Abstract

The invention discloses a heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof device at a vertical abutted seam of a PC (polycarbonate) wallboard and an application method thereof. The vertical abutted seam side of the PC wallboard is prefabricated into a U-shaped rabbet, and L-shaped steel plates are embedded in the two side arms of the U-shaped rabbet in advance. After the device is reduced in thickness and inserted between two adjacent U-shaped grooves, the sealing plates on two sides of the device are extruded and attached to the side walls of the U-shaped grooves through the elastic reset of the device to form a waterproof barrier, foam glue is filled between the steel plates on two sides of the device to form a heat insulation layer, finally sealing materials are filled in the abutted seams on two sides of the device and then sealed by sealant in a pointing manner, and the foam glue and the sealant form two waterproof barriers. The device is simple in structure, and can thoroughly solve the problems of rainwater leakage and heat preservation at the vertical abutted seam of the PC wallboard.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an outer wall of an assembly type building, in particular to a heat-preservation, heat-insulation and waterproof device at a vertical abutted seam of a PC (polycarbonate) wallboard and an application method thereof.
Background
In fabricated concrete construction, PC wall panels are commonly used as peripheral retaining walls. At present, the most common treatment methods for vertical abutted seams of PC wallboards mainly comprise two methods: one method is to reserve part of U-shaped steel bars on the edge joint side of the PC wallboard, and cast and smash concrete after inserting the steel bars in the middle of the edge joint; and the other method is to make the end part of the PC wallboard at the splicing part into a tongue-and-groove and grouting.
There are some common quality problems with both treatments. If the heat insulation material at the abutted seam part is discontinuous, the heat insulation effect of the outer wall is influenced; the new and old concrete at the joint is easy to form micro-cracks after expansion with heat and contraction with cold, thereby causing the leakage of the outer wall. Further popularization and development of the fabricated building are seriously hindered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a heat-preservation, heat-insulation and waterproof device capable of properly solving the problems of poor heat-preservation and heat-insulation effects and rainwater leakage at vertical abutted seams of a PC (polycarbonate) wallboard and an application method thereof.
The invention provides a heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof device at a vertical abutted seam of a PC (polycarbonate) wallboard, which comprises two steel plates, a sealing plate, pressure springs and a thickness adjusting assembly, wherein the sealing plate is made of an extrudable and deformable material, the two steel plates are arranged in parallel, the outer sides of the two steel plates are respectively attached with the sealing plates with the same plane size, a plurality of pressure springs are arranged between the two steel plates, and the two steel plates are connected into a whole by the thickness adjusting assemblies.
In an embodiment of the above technical solution, the thickness adjusting assembly includes a bolt and a nut matched with the bolt, and the number of the nuts is the same as the number of the screws.
In an embodiment of the above technical scheme, the steel plate is a rectangular plate, the sealing plate is an industrial rubber plate, and the sealing plate is attached to the outer side of the steel plate through adhesive glue.
After one of the steel plates is attached to the sealing plate in one implementation mode of the technical scheme, round holes penetrating through the steel plates and the sealing plate are uniformly formed in the center face of the steel plate in the width direction, the number of the round holes is the same as that of the screws, and the screws facing the round holes are welded at the positions, corresponding to the round holes, of the inner side of the other steel plate.
In an embodiment of the above technical solution, the compression springs are sleeved on the screws, and the number of the compression springs is the same as that of the screws.
In an implementation manner of the above technical scheme, the screw rod is sleeved with the pressure spring and then penetrates through the round hole, and the nut is locked on the extending section of the screw rod, so that the thickness of the device reaches a set pre-pressing amount.
The method for carrying out heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof treatment on the vertical abutted seams between the PC wallboards by the device provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) prefabricating the vertical abutted seam side of the PC wallboard into a U-shaped rabbet structure, and embedding L-shaped steel plates on two side arms of the U-shaped rabbet to ensure the flatness of the inner wall of the U-shaped rabbet;
(2) the distance between the steel plates at two sides of the device is smaller than the width of a U-shaped tongue-and-groove of the PC wallboard through a tool, and the pressure spring is in a compressed state;
(3) inserting the device into U-shaped tongue-and-groove of two PC wallboards, wherein the head of the screw and the nut are positioned at the vertical joint between the two PC wallboards;
(4) screwing out each nut from the screw rod, so that the steel plates on the two sides of the device are bounced to the two sides under the action of the restoring force of the pressure spring, and the sealing plate on the outer side of each steel plate is tightly propped against the L-shaped steel plate pre-embedded at the U-shaped rabbet of the PC wallboard;
(5) injecting foam rubber between two steel plates of the device to form a heat-insulating layer;
(6) and filling sealing materials into the abutted seams at the two sides of the device, and then pointing and sealing the abutted seams by using the sealant.
