The C-shaped light steel 111 comprises a rectangular channel steel structure formed by a bottom straight section 111b and two side wall sections 111C, wherein the bottom straight section 111b and the side wall sections 111C respectively form the section width and the height of the C-shaped light steel 111, the bottom straight section 111b is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped holes 111g penetrating through the second T-shaped bolts 134 along the length upper direction of the light steel, the side wall section 111C extends to one side from the bottom straight section 111b, the tail end of the side wall section 111C is provided with a supporting section 111d which is bent inwards, the supporting section 111d is parallel to the bottom straight section 111b, and the supporting section 111d is provided with a folding section 111e which bends back towards the bottom; the middle part of the side wall section 111c is provided with an inward concave section 111f which is recovered inwards; which facilitates hiding the bolt head and nut of the connecting bolt 135 in the groove. The T-shaped head 134a of the second T-shaped bolt 134 is in a columnar structure, the second T-shaped bolt 134 is formed by welding two columnar rods together, one of the columnar rods forms the T-shaped head 134a, the other columnar member forms a threaded rod part, the T-shaped head 134a is also welded with a thin rod 134b with a diameter smaller than that of the T-shaped head 134a, the length of the thin rod 134b is greater than that of the columnar member of the T-shaped head 134a, and the second T-shaped bolt 134 limits the rotation of the thin rod 134b around the second T-shaped bolt 134 through the side wall of the C-shaped light steel 111, so that the rotation of the second T-shaped bolt 134 is limited. The first T-bolt 122 has the same structure as the second T-bolt 134, and the first T-bolt 122 restricts the rotation of the slender rod around the axis of the screw portion of the first T-bolt 122 by the side wall of the C-shaped light steel 111, thereby restricting the rotation of the first T-bolt 122. Except for the right angle guarantee device 120 positioned at the inner angle of the wall mould, a screw rod 124 penetrating through the corresponding transverse bar 110 is fixedly connected to a right angle edge of a right angle iron body 121 of the right angle guarantee device 120, the screw rod 124 penetrates through a gap between two C-shaped light steel 111 forming the corresponding transverse bar, a pressing plate 125 is sleeved on the screw rod 124, the pressing plate 125 is pressed on the opening side of the C-shaped light steel 111, and the right angle guarantee device 120 is locked and clamped on the corresponding transverse bar 110 through the pressing plate 125 and a pressing plate nut 126; a right angle side of the right angle iron body 121 is formed with a plugboard 121b inserted into a gap between two C-shaped light steels 111 of the other corresponding bar; the pressing plate 125 is in a clamping plate shape, the pressing plate 125 is clamped on the bar 110 through a clamping groove, a clamping tongue 125a is formed in the middle of the pressing plate 125, and the clamping tongue 125a is located in a gap between two C-shaped light steel 111 forming the bar. The right angle guarantee device 120 positioned at the inner angle of the wall die, the two right angle edges of the right angle iron body 121 are respectively provided with a plugboard 121b inserted into the gap between the two C-shaped light steel 111 of the corresponding transverse bar, and the two plugboards 121b form an integrated structure; the right angle guarantee device 120 of this construction does not need to be provided with a screw 124.
The opposite pulling pressing plate 142 of the parallel opposite pulling device 140 has the same structure shape as the pressing plate 125 of the angle assurance device, and the clamping tongue on the opposite pulling pressing plate 142 is positioned in the gap between the two C-shaped light steel 111 forming the transverse bar. In addition, the first lock nut 133 and the second lock nut 143 have the same structure and comprise a nut body, wherein the two sides of the rear section of the nut body are outwards extended to form a force applying arm, the side surface of the tail end of the force applying arm is provided with a convex block, the tail end of the nut body is in a hexagonal nut structure, and the force applying arm, the two convex blocks and the hexagonal nut structure form an integrated Chinese character 'shan'; the front end of the first lock nut 133 is abutted against the bearing surface of the bearing seat 131 b; the second lock nut 143 is abutted against the side surface of the back rib reinforcing frame 100 by the front end of the nut body.
In this embodiment, two mutually perpendicular columnar rods of the first T-shaped bolt 122 and the second T-shaped bolt 134 may be integrally formed by casting, extrusion or other integral forming methods, and at the same time, the thin rod section may be integrally formed on the columnar rod member constituting the T-shaped head.
In embodiment 2, referring to fig. 17 and 18, flanges 121c are formed on the upper and lower edges of two right-angle sides of the right-angle iron body 121, so that both right-angle sides form a channel shape, the bottoms of the right-angle sides are attached and fixed on the outer side surfaces of the corresponding bars 110, the side walls of the right-angle sides formed by the flanges 121c are buckled on the upper and lower side surfaces of the corresponding bars 110, and the corresponding side walls of the two right-angle sides are formed into a whole; the cross bar 100 is composed of a single piece of the C-shaped light steel 111; the insertion plate 121b formed on a right-angle side of the right-angle iron body 121 is inserted into the second bar-shaped hole 111g for penetrating the first T-shaped bolt 134 on the bottom straight section 111b of the C-shaped light steel 1111 of the other corresponding bar; the positioning retaining tongue 131C on the angle opposite-pulling seat 131 is matched with the second strip-shaped hole 111g on the bottom straight section 111b of the C-shaped light steel 111 for penetrating the first T-shaped bolt 134; the clamping tongue 125a in the middle of the pressing plate 125 sleeved on the screw 124 is clamped in the C-shaped groove of the C-shaped light steel 111.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, and will not be described here again.
In this embodiment, the insert plate 121b may not be formed in a right-angle side of the angle body 121; the clamping tongue 125a in the middle of the corresponding pressing plate 125 is not required to be arranged; the counter-pulling pressure plate 142 of the corresponding parallel counter-pulling device 140 is identical in construction to the pressure plate 125 of the angle assurance device, which is not provided with the catch 125 a.

