Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种暗浜处理施工方法。
背景技术
暗浜是一种不良地质情况,是指原来这个地方是河道,有淤泥沉积,后来上面又有了覆土或者其他覆盖物填没,但是沉积的淤泥仍在,需开挖后才能看出。这种情况不利于地基的稳定性,尤其对基础建设存在隐性危害。
传统暗浜通常采用自地面开始施工的复合地基的方式进行处理,一则无法消除暗浜自有污染成份,无法避免二次污染;二则处理后的地基无论是强度还是刚度均有别与临近的地基,形成新的不均匀地基,不利于后续利用或再处置。
发明内容
基于以上问题,本发明提供一种暗浜处理施工方法,通过该方法施工,有利于暗浜周边土体排水固结,提高周边土体强度;同时可提高了暗浜处地基的整体稳定性,减少地基的不均匀沉降,还充分再利用场地资源,并避免二次污染,减少弃土对环境的影响。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种暗浜处理施工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)测量放线,确定开挖范围;
2)沿设计开挖基槽顶部边缘设置降水井,并利用潜水泵进行基槽降水处理;
3)放坡开挖,采用挖掘机械挖出有污染成份的暗浜土体;
4)在开挖完成的基槽底部进行复合地基增强体施工;
5)复合地基增强体施工完成后,在基槽底部铺设砂垫层,并用压实机具压实,压实后砂垫层厚度为300~500mm;
6)在压实后的砂垫层上方铺设回填土,并用压实机具压实;回填土为与暗浜临近土体物理性能相近且不含污染物的土体,土体的物理性能包括土体的颗粒级配、吸水率、膨胀率及压实度,形成与临近土体性能相近的均匀地基。
进一步地,步骤2)中沿基槽顶部边缘每间隔8m~15m设置一个降水井。
进一步地,降水井降水后,基槽内地下水水位降至基槽底部以下500mm。
进一步地,步骤4)中的复合地基增强体为掺有水泥的泥浆搅拌桩。
进一步地,步骤6)中回填土分层回填、分层压实,每层回填土压实后的高度为200~300mm。
进一步地,砂垫层与回填土之间设置有无机土工布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在暗浜位置的底部铺设砂垫层进行铺设,形成透水层,有利于周边土体排水固结,提高周边土体强度;同时采用与暗浜临近土体性能相近的土体回填碾压,形成与临近土体性能相近的均匀地基,提高了暗浜处地基的整体稳定性,减少地基的不均匀沉降;还充分再利用场地资源,减少弃土对环境的影响。

实施例:
参见图1和图2,一种暗浜处理施工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)测量放线,确定开挖范围:结合地质勘察报告充分利用临近土体及暗浜底部的持力层,尽可能使临近土体不受扰动;探明暗浜区域并用石灰或其他标记物标记出暗浜边线,并埋设标高指示桩,用于确定暗浜的埋深;做好施工准备工作,如进行工种配套、人机配套、机具配套等;
2)降水井2施工:根据设计的降水井2井位及现场的试剂情况,每间隔8m~15m设置一个降水井2,确定出各降水井2位置;在降水井2位置设置钢护筒,防止钻钻井过程中井口周围土体塌陷,护筒在钻进过程中也能起到一定的导向作用;用冲击钻成孔,并在成孔过程中利用泥浆护壁,并在井口周边设置排浆槽和沉淀池;井孔完成后向井孔内放置于不锈钢井管,不锈钢井管的高度高出井口底面300~400mm不锈钢井管的外径小于等于井孔的直径,不锈钢井管的底部设有滤水孔;不锈钢井管内安装潜水泵3,基槽1内地下水渗入井孔内,并由滤水孔进入不锈钢井管,利用潜水泵3将渗入的地下水抽至远离基槽1的地区,防止地下水回流;在不断地渗水并抽水的过程中,控制地下水水位降至基槽1坑底以下500mm。通过降水及时疏干暗浜开挖范围内土层的地下水,使其得以压缩固结,以提高土层的水平抗力,防止开挖面的土体隆起,改善土体开挖运输性能;在基槽1开挖施工时做到及时降低基槽1中的地下水位,保证基槽1的开挖施工的顺利进行;及时降低暗浜开挖基槽1下部承压含水层的承压水水头,防止基槽1底部发生涌水翻砂,以确保施工时基槽1底板的稳定性。
