在工程地质勘探和勘察工作中,为了求得地基土的物理力学性能指标,目前除了原位测试外,主要还是采用钻探取样后进行室内土工实验这一手段。要取得接近天然结构的原状土样,关键在于提高取样技术和使用先进的取土装置。
现有技术中,现有的取土装置,钻头上端面与取土装置连接处的螺纹容易损坏影响取土的进度,在进行取土时钻头难免存在钻到比较硬的物质给使用者一个反作用力,造成人员伤害,现在急需一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法来解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明结构合理,便于组合安装,取土效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,包括握柄、缓冲机构、取土器主体、钻头、防护机构以及防滑套,所述取土器主体左右两侧安装有握柄,所述握柄环形侧面套设有防滑套,所述握柄下侧设置有缓冲机构,所述取土器主体下侧装配有钻头,所述取土器主体下侧设置有防护机构,所述缓冲机构包括柱形槽、环形柱、螺纹橡胶弹簧、环形限位块以及缓冲棉,所述取土器主体内部上侧开设有柱形槽,所述柱形槽内部装配有环形柱,所述环形柱内环形侧面安装有螺纹橡胶弹簧,所述取土器主体上端面安装有环形限位块,所述环形限位块上端面粘接有缓冲棉,所述防护机构包括环形槽、硅胶垫片、盖板、销孔以及销柱,所述取土器主体内部下侧开设有环形槽,所述环形槽内部粘接有硅胶垫片,所述取土器主体下端面装配有盖板,所述取土器主体前端面开设有销孔,所述销孔内部装配有销柱。
进一步地,所述取土器主体上侧放置有减震脚,所述取土器主体上端面开设有圆孔,所述减震脚规格与圆孔相匹配。
进一步地,所述环形槽内部放置有强力磁铁,所述强力磁铁规格与环形槽相匹配。
进一步地,所述销孔规格与销柱相匹配,所述销柱贯穿取土器主体,且与取土器主体外表面齐平。
进一步地,所述钻头上端面固定有固定柱,所述取土器主体下端面开设有柱形孔,且柱形孔直径规格小于环形槽内环形侧面,柱形孔直径规格与固定柱相匹配。
进一步地,柱形孔前端面开设有通孔,所述销柱规格与通孔相匹配,所述销柱贯穿取土器主体与固定柱通过插接相连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,因本发明添加了柱形槽、环形柱、螺纹橡胶弹簧、环形限位块以及缓冲棉,该设计能够在工作时起到缓冲作用,解决了原有取土装置使用者在进行工作时容易受到伤害的问题,提高了本发明的安全防护性。
本发明添加了环形槽、硅胶垫片、盖板、销孔以及销柱,该设计能够对钻头上端面与取土装置连接处进行保护,解决了原有取土装置容易损坏的问题,提高了本发明的实用性。
因取土器主体上侧放置有减震脚,取土器主体上端面开设有圆孔,减震脚规格与圆孔相匹配,该设计通过使用减震脚能够起到缓冲作用,因环形槽内部放置有强力磁铁,强力磁铁规格与环形槽相匹配,该设计通过使用强力磁铁对钻头进行吸附固定,因钻头上端面固定有固定柱,取土器主体下端面开设有柱形孔,且柱形孔规格小于环形槽内环形侧面,柱形孔规格与固定柱相匹配,该设计使钻头牢靠的固定在取土器主体内部,实本用新型结构合理,便于组合安装,取土效果好。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种浅层取土器钻头4及其取土装置,包括握柄1、缓冲机构2、取土器主体3、钻头4、防护机构5以及防滑套6,取土器主体3左右两侧安装有握柄1,握柄1环形侧面套设有防滑套6,握柄1下侧设置有缓冲机构2,取土器主体3下侧装配有钻头4,取土器主体3下侧设置有防护机构5。
缓冲机构2包括柱形槽21、环形柱22、螺纹橡胶弹簧23、环形限位块24以及缓冲棉25,取土器主体3内部上侧开设有柱形槽21,柱形槽21内部装配有环形柱22,环形柱22内环形侧面安装有螺纹橡胶弹簧23,取土器主体3上端面安装有环形限位块24,环形限位块24上端面粘接有缓冲棉25,该设计解决了原有取土装置使用者在进行工作时容易受到伤害的问题。
