As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present invention, the fixed cylinder 8 includes a reducing cylinder 9a and an equal diameter cylinder 9b which are sequentially connected and coaxially, the small diameter end of the reducing cylinder 9a is inserted into the mounting hole 5, the shape and size of the small diameter end face of the inner hole of the reducing cylinder 9a are consistent with the shape and size of the cross section of the adaptor 6, the large diameter end of the reducing cylinder 9a is connected with one end of the equal diameter cylinder 9b, the shape and size of the large diameter end face of the reducing cylinder 9a is consistent with the shape and size of the cross section of the equal diameter cylinder 9b, the shape and size of the cross section of the equal diameter cylinder 9b is consistent with the shape and size of the cross section of the mounting hole 5, and the other end of the equal diameter cylinder 9b is inserted into the center hole of the fixed cylinder 8.
The diameter-variable cylinder 9a is arranged to facilitate guiding the insertion of the fixing cylinder 8 into the mounting hole, and prevent the fixing cylinder 8 from striking the fixing pile.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 5 and 6, in the present invention, a guiding section 17 is disposed at an end of the adaptor 6 far from the insulating pad 11, one end of the guiding section 17 is connected with the adaptor 6, the area of the cross section of the guiding section 17 gradually decreases along with the distance from the adaptor 6, the shape and size of the end face of the large diameter end of the guiding section is consistent with the shape and size of the end face of the adaptor 6, and the end of the plunger 7 far from the charging socket 1 passes through the guiding section 17 and then is inserted into the adaptor 6.
The arrangement of the guide section 17 is convenient for guiding the adapter seat 6, and prevents the adapter seat 6 from impacting the end face of the movable cylinder.

a mounting hole (5) is formed in the side wall of the fixed pile (3), and an insulating pad (11) is arranged at the bottom of the mounting hole (5);
a switching component is arranged between the charging socket (1) and the power line (2), the switching component comprises a metal switching seat (6) and a metal inserting rod (7), the switching seat (6) is positioned in the mounting hole (5) and is fixed on the insulating pad (11), and one end, far away from the power grid, of the power line (2) is electrically connected with the switching seat (6); one end of the plunger (7) is inserted into the movable barrel (9) and passes through the barrel bottom of the fixed barrel (8) and is electrically connected with the charging socket (1) through a lead (12);
the movable barrel (9) can be inserted into the mounting hole (5), one end, far away from the insulating pad (11), of the adapter seat (6) is inserted into the central hole of the movable barrel (9), and meanwhile the plunger (7) is inserted into the adapter seat (6) and is electrically connected with the adapter seat (6);
a guide groove (15) is arranged on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (8), and the axis of the guide groove (15) is parallel to the axis of the fixed cylinder (8); a guide block (16) is arranged on one side, close to the spring (10), of the side wall of the moving cylinder (9), and the guide block (16) is matched with the guide groove (15);
