The invention relates to a waist joint booster, which comprises an adjustable belt, wherein two sides of the adjustable belt are respectively provided with a group of adjusting booster systems, each group of adjusting booster systems comprises an armpit support, a cylinder booster unit and a spring booster unit, the positions of the cylinder booster unit and the spring booster unit can be adjusted on the adjustable belt, and the cylinder booster unit and the spring booster unit are both connected with the lower end of the armpit support in a shaft way through rigid connecting rods; the armpit support, the cylinder power-assisted unit, the spring power-assisted unit and the adjustable belt form a triangular supporting structure with adjustable angles, when a user bends down, the cylinder power-assisted unit provides upward supporting force, and the spring power-assisted unit provides torque with opposite bending directions.