Claims (8)

1. A light steel keel type corner wall mould reinforcing system is characterized in that a plurality of back edge reinforcing frames (100) which are vertically distributed at intervals form clamp type fastening of vertical back edges (200) of a corner wall mould; the back edge reinforcement frame (100) comprises a plurality of transverse bars (110); the front end of one (110) of two adjacent cross bars at the corner is abutted against the side surface of the other outer cross bar (110), and the two adjacent cross bars (110) abutted against each other are fixedly connected into a mutually vertical state through a right-angle guarantee device (120); two adjacent bars (110) perpendicular to each other are reinforced by angle butt pullers (130) except for the inner wall angle; the two parallel cross bars (110) are locked by pulling and pressing through parallel opposite pulling devices (140); the right-angle guaranteeing device (120) comprises a right-angle iron body (121), and two right-angle edges of the right-angle iron body (121) are adhered and fixed on the outer side surface of the corresponding cross bar (110) through a first T-shaped bolt (122) and a locking nut (123) which are penetrated; the right angle guarantee device (120) is positioned at the outer side of the back edge reinforcing frame (100); the angle pair puller (130) comprises two angle pair pulling seats (131), and the two angle pair pulling seats (131) are respectively arranged on the two corresponding cross bars (110); the angle pair pulling seats (131) are fixedly connected with the cross bar (110) in a pulling and pressing locking mode, and the two angle pair pulling seats (131) are locked and fixed in a pulling and pressing mode through the threaded pull rod (132) and the first locking nut (133); the angle opposite-pulling seat (131) comprises a clamping plate type base (131 a), and the clamping plate type base (131 a) is clamped at the outer side of the corresponding transverse bar (110) through a clamping groove; a bearing seat (131 b) is outwards extended on the outer side surface of the clamping plate type base (131 a), a through hole penetrating through the threaded pull rod (132) is formed in the bearing seat (131 b), and the end surface of the hole opening of the through hole forms a bearing surface for bearing the first locking nut (133); two second T-shaped bolts (134) are arranged on the clamping plate type base (131 a) in a penetrating way, and T-shaped heads of the second T-shaped bolts (134) are clamped in corresponding clamping grooves of the cross bars (110); the angle opposite-pull seat (131) is fixedly connected to the corresponding cross bar (110) through a locking nut (136) screwed on the second T-shaped bolt (134); the cross bar (110) is clamped in a clamping groove of the clamping plate type base (131 a).

