Abstract
The invention designs a double-sided yarn clamping knitting method, which uses a flat knitting machine with a pair of front and back needle beds which extend along the left and right direction and are opposite to each other in the front and back direction, wherein the flat knitting machine is used for knitting a yarn A, a yarn B and a yarn C through a yarn nozzle, the yarn B and the yarn C are respectively positioned on the front and back surfaces of a knitted loop by selectively turning over the loops in the knitting process, and the knitting direction comprises the right row of the yarn nozzle and the left row of the yarn nozzle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile fabric weaving method, in particular to a double-sided yarn clamping weaving method.
Background
The knitted fabric weave structure is one of the important links of product design and development, and the traditional weave structure can not completely meet the design and development requirements of products. As shown in fig. 1, the clamping (inlay) weave structure of the conventional knitting process is a combination of stitches and floats, in which a part of loops is pressed against a strip yarn, thereby producing a visual effect that the loops and the clamping yarn can be seen from the front side. The traditional weaving method can only embody one yarn clamping yarn on the surface of a single row and cannot meet all design requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a double-side gripper knitting method in which two yarns of the same color or different colors are used in a double-side gripper (inlay) structure of a single-layer knitted fabric, stitches on the same row are turned over twice to grip a yarn B and a yarn C, respectively, and the yarns B and C are made to appear before or after a knitted piece, respectively, thereby producing an effect that the whole knitted piece is constituted by a float weft yarn. The pattern is expressed in a pattern form, and the effect is different from the conventional organization structure.
In order to achieve the above object, a double-sided yarn clamping knitting method according to the present invention is a knitting method using a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds extending in a left-right direction and facing each other in a front-back direction, the flat knitting machine knitting a yarn a, a yarn B, and a yarn C by a yarn feeder, the knitting method including the steps of selectively turning over a stitch in a front-back direction during knitting so that the yarn B and the yarn C are respectively positioned on both sides of the knitted stitch, the knitting direction including a right side of the yarn feeder and a left side of the yarn feeder, the knitting method including:
(1) when the yarn nozzle moves right
(a) The yarn A carries out right-hand movement according to the pattern requirement of the yarn clamping yarn B to carry out knitting of the front and back needle loops;
(b) the yarn nozzle is provided with the yarn B for weft non-weaving yarn clamping, and simultaneously, the needle position coils of the existing knitting coils of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are turned to the opposite needle bed, so that the effect of pressing the yarn B is achieved, and the pattern requirement of the yarn C is met;
(c) the yarn mouth with the yarn C is used for weft non-weaving yarn clamping, and the existing knitting coils of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are turned over according to the pattern requirement of the yarn B clamped in the next row, so that the effect of pressing the yarn C is achieved;
(2) when the yarn nozzle moves left, the weaving steps are the same as the above.
The invention breaks through the limitations of the traditional knitting method, meets the special requirements of the knitting product for fabric and shuttle knitting, enriches the expression technique and the design means of the yarn (inlay) structure, plays a certain role in better explaining the design concept, and provides a wider development space for the development and the market of the knitting product. According to the invention, through the combination of the flexible and changeable pattern and the knitting yarns with different properties (such as different knitting yarns with different colors, shapes, elasticity and the like), the knitted fabric can present richer texture color contrast, and the knitted fabric product has wide application field and huge market potential. In addition, the knitting method of the present invention can be widely applied to a computerized flat knitting machine having an inlay (inlay) function in terms of industrial applicability. Can meet and attract more consumer groups and promote the international influence of the knitting industry in China.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
This example describes a double-sided trapped yarn weaving process.
As shown in fig. 2, a double-sided yarn-clamping knitting method using a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds extending in a left-right direction and facing each other in a front-back direction, wherein the flat knitting machine performs knitting with a yarn a, a yarn B, and a yarn C by a yarn feeder, and the knitting method includes the specific steps of, by selectively turning over the stitches in the front-back direction during knitting so that the yarn B and the yarn C are respectively positioned on both sides of the knitted stitches, and when the knitting direction includes a right movement of the yarn feeder and a left movement of the yarn feeder:
as shown in fig. 3, (1) when the yarn feeder is moving right
(a) The yarn A carries out right-hand movement according to the pattern requirement of the yarn clamping yarn B to carry out knitting of the front and back needle loops;
(b) the yarn nozzle is provided with the yarn B for weft non-weaving yarn clamping, and simultaneously, the needle position coils of the existing knitting coils of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are turned to the opposite needle bed, so that the effect of pressing the yarn B is achieved, and the pattern requirement of the yarn C is met;
(c) the yarn mouth with the yarn C is used for weft non-weaving yarn clamping, and the existing knitting coils of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are turned over according to the pattern requirement of the yarn B clamped in the next row, so that the effect of pressing the yarn C is achieved;
in the case of (2) left-hand movement of the yarn feeder as shown in fig. 4, the knitting step is the same as described above.
The above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention further illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in detail. It should be understood that the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
