Technical Field

Background
Fish meal feed is a feed containing high protein substances, which is prepared by using one or more fishes as raw materials through washing, filtering, stewing, squeezing and crushing, and is widely applied to feeding of poultry, aquatic animals and fur animals.
In the fish meal feed processing, crushing is an especially important step because increasing the surface area of the feed facilitates digestion and absorption by the animals, and animal nutrition tests prove that the particle size is reduced, digestion and absorption of dry matter, protein and energy are improved, and the feed-meat ratio is reduced.
However, in the prior art, most feed grinding devices are provided with one grinding mechanism, so that under the condition of more raw materials, the fish meal raw materials cannot be thoroughly ground; and the raw materials may contain hard substances such as fish bones, the prior art does not have a proper adding mechanism for adding substances such as vinegar to accelerate the milling efficiency, and the milling time is long.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a milling device for processing fish meal feed and a using method thereof.

s6, throwing out the fish meal feed after grinding through the discharge port under the rotation action of the discharge rotating plate, and closing the first motor, the second motor and the pump.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by arranging the spring plate and the pushing mechanism, the raw materials falling on the spring plate can be repeatedly bounced for a plurality of times to be ground again, so that the grinding of the feed is more thorough, and the phenomenon of grinding leakage of a small part of raw materials is avoided;
2. by arranging the adding mechanism, additives such as vinegar can be added into the milling bin, so that decomposition of hard substances such as fishbones is promoted, and milling speed is accelerated;
3. through setting up main, vice sword and upper and lower mill, can carry out regrinding and secondary grinding to the first fish meal fodder of grinding, fully ensure that the fish meal fodder is ground thoroughly, and the surface area reaches the requirement.

s6, throwing out the fish meal feed after being milled through the discharging port 9 under the rotating action of the discharging rotating plate 3, and closing the first motor, the second motor 30 and the pump 10.
