标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板及地暖系统组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑辐射采暖设备领域,特别是一种标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板及地暖系统组装方法。
背景技术
目前冬季采暖末端的形式主要有以下三种:
1、强制对流换热类采暖末端,例如风机盘管,该种采暖末端提供热量的方式是通过对流换热进行的,往往造成热分层,特别是采暖时上部空气相比下部空气的温度较高,不符合舒适性要求,且噪音相对较大,运行比较耗能;
2、自然对流类采暖末端,例如暖气片,该种采暖末端受到安装位置的限制,房间内温度分布不均匀,时间响应慢,其管道寿命周期短,占用空间大;
3、辐射类采暖末端,例如地板采暖(简称地暖),该种采暖末端主要通过辐射的方式进行热量交换,其热损失小,室内温度分布均匀,舒适度高,符合“头凉脚热”的舒适要求,运行无噪音,热容量大。
综上所述,地暖为目前冬季采暖末端的最优选。但地暖在实际应用过程中仍存在以下不足之处:
1、地暖施工工序难以规范化,施工质量难以保证,施工周期长;
2、地暖管铺设长度较长,在安装后检修维护困难;
3、地暖管铺设长度较长,管内阻力较大,需要较大功率的水泵才能驱动管内热水流动,节能性难以保证;
4、地暖管为可弯折的软管,施工现场布置方式没有标准化,随机性大,可能出现房间内部分区域布置过密,部分区域布置的过稀疏的现象,结构性能和热性能没有达到最优化;并且,由于这种布置方式的随机性,使地暖房间温度场均匀性、辐射热舒适性及产品的节能性难以保证
5、工厂出产的地暖管通常为几种固定的长度,无法完美适配任意面积的房间,例如房间面积为20㎡,理论上适宜的地暖管长度为80m,工厂生产的地暖管有50m和100m两种规格,那么必须选用100m规格的才能满足使用要求,施工后就会产生约20m的边角废料,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板及地暖系统组装方法,它解决了现有的地暖施工难以规范化、安装后检修维护困难、管内阻力大造成水泵能耗较大、施工现场布置方式随机性较大、施工现场容易产生边角废料造成资源浪费的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:标准化装配式底地板辐射采暖板,包括地暖砖块;地暖砖块为实心砖,其从下至上依次包括保温层、填充层、找平层和装饰层,填充层内埋设有热媒管,热媒管呈反复弯折的蛇形布置,从而形成多段相互平行的管体,热媒管两端从地暖砖块内水平伸出,地暖砖块在热媒管两伸出端处设有缺口,缺口从上至下依次贯通装饰层、找平层和填充层,缺口处设有用于检测热媒管是否发生泄漏的温湿度传感器。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:热媒管的相邻段管体间距为200-250mm,管内径为16-25mm。
本发明再进一步的技术方案是:地暖砖块为矩形砖,其平面尺寸为1200mm×900mm或900mm×600mm或600mm×300mm。
本发明更进一步的技术方案是:填充层内在热媒管下端平铺埋设有一层钢丝网。
本发明更进一步的技术方案是:填充层内埋设有多个间隔设置的管道卡,管道卡与热媒管每一段管体卡箍固定。
本发明更进一步的技术方案是:保温层包括绝热层和敷设在绝热层之上的均热层。
本发明的技术方案是:一种全屋地暖系统组装方法,应用于上述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板;
所述全屋地暖系统包括总管、采暖模块、电磁水阀、图形显示模块及控制器;总管上设有多个分流接头;采暖模块包括两列相邻布置的条形采暖带,每一列条形采暖带包括多个依次相邻布置的地暖砖块,采暖模块内所有的地暖砖块的热媒管依次连通,从而在一个采暖模块内形成一个进水口和一个出水口;电磁水阀的排水端与采暖模块的进水口连通,电磁水阀的进水端与总管的分流接头连通;控制器分别与电磁水阀和图形显示模块电连接,控制器与每一个地暖砖块上的温湿度传感器通信连接或电连接;
组装方法如下:
S01,在全屋地面上划分出多个采暖模块安装区,每个采暖模块安装区刚好可容纳一个采暖模块;
S02,在每个采暖模块安装区分别铺设安装采暖模块;
S03,图形显示模块上显示全屋地暖系统的俯视视角缩放图,缩放图上显示的每一块采暖地砖与其在地面上的铺设位置一致,当采暖地砖的温湿度传感器检测到该采暖地砖的热媒管发生泄漏,随即传递信号给控制器,控制器收到该信号后,同时进行两项控制:
a,控制图形显示模块的缩放图中对应的地暖砖块闪烁,以提醒用户检修;