The invention designs a device which has heat-insulating and waterproof functions and adjustable thickness and can be inserted into the vertical joint of a PC wallboard, the vertical joint side of the PC wallboard is prefabricated into a U-shaped rabbet structure, L-shaped steel plates are pre-embedded on two side arms of the U-shaped rabbet, the device is inserted between the U-shaped rabbets of two adjacent PC wallboards after the thickness of the device is reduced, the sealing plates on two sides of the device and the side walls of the U-shaped rabbet are extruded and attached to form a waterproof barrier through the elastic reset of the device, foam adhesive is filled between the steel plates on two sides of the device to form a heat-insulating layer, and finally sealing materials are filled in the joint on two sides of the device and then sealed by sealant. The foam adhesive and the sealant respectively form two waterproof barriers. The device is fast and convenient to install, a plurality of waterproof barriers such as the sealant, the asphalt hemp threads and the sealing plate are sequentially arranged after the device is installed, the problem of rainwater leakage at the vertical abutted seam of the PC wallboard can be thoroughly solved, and the foam adhesive layer can also play a role in heat preservation and heat insulation. The whole process is completely different from the prior art, and the device of the invention enables the joint to form the heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof device integrating the metal plate sealing plate and the foam rubber at the joint after the whole installation process, and has the advantages of quick installation, low cost and good heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof effects.

Detailed Description
As shown in figure 1, the vertical splicing side of the PC wallboard is prefabricated into a U-shaped rabbet structure, L-shaped steel plates 6 are embedded in the two side arms of the U-shaped rabbet in advance, and the flatness of the inner wall of the U-shaped rabbet can be ensured by the L-shaped steel plates 6. After the PC wallboards are assembled according to the joint size required by design, a device with the functions of heat preservation, heat insulation and water resistance is inserted into the U-shaped rabbet of two adjacent PC wallboards, then sealing material asphalt hemp threads 7 are embedded into the joint positions at the two sides of the device, and then the joint positions are sealed by using a sealant 8 in a pointing manner, as shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from fig. 3 and 4, the device comprises a steel plate 1, a sealing plate 2, a pressure spring 3, a screw rod 4 and a nut 5.
The steel plate 1 is a rectangular plate, the length dimension of the steel plate is consistent with the height of the PC wallboard, and the width dimension of the steel plate is slightly smaller than the sum of the depth of the two U-shaped tongue-and-groove and the width of the abutted seam.
The sealing plate 2 is an industrial rubber plate with the same plane size as the steel plate 1, and the sealing plate 2 is attached to the outer side of the steel plate 1 through adhesive glue.
After the steel plate 1 is attached to the sealing plate 2, round holes penetrating through the steel plate and the sealing plate are evenly formed in the width direction center plane of the right side steel plate 1 in fig. 3, the number of the round holes is the same as that of the screw rods 4, the diameter of each round hole is slightly larger than that of each screw rod 4, and the screw rods 4 facing the round holes are welded at positions, corresponding to the round holes, of the inner side of the left side steel plate 1. When the position of the circular hole is determined, it is ensured that the circular hole is formed at least at the top, the bottom and the middle of the steel plate 1, as shown in fig. 3.
Each screw rod 4 is sleeved with a pressure spring 3, and the initial length of each pressure spring 3 is required to be larger than the opening width of the U-shaped rabbet. When the screw 4 is selected, the length of the screw needs to be slightly larger than the opening width of the U-shaped rabbet.
After each screw rod 4 is sleeved with a pressure spring 3, the pressure spring passes through a corresponding round hole in the steel plate 1 on the right side, then a nut 5 is screwed on the extending section of each screw rod, the steel plate 1 on the right side is extruded towards the left side through the nut 5, and the pressure spring 3 is in a compression state until the device reaches a set prepressing amount convenient to install.
After the device is assembled, the thickness of the device is smaller than the width of the U-shaped rabbet on the joint side of the PC wallboard, so that the device is convenient for plug-in installation. The wire diameter specification of the pressure spring 3 is selected to ensure that the sealing plate 2 between the device steel plate and the L-shaped steel plate 6 pre-embedded on the U-shaped tongue-and-groove side wall of the PC wallboard is extruded and deformed under the action of the restoring force of the pressure spring 3.
During installation, the device is inserted into the U-shaped grooves and tongues of the two PC wallboards from top to bottom, then the nuts 5 are screwed out, so that the steel plates 1 on the two sides of the device are bounced open towards the two sides under the restoring force of the pressure spring 3, the sealing plates on the two sides are extruded and attached to the L-shaped steel plates 6 on the U-shaped grooves and tongues, and then the foam adhesive 9 is poured between the two steel plates 1 to form the waterproof and heat-insulating layer. And finally, filling asphalt hemp material 7 into the abutted seams on the two sides of the device, and pointing and sealing by using sealant 8.
The invention designs a new integrated embedding device with heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof functions, the device is inserted into the U-shaped rabbet of the adjacent PC wallboard, and the L-shaped steel plate 6 embedded in the rabbet and the sealing plate outside the device are in an extrusion state, so that the defect that micro cracks are easily formed after expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the prior art can be overcome. The foam adhesive layer 9 between the two steel plates 1 can solve the heat preservation and insulation problem of the abutted seam, and the leakage problem of the abutted seam is solved through pointing of the sealing plate 2 and the sealant 8, so that the quality of the abutted seam is ensured. The vertical two sides of the foam adhesive layer 9 are respectively and tightly combined with the bottom surface between the two side arms of the U-shaped tongue-and-groove of the two PC wallboards, and the waterproof effect can be achieved.
