Intelligent high-voltage direct-current relay module
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric automobiles, in particular to an intelligent high-voltage direct-current relay module.
Background
With the continuous progress of the production technology of electric automobiles, electric automobiles have gradually become popular and have a certain share in the automobile market. The main obstacle existing in the development of the existing electric automobile is the charging endurance problem of the electric automobile. The electric vehicle is different from a conventional fuel vehicle, and the normal cruising driving of the electric vehicle can be maintained only by performing corresponding charging operation in a specific charging place. In order to match the popularization of electric vehicles, charging piles for providing point power supply for electric vehicles are also gaining more and more attention.
At present, the inside relay that uses of most charging pile all is arranged alone to the range of these relays each other is in disorder, and the space that occupies is also bigger, and this makes current charging pile can't further compress the volume again, thereby makes the volume space that charging pile occupies also great relatively. In addition, these relays inside charging pile are all individually controlled in the working process, different control circuits need to be respectively arranged on each relay, and the control wiring harnesses inside the charging pile for different relays are multiple, so that the relays are subjected to wiring disorder errors. And because the relays inside the charging pile are all separately controlled to work, the relays can not carry out linkage operation on the working states of different relays, so that the existing charging pile can only charge the electric automobile through a single charging mode, the energy consumption of a load end of the electric automobile can not be intelligently distributed in real time, and finally the charging efficiency of the electric automobile can not be improved. It is thus clear that the inside relay of present charging pile all adopts independent circuit to lay the mode and control mode and set up, does not have any circuit connection or operating condition's associativity between the different relays, and this integration installation and control that leads to charging pile unable realization different relays, and this is unfavorable for charging pile toward the development of miniaturization, integration and intelligent direction.