b,控制相应采暖模块的电磁水阀关闭,防止热媒管进一步泄漏。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:在S02步骤中,地暖砖块热媒管的端头通过卡套式地暖管接头与相邻的地暖砖块热媒管的端头连接。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:在S02步骤中,任意地暖砖块与相邻地暖砖块之间设有5mm的伸缩缝。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、地暖砖块采用工业化生产,施工制作规范,规避了传统的地暖施工工艺随机性大,质量难以保证的问题。
2、采用流体传热数值仿真技术,对热媒管管径和管间距进行优化设计,从而实现了地暖砖块的结构优化设计,基于该地暖砖块的全屋地暖系统温度场分布更均匀,辐射热舒适性和节能效果更好。
3、采用工业化生产及现场装配方式,可大大缩短施工周期,简述施工现场边角废料的产生,更加环保。
4、地暖砖块外均设有缺口,便于安装、维修及清洗热媒管。
5、相邻地暖砖块之间不固定,仅在热媒管的端头处通过卡套式地暖管接头活动连接,便于安装和检修单个地暖砖块。
6、地暖砖块铺设后可与建筑结构层协同受力,防震抗裂。
7、对于人员长时间停留的室内,地面温度处在25-27℃时,人体热舒适性体验最好,现有的地暖系统供水温度设定为50℃,地面温度才能达到20℃左右,而采用地暖砖块的地暖系统,供水温度设定为35℃,地面温度即可达到27℃左右,相对更节能。
8、地暖砖块的标准供热量覆盖范围广,适用于多种用途的建筑。
9、供暖系统采用多个并联布置的采暖模块,采暖模块内管道阻力小,有利于水力平衡,减小水泵的功耗,降低运行费用。
10、供暖系统采用多个并联布置的采暖模块,单个采暖模块内出现故障时,其它采暖模块仍可正常运行,整个采暖系统的容错率高。
11、地暖砖块热媒管发生泄漏后,控制器即时关闭对应的电磁水阀,以避免进一步泄漏,同时通过图形显示模块提醒用户来处理,智能化程度较高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1-2所示,标准化装配式底地板辐射采暖板,包括地暖砖块1。
地暖砖块1为实心砖,其从下至上依次包括保温层11、填充层12、找平层13和装饰层14。保温层11包括绝热层111和敷设在绝热层111之上的均热层112。绝热层111材质优选聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板,反射层112材质优选玻璃丝布基和铝箔。填充层12的填充材料优选混凝土。找平层13材料优选水泥砂浆,厚度优选10-20mm。装饰层14材料为瓷砖,厚度优选小于10mm。
填充层12内埋设有热媒管15,热媒管15呈反复弯折的蛇形布置,从而形成多段相互平行的管体,热媒管15两端从地暖砖块1内水平伸出。地暖砖块1在热媒管15两伸出端处设有缺口16,缺口16从上至下依次贯通装饰层14、找平层13和填充层12,缺口16处设有用于检测热媒管是否发生泄漏的温湿度传感器17。
优选,地暖砖块1为矩形砖,其按照建筑模数3Mo尺寸制作,其平面尺寸为1200mm×900mm或900mm×600mm或600mm×300mm,该系列尺寸装配出的地板尺寸能满足绝大多数房屋地面的尺寸要求。
优选,填充层12内在热媒管15下端平铺埋设有一层钢丝网18,以加强地暖砖块1的整体结构强度。
优选,填充层12内埋设有多个间隔设置的管道卡19,管道卡19与热媒管15每一段管体卡箍固定,以固定热媒管15的形状,防止其变形,相邻管道卡19之间的间距为600mm。
优选,热媒管15的相邻段管体的间距为200mm,管内径为16mm。
优选,热媒管15选用交联聚乙烯管或耐热聚乙烯管。

一种全屋地暖系统组装方法,应用于标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板;
如图4-5所示,所述全屋地暖系统包括总管2、采暖模块3、电磁水阀4、图形显示模块(图中未示出)及控制器(图中未示出)。总管2上设有多个分流接头。采暖模块3包括两列相邻布置的条形采暖带,每一列条形采暖带包括多个依次相邻布置的地暖砖块1,采暖模块3内所有的地暖砖块1的热媒管15依次连通,从而在一个采暖模块3内形成一个进水口31和一个出水口32。电磁水阀4的排水端与采暖模块3的进水口31连通,电磁水阀4的进水端与总管2的分流接头连通。控制器分别与电磁水阀4和图形显示模块电连接,控制器与每一个地暖砖块1上的温湿度传感器通信连接或电连接。
控制器优选stm32单片机,图形显示模块优选液晶显示屏。
组装方法如下:
S01,在全屋地面上划分出多个采暖模块安装区,每个采暖模块安装区刚好可容纳一个采暖模块。
S02,在每个采暖模块安装区分别铺设安装采暖模块,当采暖模块内的一条条形采暖带包含的地暖砖块1数量为奇数时,铺设状态如图4所示。当采暖模块内的一条条形采暖带包含的地暖砖块1数量为偶数时,铺设状态如图5所示。
S03,图形显示模块上显示全屋地暖系统的俯视视角缩放图,缩放图上显示的每一块采暖地砖与其在地面上的铺设位置一致,当采暖地砖的温湿度传感器检测到该采暖地砖的热媒管发生泄漏,随即传递信号给控制器,控制器收到该信号后,同时进行两项控制:
