本发明公开了一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，黄金艾灸粒主要由陈艾绒和红花原料制成，所述的组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒80‑100份，红花5‑20份；白芷1‑10份，当归1‑5份，三七1‑5份，黄芪1‑5份，细辛1‑5份，干姜1‑5份，将上述原料除陈艾绒和红花以外，按比例混合粉碎，加5‑10倍的水提取2‑3次，每次1.5‑2小时，再加5‑10倍重量的容量95%乙醇提取2‑3次，每次1.5‑2小时，合并提取液，以陈艾绒和红花为载体进行喷雾干燥，待冷却至室温得到调配物料，将得到调配物料，放入圆锥形模具中高压制成圆锥底部直径圆锥高度的黄金艾灸粒。本发明采用最好的陈艾绒，结合八位中药混合，放入圆锥形磨具中，高压压制而成。具有养生保健作用。

一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种健康养生技术领域，尤其涉及一种健康养生的
黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的艾灸是用普通的艾叶或者艾绒制成，杂质多效果一般，艾灸成分比较单一，不能够更好的给人类带来健康和解决亚健康。目前，亚健康的人群比较多，为了让更多的人更加健康，远离疾病，传承中华艾灸文化，扩大艾灸的特色和改善亚健康的效果。然而现有的艾灸技术有明显缺陷：由于艾绒系手工制作，没有固定形状，固定重量，燃烧后施灸时间差距大，艾灸温度不能遵循先轻后重，艾绒的纯度不高，使用不便利，不能准确定量和定穴位，严重影响了艾灸对亚健康的改善和治疗效果。
本发明黄金艾灸粒使用最好的陈艾绒，结合八位中药混合，放入圆锥形磨具中，高压压制而成的黄金艾灸粒。圆锥形状底部有孔，底部孔的功能可以使温度先轻后重，艾灸燃烧后药理作用更强，艾叶中含有人体所需的很多微量元素，如铁、锌、镁、纳、钾、钙等成份在燃烧后的艾烟中同样含有，而且可被人体吸收。艾灸粒质量和效果稳定，能够治疗多种亚健康，有效改善身体亚健康、增强抵抗力的作用。
发明内容
针对已有技术的不足，本发明所解决的技术问题是：基于中国艾灸疗法及中药配伍原则，参考现在制剂技术，提供一种圆锥外形健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法。
本发明的发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，黄金艾灸粒主要由陈艾绒和红花原料制成，所述的其组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒80-100份，红花5-20份；白芷1-10份，当归1-5份，三七1-5份，黄芪1-5份，细辛1-5份，干姜1-5份。
本发明制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将上述原料除陈艾绒和红花以外，按比例混合粉碎，加5-10倍的水提取2-3次，每次1.5-2小时，再加5-10倍重量的容量95%乙醇提取2-3次，每次1.5-2小时，合并提取液，以陈艾绒和红花为载体进行喷雾干燥，待冷却至室温得到调配物料。
步骤2：将步骤1得到调配物料，放入圆锥形模具中高压制成圆锥底部直径圆锥高度的黄金艾灸粒。
本发明的一种用于健康养生的黄金艾灸粒的制备依据如下：
1、 陈艾绒性味：苦辛、温，具有理气血，逐寒湿，止血，安胎
温经之功效。主治心腹冷痛，泄泻转筋，久痢，下血，月经不调，崩漏，带下，胎动不安，疥癣。
2、藏红花性味：平、甘入心,肝经 具有活血化瘀通经，凉血解毒。主治：经闭瘕瘕，产后瘀阻，温毒发斑，忧郁痞闷，惊悸发狂。
3、当归性味：甘辛、温，归肝、心、脾经，具有补血、活血、调经、止痛润肠之功效，主治：心、肝血滤，活血化瘀、痈疽疮疡、消肿止痛等。
4、三七性味：性味甘、微苦，温。归肝、胃经。功效散瘀止血，消肿定痛，主治、用于咯血，吐血，衄血，便血，崩漏，外伤出血，胸腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛。
5、黄芪性味：甘，微温。归肺、脾、肝、肾经。。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
6、白芷性味：辛、甘、热，具有祛风止痒，燥湿止痛，消肿止痛之功效。主治窒头痛，眉棱骨痛，齿痛，鼻渊，寒湿腹痛，肠风痣血，赤白带下，痈疽疮疡，疥癣。
7、细辛性味：辛，温，具有祛风、散寒，行水，开窍之功效，主治风寒头痛，鼻渊，齿痛，痰饮咳逆，风湿痹痛，细辛还具有抗炎免疫、提高新陈代谢、抗菌作用。
8、干姜性味：辛、热，具有温中散寒、回阳通脉、温肺化饮之功效。对中焦寒邪偏盛而兼湿者，以及寒饮伏肺的喘咳颇为相宜；主治脘腹冷痛、呕吐泄泻，肢冷脉微、痰饮喘咳等症。
本发明配方严禁，可通十二经脉，入三阴，温通经络，调和气血，促进血液循环，能够协同作用，互补互助，把各味药的药性都发挥到极致。常灸足三里可增强人体脾胃消化功能，常灸肺腧和增强肺的功能，并可预防感冒和结核。常灸气海、可以补气。常灸大椎、关元、命门可以壮阳等。常灸膏肓，则可防百病，甚至具有抗癌、防癌作用。

下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明是如何实现的。
实施例1
一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，黄金艾灸粒主要由陈艾绒和红花原料制成，所述的其组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒85-90份，红花6-19份；白芷2-9份，当归2-4份，三七2-4份，黄芪2-4份，细辛2-4份，干姜2-4份。
实施例2
一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，黄金艾灸粒主要由陈艾绒和红花原料制成，所述的其组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒90份，红花16份；白芷7份，当归3份，三七3份，黄芪3份，细辛3份，干姜3份。
实施例3
一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，黄金艾灸粒主要由陈艾绒和红花原料制成，所述的其组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒80-100份，红花5-20份；白芷1-10份，当归1-5份，三七1-5份，黄芪1-5份，细辛1-5份，干姜1-5份。

病例一：曾召辉，男，35岁，河南周口人，肩颈酸痛3年余，经常脖子酸痛，容易头晕头痛，牵引，针灸和普通艾条灸无果，检查发现大椎穴堵得厉害，风池穴有硬块，酸疼严重，用黄金艾灸粒同时艾灸大椎穴和风池穴20分钟左右，感觉酸痛没有了，大脑清醒，继续灸15天酸痛消失，大脑没有头晕头痛，联系电话：13818763027

1.一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述的组合配方原料的重要份为：陈艾绒80-100份，红花5-20份；白芷1-10份，当归1-5份，三七1-5份，黄芪1-5份，细辛1-5份，干姜1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，其特征在于：将上述原料除陈艾绒和红花以外，按比例混合粉碎，加5-10倍的水提取2-3次，每次1.5-2小时，再加5-10倍重量的容量95%乙醇提取2-3次，每次1.5-2小时，合并提取液，以陈艾绒和红花为载体进行喷雾干燥，待冷却至室温得到调配物料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康养生的黄金艾灸粒及其制备方法，其特征在于：将得到调配物料，放入圆锥形模具中高压制成圆锥底部直径圆锥高度的黄金艾灸粒。