3)放坡开挖:采用挖掘机械挖出有污染成份的暗浜土体;因暗浜开挖的基槽1中含水量较大,且其中土体之间的粘结力较小,因此开挖过程宜采用放坡开挖的方式进行,可以防止开挖的暗浜基槽1坍塌,保证开挖安全;同时暗浜基槽1侧壁开挖呈一定的坡度,也便于暗浜被的淤泥或土体的运输;
4)在开挖完成的基槽1底部进行复合地基增强体4施工,可以对基槽1底部进行加固,进一步保证了基槽1的稳定性;本实施例中采用掺有水泥的泥浆搅拌桩对暗浜处的基槽1底部及深部暗浜进行加固,其步骤为用带有搅拌杆的搅拌机在基槽1底部竖直向下搅拌钻进,钻进过程中向搅拌部位的土体内加入水泥,利用基槽1底部的原土体及其自身含水量,与加入的水泥搅拌均匀后逐渐固化形成强度高于周边土体的搅拌桩;最大限度的利用了原土体作为一部分加固填料,施工较为方便,减少工程土体的搬运与处理工序。
5)复合地基增强体4施工完成后,在基槽1底部铺设砂垫层5,并用压实机具压实,压实后砂垫层5厚度为300~500mm;砂垫层5的设置可以在基槽1底部形成透水层,在基槽1回填完成后,基槽1及周边土体上方渗下的水分进入砂垫层5后,经由砂垫层5排出或引流至排水系统中,有利于周边土体排水固结,提高土体强度;防止基槽1内回填土6含水量较大而长期浸泡土体塌陷或变形。
6)在压实后的砂垫层5上方铺设回填土6,并用压实机具压实;回填土6为与暗浜临近土体物理性能相近且不含污染物的土体,土体的物理性能包括土体的颗粒级配、吸水率、膨胀率及压实度,形成与临近土体性能相近的均匀地基,提高了暗浜处地基的整体稳定性,减少地基的不均匀沉降,还充分再利用场地资源,减少弃土对环境的影响;回填土6分层回填、分层压实,每层回填土6压实后的高度为200~300mm,可以保证回填土6的压实度均一稳定,规避了一次性回填时容易使得下部回填土6压实不紧密而引发后期土体塌陷的问题。
如图2所示,砂垫层5与回填土6之间设置有无机土工布7,增大回填土6的侧向抗力,同时可以增大回填土6与砂垫层5之间的整体稳定性。

Claims (6)
1.一种暗浜处理施工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)测量放线,确定开挖范围;
2)沿设计开挖基槽(1)顶部边缘设置降水井(2),并利用潜水泵(3)进行基槽(1)降水处理;
3)放坡开挖,采用挖掘机械挖出有污染成份的暗浜土体;
4)在开挖完成的基槽(1)底部进行复合地基增强体(4)施工;
5)复合地基增强体(4)施工完成后,在基槽(1)底部铺设砂垫层(5),并用压实机具压实,压实后砂垫层(5)厚度为300~500mm;
6)在压实后的砂垫层(5)上方铺设回填土(6),并用压实机具压实;所述回填土(6)为与暗浜临近土体物理性能相近且不含污染物的土体,所述土体的物理性能包括土体的颗粒级配、吸水率、膨胀率及压实度,形成与临近土体性能相近的均匀地基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中沿基槽(1)顶部边缘每间隔8m~15m设置一个所述降水井(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的施工方法,其特征在于:所述降水井(2)降水后,基槽(1)内地下水水位降至基槽(1)底部以下500mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中的复合地基增强体(4)为掺有水泥的泥浆搅拌桩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤6)中所述回填土(6)分层回填、分层压实,每层回填土(6)压实后的高度为200~300mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于:所述砂垫层(5)与所述回填土(6)之间设置有无机土工布(7)。