a,控制图形显示模块的缩放图中对应的地暖砖块闪烁,以提醒用户检修;
b,控制相应采暖模块的电磁水阀关闭,防止热媒管进一步泄漏。
优选,在S02步骤中,地暖砖块1热媒管15的端头通过卡套式地暖管接头与相邻的地暖砖块1热媒管15的端头连接。
优选,在S02步骤中,任意地暖砖块与相邻地暖砖块之间设有5mm的伸缩缝,伸缩缝采用伸缩缝填缝胶来填缝。
简述本发明的有益效果:由于热媒管15在地暖砖块1内呈反复弯折的蛇形布置,则在地暖砖块1的上表面(及装饰层的上表面)上,位于热媒管15正上方的区域温度相对较高,远离热媒管15的区域温度相对较低。当供水温度一定时,经流体传热数值仿真测试,上述9个实施例中地暖砖块1的上表面各处温差均不超过3℃,人体的热舒适度体验较好。
当供水温度设定为35℃时,热媒管管间距及热媒管管内径的不同参数选择对地暖砖块表面平均温度的影响关系如图3所示:
1、当管间距设定为100mm时,地暖砖块表面平均温度如曲线a所示,处在29℃以上,人体感觉较热;
2、当管间距设定为300mm时,地暖砖块表面平均温度如曲线e所示,部分处在25℃以下,人体感觉较凉;
3、当管间距设定为150mm时,地暖砖块表面温度如曲线b所示,虽处在人体可接受的温度27-29℃之间,但并未达到最佳热舒适性体验温度25-27℃,并且150mm的管间距相对于200mm和250mm的管间距稍显致密,增加了热媒管的长度,进而增加了制造成本;
4、当管间距设定为200mm或250mm时,地暖砖块表面温度分别如曲线c、d所示,均处在最佳热舒适性体验温度25-27℃。

Claims (9)

1.标准化装配式底地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:包括地暖砖块;地暖砖块为实心砖,其从下至上依次包括保温层、填充层、找平层和装饰层,填充层内埋设有热媒管,热媒管呈反复弯折的蛇形布置,从而形成多段相互平行的管体,热媒管两端从地暖砖块内水平伸出,地暖砖块在热媒管两伸出端处设有缺口,缺口从上至下依次贯通装饰层、找平层和填充层,缺口处设有用于检测热媒管是否发生泄漏的温湿度传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:热媒管的相邻段管体间距为200-250mm,管内径为16-25mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:地暖砖块为矩形砖,其平面尺寸为1200mm×900mm或900mm×600mm或600mm×300mm。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:填充层内在热媒管下端平铺埋设有一层钢丝网。
5.如权利要求4所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:填充层内埋设有多个间隔设置的管道卡,管道卡与热媒管每一段管体卡箍固定。
6.如权利要求5所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板,其特征是:保温层包括绝热层和敷设在绝热层之上的均热层。
7.一种全屋地暖系统组装方法,其特征是:应用于权利要求1-6中任一项所述的标准化装配式地板辐射采暖板;
所述全屋地暖系统包括总管、采暖模块、电磁水阀、图形显示模块及控制器;总管上设有多个分流接头;采暖模块包括两列相邻布置的条形采暖带,每一列条形采暖带包括多个依次相邻布置的地暖砖块,采暖模块内所有的地暖砖块的热媒管依次连通,从而在一个采暖模块内形成一个进水口和一个出水口;电磁水阀的排水端与采暖模块的进水口连通,电磁水阀的进水端与总管的分流接头连通;控制器分别与电磁水阀和图形显示模块电连接,控制器与每一个地暖砖块上的温湿度传感器通信连接或电连接;
组装方法如下:
S01,在全屋地面上划分出多个采暖模块安装区,每个采暖模块安装区刚好可容纳一个采暖模块;
S02,在每个采暖模块安装区分别铺设安装采暖模块;
S03,图形显示模块上显示全屋地暖系统的俯视视角缩放图,缩放图上显示的每一块采暖地砖与其在地面上的铺设位置一致,当采暖地砖的温湿度传感器检测到该采暖地砖的热媒管发生泄漏,随即传递信号给控制器,控制器收到该信号后,同时进行两项控制:
a,控制图形显示模块的缩放图中对应的地暖砖块闪烁,以提醒用户检修;
b,控制相应采暖模块的电磁水阀关闭,防止热媒管进一步泄漏。
8.如权利要求7所述的全屋地暖系统组装方法,其特征是:在S02步骤中,地暖砖块热媒管的端头通过卡套式地暖管接头与相邻的地暖砖块热媒管的端头连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的全屋地暖系统组装方法,其特征是:在S02步骤中,任意地暖砖块与相邻地暖砖块之间设有5mm的伸缩缝,伸缩缝采用干稠的水泥砂浆填充伸缩缝采用伸缩缝填缝胶来填缝。
