When the computer device receives the diagnosis report table in the JSON format, the field information of each field can be extracted from the JSON string through the json_extract function.
And S108B, performing word segmentation operation on the disease diagnosis information to obtain n word elements.
The word stock used for word segmentation operation is an associated word stock corresponding to the disease category.
Specifically, an associative word stock may be configured for each disease category, the associative word stock including a plurality of words for describing the disease category therein.
When the disease diagnosis information is segmented, the disease diagnosis information can be segmented based on the associated word stock to obtain m word elements; and then, under the condition that m lemmas are kept unchanged, performing word segmentation operation corresponding to the rest information based on a conventional word stock (such as a jieba word stock) to obtain the rest n-m lemmas, namely, finally obtaining n lemmas.
In step S108C, each word element is mapped into a d-dimensional word vector, so as to obtain an n×d-dimensional word vector.
Illustratively, 128-dimensional word vectors for each word element may be obtained through a word2vec model or the like.
Step S108D, inputting the n×d word vector into a neural network model, so as to output a classification vector through the neural network model, where the classification vector is used to represent the confidence of each disease degree of the disease category.

That is, each convolution feature map has a width of 1 and a length of n-f+1. The length of the convolution kernel is f, and the number of the word elements is n. n is a positive integer greater than 1.
The convolution characteristic diagram comprises (n-f+1) 1 elements, and the calculation formula is as follows:
c ij =f(w ij ⊙m i +b i )
wherein c ij Characteristic value w for the j-th element in (n-f+1) in the i-th characteristic convolution map ij For the word vector matrix covered by the convolution kernel corresponding to the ith convolution feature map, as indicated by the matrix multiplication, m i B is a convolution kernel for calculating the ith convolution feature map i For the bias term used to calculate the ith convolution feature map, f is a nonlinear activation function, such as a ReLU function.
Configuring the jth element in each convolution feature diagram into the jth input vector to obtain (n-f+1) input vectors, wherein j is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to (n-f+1);
the (n-f+1) input vectors are input into an LR layer through which confidence of each degree of illness of the disease category is output.
Step S108E, determining whether to push the prompt message to the personal account according to the illness degree with the highest confidence.
If the disease category extracted from the disease diagnosis information includes disease category 1, disease category 2 and disease category 3, and the disease degree of disease category 1 is disease degree 2, disease category 2 is disease degree 1, disease category 3 is disease degree 3, the confidence of each disease degree is calculated, the confidence of disease degree 1 is obtained to be 0.66, the confidence of disease degree 2 is 0.90, and the confidence of disease degree 3 is 0.80, and the confidence of disease degree 2 is highest, so that the confidence is high, and the method is accurate. And if the illness state degree 2 output by the neural network model is a more serious degree, pushing the prompt message (such as prompt please seek medical attention as soon as possible) to the personal account. Or extracting the mobile phone number of the user from the field describing the mobile phone number, and pushing the prompt message to the mobile phone of the user. Or extracting the mailbox information of the user from the field describing the mailbox information, and pushing the prompt message to the mailbox of the user.
The method is characterized in that a plurality of designated doctors mark disease diagnosis information of disease degree in advance, the neural network model is subjected to supervision training in advance through the disease diagnosis information, and classification operation is performed on the disease degree of the disease diagnosis information to be identified through the trained neural network model.
