When the flange pipeline is installed and connected, after the fixed flange is fixed on the pipe body, the rotary flange can rotate at any angle when being butted with other flanges to be connected, the flange bolt holes are simply and quickly centered, the bolts and the nuts are installed, the flange pipeline installation and connection efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of personnel is reduced. According to the technical scheme, the problem that when the traditional flange pipeline is installed and connected on site, due to the reasons of site limitation and the like, the flange bolt holes cannot be completely centered, so that the connection is difficult and even cannot be achieved is solved. The rotatable flange connecting device can be applied to flange pipeline connection for gas testing and fracturing construction of oil and gas fields and also can be applied to high-pressure flange pipeline connection in other fields.

When the invention is implemented specifically, firstly, the rotary flange 2 is sleeved at the groove end of the pipe body 1 and slides towards the direction of the fixed flange 5 of the pipe body 1 until the groove of the pipe body 1 is exposed, then the annular stop dog 3 is arranged in the groove, the rotary flange 2 is moved to enable the end surface of the boss of the inner ring of the rotary flange to be contacted with the annular stop dog 3, the flange connecting device is horizontally placed, the threaded retainer ring 4 is arranged on the inner ring of the rotary flange 2, and the two are connected through threads; after the flange connecting device is assembled, firstly, the fixed flange 5 is connected with the flange at one end of the pipeline to be connected, the rotary flange end of the flange connecting device is aligned to the flange at the other end of the pipeline to be connected, the threaded retainer ring 4 and the rotary flange 2 are rotated, so that the bolt holes in the rotary flange are aligned to the holes in the pipeline flange, and the installation can be completed by inserting bolts.
