The vegetable processing equipment comprises a bracket (1) and a workbench (2), wherein the bottom end of the bracket (1) is placed on the ground, and the top end of the bracket (1) is connected with the bottom end of the workbench (2); the device is characterized by further comprising a cleaning bin (3), two groups of rotating sleeves (4), a first motor (5), a speed reducer (6), a first gear (7), a second gear (8) and a cleaning water pipe (9), wherein the cleaning bin (3) is positioned above the bracket (1), a cavity is arranged in the middle of the cleaning bin (3), stirring blades are spirally arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, the left end and the right end of the cavity are respectively communicated with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet, the caliber of the feed inlet is smaller than that of the discharge outlet, through holes penetrating left and right are respectively formed in the middle of the two groups of rotating sleeves (4), the two groups of rotating sleeves (4) are sleeved on the outer wall of the left side and the outer wall of the right side of the cleaning bin (3) through the two groups of through holes, the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the top of the workbench (2) are respectively provided with rotating devices, the top ends of the four groups of the rotating devices are respectively uniformly contacted with the lower sides of the two groups of rotating sleeves (4), the rotating devices comprise two groups of supporting rods, rollers and a first rotating shaft, the bottom ends of the two groups of rotating devices are respectively connected with the left rotating shafts (2) and the first rotating shafts and the right side of the two groups of rotating shafts are respectively arranged at the top ends of the two groups of the workbench (2) and the first rotating shafts and the two rotating shafts are respectively, the two groups of the rotating shafts are connected with the first shafts and the top ends of the rotating shafts and the two shafts and are respectively positioned at the top ends of the front ends of the workbench (2 and the two shafts and are respectively and connected with the top ends of the rotating shafts and are respectively, the left end of the first motor (5) is connected with the right end of the speed reducer (6), a second rotating shaft is arranged at the rear side of the left end of the speed reducer (6), the first gear (7) is sleeved on the second rotating shaft through an inner hole of the first gear (7), the second gear (8) is positioned at the right side of a right side supporting rod in the left front side rotating device, the second gear (8) is sleeved on the right side of the left front side first rotating shaft through an inner hole of the second gear (8) and is fixedly connected with the left front side first rotating shaft, the front end of the second gear (8) is meshed with the rear end of the first gear (7), the upper side input end of the cleaning water pipe (9) is connected with an external water tank, the right end of the cleaning water pipe (9) penetrates through the upper side of a feed inlet and stretches into the right upper side of the cavity, the right end of the cleaning water pipe (9) is sealed, and a plurality of groups of water outlet holes are formed in the bottom end of the cleaning water pipe (9) in the cavity in a communicating manner;
the water leakage device further comprises a conveying bin (10), three groups of supporting legs (11), two groups of belt pulleys (12), two groups of supporting shafts (13), a belt (14), two groups of extensions (15), a mounting plate (16) and a second motor (17), wherein the conveying bin (10) is positioned below a discharge port at the right end of the cleaning bin (3), the top end of the conveying bin (10) is communicated with a collecting tank, a discharge port is arranged at the upper side of the rear end of the collecting tank, the top end of the discharge port is communicated with the rear side of the top end of the collecting tank, the top ends of the three groups of supporting legs (11) are respectively connected with the right front side, the middle part and the right rear side of the bottom end of the conveying bin (10), the two groups of belt pulleys (12) are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the collecting tank, the rear end of the rear side belt pulley (12) is positioned at the outer side of the discharge port, the left end of the two groups of the supporting shafts (13) are rotatably connected with the left end of the collecting tank, the right end of the two groups of the supporting shafts (13) respectively penetrate through the two groups of belt pulleys (12) and are rotatably connected with the right end of the collecting tank, the two groups of belt pulleys (12) are rotatably connected with the right end of the collecting tank respectively, the two groups of belt pulleys (14) are rotatably connected with the left end of the outer ends of the body (14) of the body (15) through the two groups of the outer extension plates (16) are respectively positioned at the left ends of the two extension plates (15) and the two sides of the two sets of the mounting plate (14) are respectively positioned at the rear ends of the front ends of the extension plates (15), the top end of the mounting plate (16) is connected with the bottom end of the second motor (17), the right end of the second motor (17) is provided with a third rotating shaft, and the right end of the third rotating shaft passes through the rear side of the left end of the conveying bin (10) and is connected with the left end of the rear supporting shaft (13);

the device also comprises a sealing gasket (21) and a pressing plate (22), wherein the front side of the right end of the collecting tank is communicated with a sewage outlet, the left end of the sealing gasket (21) is arranged at the right end of the sewage outlet, the left end of the pressing plate (22) is tightly attached to the right end of the sealing gasket (21), and the pressing plate (22) is fixedly connected with the conveying bin (10) through bolts;
still including filtration storehouse (23) and filter screen (24), filtration storehouse (23) and filter screen (24) all are located the inside front side of collecting vat, and the middle part of filtration storehouse (23) is provided with the mouth of a river that runs through from beginning to end, and the front end of filtration storehouse (23) is connected with the front end downside of collecting vat, and the front end of mouth of a river communicates with the rear end of outlet pipe (19), and the rear end at the mouth of a river is installed to the front end of filter screen (24).

The vegetable processing device according to claim 1, further comprising two groups of fixing sleeves (25) and four groups of fixing columns (26), wherein the two groups of fixing sleeves (25) are semicircular, the inner walls of the two groups of fixing sleeves (25) are all communicated with each other to form sleeved grooves, the two groups of fixing sleeves (25) are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the two groups of rotating sleeves (4) through the two groups of sleeved grooves, the four groups of fixing columns (26) are all positioned outside the four groups of rotating devices, the top ends of the four groups of fixing columns (26) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the bottom ends of the two groups of fixing sleeves (25) on average, and the bottom ends of the four groups of fixing columns (26) are all connected with the top ends of the workbench (2).
