Background

The working principle is as follows: when the silicon rubber bag forming machine is used, the upper die 2 and the lower die 5 are installed and fixed, a power supply is connected externally, the air pipe 9 connected to the silicon rubber bag 3 is led out through the cylindrical hole 10 formed in the upper die 2 to be connected with a corresponding air pump in a conduction mode, at the moment, the silicon rubber bag can be used, when the upper die 2 falls down to be matched with a die in use, the silicon rubber bag 3 is vacuumized through the air pump, the silicon rubber bag 3 can be prevented from interfering with the lower die 5, when forming is carried out, after the upper die 2 and the lower die 5 are matched with the die, a certain pressure is charged into the silicon rubber bag 3, curing is completed, before demolding is carried out, the silicon rubber bag 3 is discharged through air pressure again, and during demolding, direct demolding can be carried out along a certain angle, and the lower die 5 can be free from the arrangement of a sliding block due to the existence of a negative draft angle of a part.
