽实秸秆一体的全株大麦替代麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮。
本发明提出的用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮,用全株大麦全部替换妊娠期母猪日粮中的麸皮,其中所述全株大麦为皮大麦地间成熟并自然晾干后,当籽实水分低于20%时收割的地上部分,粉碎至98%通过60-80目筛。
优选地,用全株大麦替换麸皮的妊娠期母猪日粮,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:

本发明的有益效果如下:
1.用全株大麦替代麸皮,降低了霉菌污染母猪日粮的危害:云南大麦是早春作物,于每年少雨干燥的4-5月份收获,再加之主要是皮大麦,故籽实和茎秆均不易受霉菌毒素污染,较耐储存。本申请的发明人经多年跟进多地、多品种的200多个大麦籽实、茎杆、大麦苗、全株大麦样品检测发现,云南大麦中6种常见霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马毒素、T-2毒素和赭曲霉毒素)较少检出,且检出者均未超标,其安全性显著优于常规谷物性饲料原料玉米、麦麸和DDGS。使用全株大麦替代麸皮,大大降低了日粮中霉菌毒素给母猪带来的假发情、配不上种、流产、少仔、产木乃伊以及产后乏乳等诸多不良症状,改善了母猪和仔猪的健康程度,提高了养猪效益。
2.简化了全株大麦种植收储的工作,节约了劳动成本:全株大麦在地间成熟、自然晾干、全株采收堆放,用时粉碎,按配方配制,随用随取。将传统模式秸秆、籽实分开收获、分开存放管理简化为一次性收获、同地存放管理应用,节约了收储成本;随粉随配,也较好地保存了原料的品质;全株使用对于云南山地养猪户来说简化了日粮配制操作程序,更易于种养结合、维持养猪生态特征。
3.更高的营养水平和更友好的环境排氮量:本发明的全株大麦在妊娠母猪日粮中的占比可达到30.5%或32%,日粮净能水平已达到2220千卡/千克以上,粗纤维水平更达到8%的上限水平,且粗蛋白水平略低于传统麦麸日粮,意味着向环境排放氮量降低,更环境友好。
4.降低日粮成本:用当地种植的全株大麦替代省外调运的麸皮,大大节省了饲料成本,就算按较高全株大麦较高的价格1.5元/千克计
算,使用全株大麦替代麸皮的母猪日粮每吨成本也能降低106—165元。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案,但是本发明的技术方案不以实施例为限。
实施例1:
发明人经多年跟进多地、多品种的200多个大麦籽实、茎杆、大麦苗、全株大麦样品检测发现,云南大麦6种常见霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马毒素、T-2毒素和赭曲霉毒素)较少检出,且检出者均未超标,其安全性显著优于常规谷物性饲料原料玉米、麸皮和DDGS。下表为几种大麦及麸皮主要养分的实测值(云南当地)。

由上表可见,大麦籽实淀粉含量相当于麸皮的2倍,故而可提供的净能水平远远高于麸皮,而无论是秸秆或麦苗的粗纤维水平均显著高于麸皮,完全可以替代麸皮提供日粮粗纤维的功能。同时,经检测,大麦籽实测所含β-葡聚糖、直链淀粉、支链淀粉分别为淀粉基础上的10.33%、6.49%和37.30%,β-葡聚糖为益生元,支链淀粉的可消化率、吸收率也高于直链淀粉,且适口性优于麸皮,所以说籽实秸秆一体的全株大麦是一种比传统麸皮优质得多的饲料原料。
实施例2:
待全株大麦地间成熟自然晾干后,籽实水分低于20%时,收割地上部分,粉碎至98%通过80目筛,配制妊娠母猪试验日粮,并与传统麸皮日粮对照,测量不同日粮的营养水平,计算不同日粮的价格成本。

从表2可见,当麸皮用量在日粮中的占比达30%并补充5%的大豆皮时,日粮净能只能达到2100千卡/千克,粗纤维水平为5.4%;而当麸皮用量在日粮中的占比达45%时,日粮净能只能达到2030千卡/千克,粗纤维水平只能达到4.4%。而在全株大麦日粮中,全株大麦在日粮中的占比可达到30.5%或32%,替代了全部麸皮,且不用单独添加大豆皮,日粮净能水平已达到2220千卡/千克以上,粗纤维水平更达到8%的上限水平,且粗蛋白水平略低于传统麦麸日粮,意味着向环境排放氮量降低,更环境友好。对于养殖户来说,除了母猪日粮更生态环保安全优质外,即使按较高原料价格1.5元/千克计算,全株大麦妊娠母猪日粮每吨成本也降低106—165元。
实施例3:
将传统麸皮日粮A、B和全株大麦日粮C、D用于饲喂妊娠期母猪,统计窝产仔数、窝产活仔数和仔猪出生均重。

由实施例3的结果可见,采用全株大麦完全可以替代妊娠期母猪日粮中的麸皮,而且可以获得更好的繁殖效益,提高窝产活仔数,提高初生仔猪体重,为仔猪的生长打下良好基础。