The light gauge steel corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 1, wherein a screw (124) penetrating through the corresponding cross bar (110) is fixedly connected to a right-angle side of the right-angle iron body (121), a pressing plate (125) is sleeved on the screw (124), and the right-angle guarantee device (120) is clamped on the corresponding cross bar (110) through the pressing plate (125) and a pressing plate nut (126); the pressing plate (125) is in a clamping plate shape, and the pressing plate (125) is clamped on the transverse bar (110) through a clamping groove.

The light gauge steel corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein flanges (121 c) are formed on the upper and lower edges of two right-angle sides of the right-angle-shaped angle iron body (121), so that both right-angle sides form a channel steel shape, the bottoms of the right-angle sides are attached and fixed on the outer side surfaces of the corresponding bars (110), and the side walls of the right-angle sides formed by the flanges (121 c) are buckled on the upper and lower side surfaces of the corresponding bars (110).

The light gauge steel corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 1, wherein the bearing seat (131 b) is provided with a part protruding from the width direction of the clamping plate type base (131 a), and a positioning blocking tongue (131 c) protrudes inwards on the bottom of the clamping groove of the clamping plate type base (131 a); the transverse bar (110) is composed of two parallel C-shaped light steel (111), an opening of the C-shaped light steel (111) is positioned at the inner side of the transverse bar, and the two C-shaped light steel (111) are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the positioning retaining tongue (131C); the through hole penetrating the threaded pull rod (132) is provided with a part formed on the positioning retaining tongue (131 c); the diameter of the threaded pull rod (132) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the positioning retaining tongue (131 c).

The light steel keel type corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 4, wherein the positioning retaining tongue (131C) is further provided with an extension section (131 d) extending towards the inner side of the cross bar, the width of the extension section (131 d) is smaller than that of the positioning retaining tongue (131C), a connecting bolt (135) is penetrated at the distal end of the extension section (131 d), the connecting bolt (135) sequentially penetrates through the two parallel C-shaped light steel (111) from two side walls of the C-shaped light steel (111) forming the cross bar, and is fixed on the cross bar (110) through nuts; a plurality of first strip-shaped holes (111 a) penetrating through the connecting bolts (135) are distributed on the two side walls of the C shape of the C-shaped light steel (111) along the length direction.

The light steel keel type corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 4, wherein the C-shaped light steel (111) is a rectangular channel steel structure formed by a bottom straight section (111 b) and two side wall sections (111C), the bottom straight section (111 b) and the side wall sections (111C) respectively form the cross-section width and the height of the C-shaped light steel (111), the bottom straight section (111 b) is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped holes (111 g) penetrating through the second T-shaped bolts (134) along the length direction of the light steel, the side wall sections (111C) extend to one side from the bottom straight section (111 b), the tail ends of the side wall sections (111C) are provided with supporting sections (111 d) bent inwards, the supporting sections (111 d) are parallel to the bottom straight section (111 b), and the supporting sections (111 d) are provided with folded-back sections (111 e) bent back towards the bottom.
7. The light gauge steel corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 6, wherein the sidewall section (111 c) is formed with an inwardly reclaimed concave section (111 f) in the middle.

The light steel keel type corner wall mold reinforcing system according to claim 1, wherein the parallel counter-puller (140) comprises parallel counter-pulling screws (141), counter-pulling pressing plates (142) are arranged at two ends of the parallel counter-pulling screws (141), the counter-pulling pressing plates (142) are in a clamping plate shape, and the counter-pulling pressing plates (142) are locked and abutted on the side surfaces of the back edge reinforcing frames (100) through second locking nuts (143).
