One end of the cover 15 is hinged with the shoe fixing device 2, and the other end of the cover 15 is provided with a bolt, and the cover 15 and the shoe fixing device 2 are locked and fixed through the bolt.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the shoe fixing device 2 is connected with a cleaning tube 3 rotating along with the shoe fixing device, specifically, a circular plate of the shoe fixing device 2 is provided with a hole, the cleaning tube 3 penetrates through the hole of the circular plate, and the cleaning tube 3 is fixedly connected with the circular plate. The cleaning tube 3 is connected with the shoe washer body 1 through a bearing, and the other end of the shoe fixing device 2 is rotationally connected with the shoe washer body 1 through a rotating shaft. As shown in fig. 4, the rotating shafts connected with the two shoe fixing devices 2 are connected with driven gears 8, and the driven gears 8 are positioned at the back of the shoe washing machine body 1. The shoe washing machine body 1 is internally provided with a driving motor which is a stepping motor or a servo motor. An output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a driving gear 9, and the driving gear 9 is connected with a driven gear 8 through a toothed belt. The driving gear 9 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, and the driving gear 9 drives the two driven gears to rotate, so that the shoe fixing device 2 rotates. By setting and programming the motor system, the shoe holder 2 can be precisely kept with its opening facing upwards during start-up and stop, facilitating opening of the cover 15 of the shoe holder 2 for taking and placing shoes.
As shown in fig. 1, a first high-pressure atomizing nozzle 4 is arranged on the cleaning pipe 3, the cleaning pipe 3 is connected with a U-shaped pipe 5, the U-shaped pipe 5 is connected with a second high-pressure atomizing nozzle 6, and a third high-pressure atomizing nozzle 7 is arranged outside the shoe fixing device 2 to clean the outside of the shoe. Shoes are cleaned through the high-pressure atomization spray nozzle, the spray nozzle is small in caliber and large in water outlet pressure, so that the efficiency and the cleanliness of cleaning shoes are greatly improved, the spray nozzle is small in aperture, the water flow is small, the water consumption is reduced, the structure is small and exquisite, the occupied space is small, and the popularization and the use are convenient.
As shown in fig. 7, the water inlet end of the cleaning pipe 3 is connected with a universal rotary joint. Two universal rotary joints respectively connected with the two shoe fixing devices 2 are communicated with a third collecting pipe; the third high-pressure atomizing spray heads 7 respectively arranged on the outer sides of the different shoe fixing devices 2 are communicated with a fourth collecting pipe, and the third collecting pipe and the fourth collecting pipe are connected with a high-pressure water source device 10. The high pressure water source device 10 is a high pressure water pump.
The shoe washing machine also comprises a water temperature heating and detergent adding and mixing device 12, wherein the water temperature heating and detergent adding and mixing device 12 is respectively communicated with the two high-pressure water source devices 10. The water temperature heating and detergent adding and mixing device 12 comprises a container, and a heating wire is arranged in the container. For the shoes with heavy greasy stains, the water temperature heating and detergent adding and mixing device 12 can be started, the water inlet temperature is increased, then the shoes are sprayed and washed, and the cleaning effect of the shoes can be better by dissolving the stains through hot water.
The cleaning agent can be added to the shoe with heavy greasy stains, the water temperature heating and cleaning agent adding and mixing device 12 is added, and the cleaning effect of the shoe can be better by dissolving the stains through the high-pressure water mist sprayed by the cleaning agent matched with the spray nozzle.
As shown in fig. 1, the shoe washing machine body 1 is provided with a water leakage hole 14 for discharging sewage. An ultraviolet disinfection device 13 is arranged in the shoe washing machine body 1. The ultraviolet disinfection device 13 is an ultraviolet lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp is long and bright all the time in the cleaning process, thereby playing an ultraviolet disinfection effect on shoes.
