The invention, as shown in figures 1, 8, 9, 11 and 15, eliminates the handle of the electric toothbrush to form a non-handle electric toothbrush by simply including a head that can be repositioned lingually in the mouth and a power means for driving the head to perform the brushing motion, but is revolutionarily significant.
Because the invention cancels the brush handle, cancels the operation of hand holding the brush handle by hands, directly arranges the driving motor in the brush head, and drives the brush head when the brush head is put into the oral cavity. The position of the brush head can be changed through the tongue in the oral cavity, so that the toothbrush has the function of cleaning teeth, a user can free hands during brushing teeth, the user does not hold the toothbrush handle by hands, the toothbrush is more convenient, and the fatigue strength during brushing teeth is reduced. In addition, besides the driving motor provides power, a user can also utilize the tongue to change the position of the brush head in the oral cavity, and the position and brushing time of the brush head are controlled according to the experience of the user, so that not only is the discomfort that the brush handle needs to move roughly and repeatedly in the oral cavity avoided, but also the damage to the teeth of a human body caused by improper brushing operation is avoided. Meanwhile, the brush head can be controlled by the tongue to control the position, so that the tooth brushing experience of people is comfortable and the pleasure is increased, and the toothbrush is especially suitable for children who are unwilling to brush teeth and are unlikely to brush teeth.
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention by way of illustrative examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the electric toothbrush without handle of this embodiment comprises a brush head 1 which can be repositioned by the tongue in the mouth and a power device 2 which drives the brush head to perform the brushing motion.
The power device 2 comprises a driving motor, in this embodiment, a vibrating motor 211, and is hermetically arranged in the inner cavity of the brush head, and for realizing the power supply of the vibrating motor, the power device is further connected with a power line for the driving motor, one end of the power line is connected with the vibrating motor 211, and the other end is connected with a power supply (not shown in the example of fig. 1). The specific power source can be a dry battery, a charger, or a household power source. In order to facilitate control, when the power line is provided with a power switch and a speed regulating button and needs to brush teeth, the power line is connected with a power supply, the vibration motor 211 is controlled to start, and the brush head 2 starts to vibrate slightly in the oral cavity to brush teeth.
The power cord provides a 'path' for the whole non-handle toothbrush to pass through, the power cord 1 is adopted to be thinner than the brush handle of the toothbrush with the handle, the non-handle toothbrush is put into the mouth when a user uses the toothbrush with the handle, the power cord can be utilized to assist the user to control the brush head, and meanwhile, the user can be prevented from swallowing by mistake during brushing teeth.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the brush head 2 comprises bristles 11 and a brush body 12, and a driving motor is hermetically arranged in a cavity 13 of the brush body, wherein:
the brush head 1 is provided with bristles which are preferably arranged on the whole outer surface of the brush body and are radially arranged on the outer peripheral surface, so that the brush head can clean teeth in an omnibearing manner. The specific bristle arrangement mode, bristle material, bristle shape and bristle size can be selected according to different users and actual use requirements, so that the comfort level of the oral cavity can be improved, and the toothbrush can be cleaned conveniently.
The brush body 12 can be similar to a spherical capsule shape, can also be similar to a long capsule shape, and can be any other shape which improves the experience and is beneficial to arranging a motor. The brush body is similar to a capsule shape, is convenient to be placed in an oral cavity, is convenient for a user to use a tongue to move the toothbrush under the condition that the safety of the inside of the oral cavity is ensured, and can avoid damage to teeth and gums caused by brush hair close to one end of the teeth. Facilitating more comprehensive cleaning of teeth.
The brush body is also good, and the bristles are preferably non-toxic and flexible and elastic materials, such as non-toxic silica gel materials, because of the need for placement in the oral cavity. Therefore, when the electric toothbrush without the handle is used, the brush body is required to be placed in the oral cavity, and the nontoxic silica gel material can provide better use safety and is helpful for preventing teeth and the oral cavity from being injured.
In the embodiment, the problem that the brush head cannot be shared by multiple persons but the motor can be recycled is considered, so that the cost is saved in order to realize the recycling of the motor, and the brush head is skillfully designed. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the brush head and the housing 23 of the internal sealed motor form a detachable structure, and when the original used brush head needs to be replaced and detached, the brush head is detached from the brush body to be replaced by a new brush head, which is very simple and convenient.
Further preferably, the driving motor can be directly a waterproof motor, or the motor and the electric wire are directly assembled together, or soldered at the tail part of the motor.
