When soybeans need to be screened, the first motor 132 is started to rotate positively, the first motor 132 drives the first rotating shaft 133 to rotate positively, the first rotating shaft 133 rotates to drive the cam 134 to rotate positively, when the cam 134 rotates positively to enable the farthest end to be in contact with the contact block 135, the cam 134 pushes the contact block 135 to move rightwards, the contact block 135 moves rightwards to drive the screening frame 8 to move rightwards, the screen plate 9 is driven to move rightwards to screen the soybeans, when the farthest end of the cam 134 rotates to be out of contact with the contact block 135, the movable rod 6 swings leftwards to drive the screening frame 8 to move leftwards due to the action of the first spring 7, and the screening frame 8 moves leftwards to drive the screen plate 9 to move leftwards to screen the soybeans again. When the soybean screening is completed, the first motor 132 is turned off.
When the first motor 132 is started, the cam 134 rotates to drive the first belt pulley 141 to rotate, the first belt pulley 141 rotates to drive the second belt pulley 145 to rotate through the flat belt 146, the second belt pulley 145 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 144 to rotate in the second bearing seat 143, the second rotating shaft 144 rotates to drive the fan blades 147 to rotate, and the fan blades 147 rotate to blow away light impurities on the screen plate 9. When the soybean screening is completed, the first motor 132 is turned off and the fan blades 147 stop rotating. Thus, lighter impurities can be prevented from being collected by the user together with the soybeans.
When the soybean in the frame 11 that charges drops to in the inlet pipe 12, the soybean in the inlet pipe 12 discharges, and striker plate 16 makes even the dropping to the frame 11 that charges of discharged soybean in for striker plate 16 can block the soybean all the time and make its even dropping because of the effect of second spring 17. Thus, the soybeans can be uniformly dropped on the net plate 9.
Firstly, a user can place a collecting container below the opening 18, then the collecting container is pushed to move rightwards, the collecting container moves rightwards to push the lower part of the 7-shaped plate 19 to swing rightwards, the third spring 21 is compressed, the lower part of the 7-shaped plate 19 swings rightwards to enable the upper part to swing leftwards without blocking the discharging pipe 3, after soybean screening is completed, the user moves the collecting container away, the third spring 21 resets, so that the lower part of the 7-shaped plate 19 is driven to swing leftwards, the lower part of the 7-shaped plate 19 swings leftwards to enable the upper part to swing rightwards to block the discharging pipe 3, and therefore when the collecting container is not placed on the lower left side of the discharging pipe 3, impurities can be prevented from falling out through the discharging pipe 3.

A screening machine for soybean seed selection comprises supporting legs (1), a material collecting frame (2), a discharging pipe (3) and a transverse plate (4), wherein the supporting legs (1) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the outer bottom of the material collecting frame (2), the discharging pipe (3) is arranged on the lower portion of the left side of the material collecting frame (2), the transverse plate (4) is arranged on the top of the material collecting frame (2), an opening (5) is formed in the middle of the transverse plate (4), the screening machine is characterized by further comprising movable rods (6), first springs (7), screening frames (8), screen plates (9), first vertical plates (10), material charging frames (11), a feeding pipe (12) and a driving device (13), the movable rods (6) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the transverse plate (4) in a rotating mode, the first springs (7) are arranged between the right side surfaces of the left side movable rods (6) and the right side movable rods (6) and the top of the transverse plate (4), and the screening frames (8) are connected in a rotating mode between the top portions of the left side movable rods (6) and the right side movable rods (6), the bottom of the screening frame (8) is provided with a screen plate (9) in an embedded mode, the left end of the transverse plate (4) is provided with a first vertical plate (10), the upper portion of the right side of the first vertical plate (10) is provided with a loading frame (11), the left side of the bottom of the loading frame (11) is provided with a feeding pipe (12), the feeding pipe (12) is communicated with the inside of the loading frame (11), the feeding pipe (12) is located above the screening frame (8), and a driving device (13) is arranged between the left side of the top of the transverse plate (4) and the left side of the outer bottom of the screening frame (8);
the driving device (13) comprises a first mounting block (131), a first motor (132), a first rotating shaft (133), a cam (134) and a contact block (135), the first mounting block (131) is arranged on the left side of the top of the transverse plate (4), the first motor (132) is arranged on the upper portion of the front side of the first mounting block (131), the first rotating shaft (133) is connected onto an output shaft of the first motor (132), the cam (134) is arranged at the rear end of the first rotating shaft (133) in a penetrating mode through the first mounting block (131), the contact block (135) is arranged on the left side of the outer bottom of the screening frame (8), and the contact block (135) is located on the right side of the cam (134) and is matched with the cam (134);
the material loading device is characterized by further comprising a blowing device (14), wherein the blowing device (14) comprises a first belt pulley (141), a second mounting block (142), a second bearing seat (143), a second rotating shaft (144), a second belt pulley (145), a flat belt (146) and fan blades (147), the first belt pulley (141) is arranged at the center of the rear side of the cam (134), the second mounting block (142) is arranged on the right side of the outer bottom of the material loading frame (11), the second bearing seat (143) is embedded in the lower portion of the second mounting block (142), the second rotating shaft (144) is arranged in the second bearing seat (143), the fan blades (147) are arranged on the front side of the second rotating shaft (144), the second belt pulley (145) is arranged on the rear side of the second rotating shaft (144), and the flat belt (146) is wound on the first belt pulley (141) and the second belt pulley (145);
pouring soybeans into a material loading frame 11, and enabling the soybeans to fall onto the screen plate 9 through a material feeding pipe 12; when the farthest end of the cam 134 rotates to be not contacted with the contact block 135, the movable rod 6 swings left to drive the screening frame 8 to move left, and the screening frame 8 moves left to drive the screen plate 9 to move left to screen soybeans again;
the rotation of the cam 134 also drives the first belt pulley 141 to rotate, the rotation of the first belt pulley 141 drives the second belt pulley 145 to rotate through the flat belt 146, the second belt pulley 145 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 144 to rotate in the second bearing seat 143, the second rotating shaft 144 rotates to drive the fan blades 147 to rotate, and the fan blades 147 rotate to blow away the lighter impurities on the screen plate 9, so that the lighter impurities and soybeans can be prevented from being collected by a user.
