Abstract
The invention relates to a dredging water tank and a dredging method thereof, belonging to the technical field of rubber containers and application thereof. The rubber pool comprises a rubber pool body, a supporting device for propping the rubber pool body open, a plurality of stirring devices arranged at the bottom of the rubber pool body, a rubber air bag surrounding the rubber pool body for a circle and connected with the top of the rubber pool body, and a fixing device arranged on the rubber pool body. The main body of the water desilting pool is made of rubber, so that the water desilting pool is light in weight and easy to disassemble, assemble and transport, and the pool floats on the water surface during working, does not occupy peripheral land, and is simple to operate and extremely low in cost.

5) and when the sludge in the rubber pool body 1 reaches the designated concentration, the sludge in the rubber pool body 1 is pumped and discharged into the solid-liquid separation equipment through the pumping and discharging equipment, and the solid-liquid separation equipment is arranged on a ship or on a shore.
The dredging water tank and the dredging method thereof have the following positive effects:
1) the water desilting pool works on the water surface, does not occupy land area, does not cause secondary pollution, is convenient to disassemble and assemble, has low cost, and does not damage the surrounding vegetation environment;
2) the rubber pool body is manufactured into an integral structure in a vulcanization mode, the integral structure is high in overall strength, good in water resistance and air tightness, the whole pool is supported by using a high-strength light-weight framework supporting device, and the overall weight is light;
3) the rubber air bag is produced in a vulcanization mode, is good in integral structure air tightness, is inflated through the air bag, enables the rubber pool to float on the water surface, and fixes the pool at a water designated position through presetting a fixing device, so that the purpose of water operation is achieved.