For further promotion brush head sealed effect, supporting effect, the electricity is connected the effect, and this embodiment optimizes as follows:
one end of the brush body is sealed, the other end of the brush body is provided with a port 131 for facilitating the sheathing of the motor, the port is arranged on the power input side, a brush body port sealing plug 132 is sealed on the port, and a through hole 1321 is formed on the sealing plug for installing a power line and a fastening piece.
Preferably, the brush body forms an inner cavity 13, and the drive motor is mounted in the brush body inner cavity on a motor mounting frame, and the mounting frame comprises an upper mounting frame 251 and a lower mounting piece 252, which are buckled together. In addition, the side of the motor is provided with a supporting member 253, one end of which is supported on the side of the motor, and the other end of which protrudes through hole 1321 for connection with the power cord 1. The power cord mated with the through hole 1321 forms a power cord sealing joint 221, preferably forming a slot therein, so that the end side of the support 253 extending out of the interface is inserted into the slot and forms an interference fit therewith, so as to avoid a gap at the interface of the power cord and the brush body, and entering saliva to short-circuit the motor. In addition, in order to facilitate the wiring, a wiring hole 2530 is formed in the supporting member 253, through which the power cord passes to be electrically connected with the motor. Preferably, the supporting piece of the embodiment is a variable-diameter cavity metal column, the large-diameter side is matched with the inner diameter of the brush body, the small-diameter side is matched with the power wire sealing joint, the cavity in the column forms a through wiring hole, and the power wire is connected with the motor through the cylindrical cavity.
Alternatively, the brush body port sealing plug 132 and the power cord sealing joint 221 may be separately inserted and matched together, or may be integrally injection-molded.
In order to further prevent saliva from entering a brush body cavity containing a motor when the brush head brushes teeth in the oral cavity, a first sealing ring 231 is arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the brush head body sealing plug 132 and the brush body through hole 1321 to serve as a first-stage seal, a second sealing ring 232 is arranged between the inner circumferential surface of the brush body port sealing plug 132 and the outer circumferential surface of the supporting piece 253, and the second sealing ring 232 is tightly matched with the outer circumferential surface of the supporting piece to form a second-stage seal.
Thus, when the sealing plug is in sealing connection with the power line sealing joint in use, the power line electrical joint is electrically connected with the motor. Thus, saliva in the oral cavity can be prevented from causing short circuit to a driving motor in the toothbrush during tooth brushing, the use of the whole toothbrush is influenced, and the safety of a user is ensured.
It can be further optimized that three seals are formed in the inner cavity of the brush head body of the fixed motor, a seal housing 23 serving as a third seal is arranged from outside to inside according to the seal sequence, three-stage seals are formed partially, four-stage seals are formed for the waterproof pressing sleeve 24 inwards, and a waterproof adhesive tape 26 is arranged between the matching surfaces of the upper frame and the lower frame of the fixed driving motor to form five-stage seals. The five-stage seal greatly avoids damage to the driving motor or a circuit caused by saliva in the oral cavity entering the brush body when the motor is used in the oral cavity, and improves the safety of using the brush head. The motor frame comprises an upper frame 251 and a lower frame 252 which are buckled together and are arranged in a waterproof pressure sleeve 24, then are arranged in a motor sealed shell 23, and finally are integrally arranged in the brush head. This achieves a multi-layer seal protection.
Preferably, the power supply voltage of the vibration motor is 1V to 6V, more preferably 2V to 5V, and still more preferably 3.7V.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the power cord 1 is preferably provided with a controller 312, and the controller has a motor switch 31 and a speed regulating switch 32. The motor switch 31 is arranged on the power cord 1, so that whether the motor works in the oral cavity or not can be controlled, a user can conveniently start and control the motor, different crowds can drive the vibration frequency of the motor according to the self conditions, and better tooth brushing experience is provided. Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, a clamping plate 33 can be further arranged on the power supply, so that the handheld operation is convenient, and the actual working length of the power supply line can be adjusted, so that the whole power supply line is prevented from following the vibration or rotation of the motor.
When the toothbrush is required to brush teeth, the driving motor is started, as shown in fig. 1, the brush head 1 is driven to slightly vibrate in the oral cavity, and meanwhile, the position of the brush head in the oral cavity can be moved by means of the tongue, or the position of the brush head in the oral cavity can be adjusted through the power line, so that the teeth in all positions can be cleaned.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 8, the driving motor is also a vibration motor 211, and the power device is matched with a charger 4, that is, a power line is connected with the charger. In this case, the device is particularly suitable for occasions where the power supply is inconvenient to use.
