The battery box body and box cover sealing structure is characterized by comprising a box body, a box cover matched with the box body and a sealing structure for sealing the box body and the box cover, wherein the sealing structure is integrally arranged between the box body and the box cover; the sealing structure is arranged around the edges of the box body and the box cover and comprises a first convex part arranged on the box body and a second convex part arranged on the box cover, the first convex part and the second convex part are matched with each other, and a sealing body which is in compression fit with the first convex part and the second convex part in a sealing state is arranged between the first convex part and the second convex part; the sealing body comprises a base, a first elastic sealing piece and a second elastic sealing piece, wherein the first elastic sealing piece and the second elastic sealing piece extend outwards from the base, when the box body and the box cover are mutually folded and sealed, the first elastic sealing piece is mutually matched with the first convex part in a sealing mode, and the second elastic sealing piece is matched with the second convex part in a sealing mode.

The battery case lid seal structure according to claim 1, wherein the first elastic sealing piece includes a first inner elastic sealing piece and a first outer elastic sealing piece; the second elastic sealing piece comprises a second inner elastic sealing piece and a second outer elastic sealing piece; the first inner elastic sealing piece and the first outer elastic sealing piece are matched with each other to form a first concave part, and the first concave part is matched with the first convex part to seal; the second inner elastic sealing piece and the second outer elastic sealing piece are matched with each other to form a second concave part, and the second concave part is matched with the second convex part to seal.

The battery case lid seal structure of claim 2, wherein the fixed end of the first inner resilient seal piece intersects the fixed end of the second inner resilient seal piece, and an inner air pressure bearing surface is formed between the first inner resilient seal piece and the second inner resilient seal piece; when the internal air pressure bearing surface is subjected to the internal air pressure, the first internal elastic sealing piece deforms to be tightly sealed with the first convex part under the driving of the internal air pressure, and the second internal elastic sealing piece deforms to be tightly sealed with the second convex part under the driving of the internal air pressure.

The battery case lid seal structure according to claim 3, wherein the fixed end of the first external elastic sealing piece intersects the fixed end of the second external elastic sealing piece, and an external air pressure bearing surface is formed between the first external elastic sealing piece and the second external elastic sealing piece; when the external air pressure bearing surface is subjected to external air pressure, the first external elastic sealing piece deforms to be tightly sealed with the first convex part under the driving of the external air pressure, and the second external elastic sealing piece deforms to be tightly sealed with the second convex part under the driving of the external air pressure.

The battery box body and box cover sealing structure according to claim 2, wherein the first elastic sealing piece, the second elastic sealing piece and the base are integrally arranged, the first inner elastic sealing piece and the first outer elastic sealing piece are integrally arranged to form a first elastic sealing piece, and the second inner elastic sealing piece and the second outer elastic sealing piece are integrally arranged to form a second elastic sealing piece.

The battery box body and box cover sealing structure according to claim 3, wherein the two ends of the first elastic sealing piece are provided with pointed first gripping parts, the two ends of the second elastic sealing piece are provided with pointed second gripping parts, when the first elastic sealing piece deforms to tightly seal with the first convex part under the driving of internal or external air pressure, the first gripping parts compress the two ends of the first convex part, and when the second elastic sealing piece deforms to tightly seal with the second convex part under the driving of internal or external air pressure, the second gripping parts compress the two ends of the second convex part.