防护机构5包括环形槽51、硅胶垫片52、盖板53、销孔54以及销柱55,取土器主体3内部下侧开设有环形槽51,环形槽51内部粘接有硅胶垫片52,取土器主体3下端面装配有盖板53,取土器主体3前端面开设有销孔54,销孔54内部装配有销柱55,该设计解决了原有取土装置容易损坏的问题。
取土器主体3上侧放置有减震脚251,取土器主体3上端面开设有圆孔,减震脚251规格与圆孔相匹配,该设计通过使用减震脚251能够起到缓冲作用,环形槽51内部放置有强力磁铁521,强力磁铁521规格与环形槽51相匹配,该设计通过使用强力磁铁521对钻头4进行吸附固定,销孔54规格与销柱55相匹配,销柱55贯穿取土器主体3,且与取土器主体3外表面齐平,该设计加强了销柱55与取土器主体3的连接性能,
钻头4上端面固定有固定柱,取土器主体3下端面开设有柱形孔,且柱形孔直径规格小于环形槽51内环形侧面,柱形孔直径规格与固定柱相匹配,该设计使钻头4牢靠的固定在取土器主体3内部,柱形孔前端面开设有通孔,销柱55规格与通孔相匹配,销柱55贯穿取土器主体3与固定柱通过插接相连接,通过插接使钻头4与取土器主体3的连接更牢靠。
作为本发明的一个实施例:工作人员在进行取土前先将钻头4装好,首先将钻头4上端面的固定柱放入取土器主体3内部,固定柱在强力磁铁521的作用下,顺着环形槽51内壁硅胶垫片52环形侧面进入取土器主体3内部,然后将销孔54贯穿取土器主体3和固定柱与取土器主体3外表面齐平,手握握柄1,开始向下施力,当钻头4碰到较硬的物质时,环形柱22内环形侧面的螺纹橡胶弹簧23向下运动起到缓冲作用,螺纹橡胶弹簧23带动减震脚251向下运动,当向下施力过大时,握柄1向下运动,在缓冲棉25的作用下与环形限位柱24上端面相接触,进一步地起到减震效果,提高了本发明的实用性。

Claims (6)
1.一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,包括握柄、缓冲机构、取土器主体、钻头、防护机构以及防滑套,其特征在于:所述取土器主体左右两侧安装有握柄,所述握柄环形侧面套设有防滑套,所述握柄下侧设置有缓冲机构,所述取土器主体下侧装配有钻头,所述取土器主体下侧设置有防护机构;
所述缓冲机构包括柱形槽、环形柱、螺纹橡胶弹簧、环形限位块以及缓冲棉,所述取土器主体内部上侧开设有柱形槽,所述柱形槽内部装配有环形柱,所述环形柱内环形侧面安装有螺纹橡胶弹簧,所述取土器主体上端面安装有环形限位块,所述环形限位块上端面粘接有缓冲棉;
所述防护机构包括环形槽、硅胶垫片、盖板、销孔以及销柱,所述取土器主体内部下侧开设有环形槽,所述环形槽内部粘接有硅胶垫片,所述取土器主体下端面装配有盖板,所述取土器主体前端面开设有销孔,所述销孔内部装配有销柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,其特征在于:所述取土器主体上侧放置有减震脚,所述取土器主体上端面开设有圆孔,所述减震脚规格与圆孔相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,其特征在于:所述环形槽内部放置有强力磁铁,所述强力磁铁规格与环形槽相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,其特征在于:所述销孔规格与销柱相匹配,所述销柱贯穿取土器主体,且与取土器主体外表面齐平。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,其特征在于:所述钻头上端面固定有固定柱,所述取土器主体下端面开设有柱形孔,且柱形孔直径规格小于环形槽内环形侧面,柱形孔直径规格与固定柱相匹配。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种浅层取土器钻头及其取土方法,其特征在于:柱形孔前端面开设有通孔,所述销柱规格与通孔相匹配,所述销柱贯穿取土器主体与固定柱通过插接相连接。