Of course, since the voltage and current required by a person during brushing are small, the charger baby of this embodiment has a low voltage and a small current value. The specific adapter is well known in the art, such as a mobile phone charger, and how to obtain low voltage and low current is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described here.
Example 3:
In addition to these self-distributing sources, this can also be achieved by providing a power plug with a power adapter 5, as shown in fig. 9, i.e. a power cord connected to the power supply via the adapter. Because the voltage and current required by a person during brushing are small, the embodiment uses an adapter to convert a higher voltage to a lower voltage and current. The specific adapter is well known in the art, such as a power adapter for a mobile phone, and how to obtain a low voltage and a low current is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein. When the teeth are needed to be brushed, the driving motor is started, as shown in fig. 1, the brush head 2 is driven to slightly vibrate in the oral cavity, and meanwhile, the position of the brush head in the oral cavity can be moved by means of the tongue, or the position of the brush head in the oral cavity can be adjusted through the power line, so that teeth in all positions can be cleaned.
Other structural shapes can be designed in the same manner as in embodiment 1.
In this way, the user can easily realize power supply by simply inserting the power plug into the power socket and converting the alternating current into low-voltage direct current by the adapter. Therefore, the toothbrush can be conveniently used in families or hotels by utilizing the power adapter, and the range of the use environment of the electric toothbrush without the handle is enlarged. In summary, the power supply can meet the use requirements of users in different use environments.
The power supply modes can be correspondingly assembled according to the use occasions and the requirements of users.
Example 4:
The vibration motor of the present invention may be changed to a rotary motor.
When installed in the brush head body, the rotary electric machine 212 shown in fig. 11-14 is rotatably disposed at an end wall of the brush body 12, which is not adjacent to the power input end, and at this time, an axial protrusion and a shaft hole are formed at the end wall to support and rotate the motor shaft.
Other structures may employ the structures of embodiments 1-5.
Example 5:
Of course, in addition to the dc power supply, the ac power is also optional, preferably a pulsed low voltage dc power, and further preferably, the motor is eliminated and directly replaced by an oscillating electrode, the oscillating electrode and the brush head are fixed together, and preferably, the oscillating electrode is sealed and arranged in the cavity of the brush head body, and drives the brush head to vibrate when the oscillating electrode vibrates. Specifically, the brush head can be packaged and isolated in the brush head, and the brush head is driven to oscillate to clean teeth by electromagnetic oscillation of the electrode.
As shown in fig. 15, a transformer circuit 51 is provided in the adapter, which can realize not only low-voltage alternating current but also low-voltage direct current depending on the power source connected. In which the primary winding 512 is coupled to the secondary winding 513. The primary winding first terminal of the secondary winding 513 is connected to the primary winding first terminal 51a through the feedback control circuit 53, and the secondary winding second terminal 513b is for outputting low voltage static electricity or low voltage vibration. A lower voltage may be achieved because the secondary windings divert the current that occurs at the terminals back to the primary windings 512. If a pulse voltage is used, the output of the secondary winding can obtain low-voltage low-frequency vibration. Preferably, the feedback control circuit 53 may be a variable resistor.
Therefore, the motor can be canceled, the vibration of the brush head can be realized by directly utilizing the vibration of the electrode, so that the efficient tooth cleaning effect is realized, the cost is reduced, the structure is simpler, and the electrode arranged in the brush head body is equivalent to a power device.
Example 6:
Of course, besides the mode of setting the power supply and the driving motor separately, the electric toothbrush without the handle can also adopt a lithium battery (suitable for miniaturization) for supplying power, and the power supply and the driving motor are arranged together to set the whole device in the oral cavity. At this time, the power switch is arranged on the brush head, and the brush can be used by opening the power switch when in use, but preferably the power switch is also packaged in the brush head and is opened by pressure. It would also be desirable to have an anti-swallowing means, such as a lead on the brush head similar to the power cord of the previous embodiment, to prevent inadvertent swallowing during brushing.
Whichever kind of driving mode is adopted, the proposal can be optimized, the brush head comprises a brush body and brush hair, the brush hair is arranged on the brush body, the brush body is a main body part in the brush head, an inner cavity is arranged in the brush body, and a power device is directly arranged in the cavity of the brush body, thus realizing the handle-free brushing.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and is within the scope of the present patent as long as it is a non-handle electric toothbrush, and includes a brush head that can be repositioned by the tongue in the oral cavity and a power device that drives the brush head to perform the brushing motion.
Example 7:
