Abstract

本申请公开了一种传输数据包的方法和终端,该方法包括:终端确定传输资源使用门限,传输资源使用门限指示在预设时段内通过资源池中的传输资源传输待传输的数据包的最大传输资源使用率,传输资源使用门限是由资源池中传输资源的资源占用率确定的;终端根据传输资源使用门限,从资源池中选择位于第一时间段的目标传输资源,使得终端在第二时间段使用资源池中的传输资源的传输资源使用率小于或等于传输资源使用门限,第二时间段包括第一时间段,第一时间段的时间长度大于待传输的数据包的传输周期的时间长度;终端在目标传输资源上发送待传输的数据包。以简化终端在拥塞控制机制中确定目标传输资源的操作流程。
