本发明公开了一种电动车充电桩过热保护装置,它涉及电动车充电技术领域,包含显示屏、报警器、充电接头、充电线、插卡口、散热口、支架、底座、过热报警探测器、控制器、过热保护器、散热片和风扇,显示屏安装在充电桩前面板上,充电桩前面板上设有插卡口和散热口,充电桩外壳内部安装有过热报警探测器、控制器、过热保护器和散热片,散热片上安装有风扇,充电桩外壳上部安装有报警器,充电桩外壳侧边安装有充电接头。该装置结构简单,安装方便,装置内设有过热报警探测器、控制器和过热保护器,能实时监控充电桩的工作温度,温度过高时及时报警或者进行过热保护,同时,散热片和风扇可以有效的给充电桩散热降温,延长充电桩的使用寿命。

背景技术:
随着我国经济迅猛的发展,交通工具也有很大的改善,做为近几年新发展起来的新型交通工具―电动车,有轻便、环保、经济等很多其他交通工具所不具备的优点。安全环保的电动车代替摩托车,在中国城市交通压力和环境保护压力已至极点的情况下,已是一个不容再争辩的国家产业导向;同时随着中国城乡路建、路况的日新完善,效率更好经济实用的电动自行车代替传统自行车也已是一个不可逆转的市场需求趋势。而在当下,正开始走向成熟成形的电动自行车行业,其投资规模可大可小、投资链条可长可短,其生产及配套、区域经销、店面销售、售后有偿服务等,无不将呈现出旺盛的商机。电动车因其充电过程的漫长,每次骑行都需要估算电池充电容量与行驶路程,经常因电池容量不足而给日常使用带来诸多不便。目前使用的充电桩充电过程中散热效果不佳,充电桩长期高温工作,影响使用寿命。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动车充电桩过热保护装置。
本发明的电动车充电桩过热保护装置,它包含显示屏、报警器、充电接头、充电线、插卡口、散热口、支架、底座、过热报警探测器、控制器、过热保护器、散热片和风扇,显示屏安装在充电桩前面板上,充电桩前面板上设有插卡口和散热口,充电桩外壳内部安装有过热报警探测器、控制器、过热保护器和散热片,散热片上安装有风扇,充电桩外壳上部安装有报警器,充电桩外壳侧边安装有充电接头,充电接头与充电线连接,充电桩外壳安装在支架上,支架安装在底座上。
作为优选,所述的充电桩的前面板上设有凹槽,显示屏安装在充电桩前面板上的凹槽内,显示屏的下方的充电桩前面板上设有插卡口和散热口。
作为优选,所述的充电桩外壳的一侧设置有充电接头,充电接头通过充电线与电动车相连接,报警器通过螺钉固定在充电桩外壳的上方。
作为优选,所述的过热报警探测器与控制器通过信号线连接,控制器与报警器之间电连接。
作为优选,所述的充电桩外壳的侧面设置有散热片,散热片内侧安装有风扇,底座通过地脚螺栓固定在地面上,支架与底座之间通过螺钉连接。
本发明的有益效果:该电动车充电桩过热保护装置结构简单,安装方便,装置内设有过热报警探测器、控制器和过热保护器,能实时监控充电桩的工作温度,温度过高时及时报警或者进行过热保护,同时,散热片和风扇可以有效的给充电桩散热降温,延长充电桩的使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含显示屏1、报警器2、充电接头3、充电线4、插卡口5、散热口6、支架7、底座8、过热报警探测器9、控制器10、过热保护器11、散热片12和风扇13,显示屏1安装在充电桩前面板上,充电桩前面板上设有插卡口5和散热口6,充电桩外壳内部安装有过热报警探测器9、控制器10、过热保护器11和散热片12,散热片12上安装有风扇13,充电桩外壳上部安装有报警器2,充电桩外壳侧边安装有充电接头3,充电接头3与充电线4连接,充电桩外壳安装在支架7上,支架7安装在底座8上。
其中,所述的充电桩的前面板上设有凹槽,显示屏1安装在充电桩前面板上的凹槽内,显示屏1的下方的充电桩前面板上设有插卡口5和散热口6;所述的充电桩外壳的一侧设置有充电接头3,充电接头3通过充电线4与电动车相连接,报警器2通过螺钉固定在充电桩外壳的上方;所述的过热报警探测器9与控制器10通过信号线连接,控制器10与报警器2之间电连接;所述的充电桩外壳的侧面设置有散热片12,散热片12内侧安装有风扇13,底座8通过地脚螺栓固定在地面上,支架7与底座8之间通过螺钉连接。
本具体实施方式为,需要充电时,工作人员或用户将持卡插入插卡口5中,充电桩开始工作,工作人员或用户可以通过显示屏1查看充电桩信息,风扇13开始运转以降低充电桩的内部温度,当过热报警探测器9探测到温度超过报警值时,将信号传输到控制器10,控制器10控制报警器2发出警报,当过热报警探测器9探测到温度超过急停值是,过热报警探测器9将信号传输到控制器10,控制器10发出信号到过热保护器11,过热保护器11断开充电桩的总电源,起到过热保护作用,该装置结构简单,操作方便,安装简易。

1.一种电动车充电桩过热保护装置,其特征在于:它包含显示屏(1)、报警器(2)、充电接头(3)、充电线(4)、插卡口(5)、散热口(6)、支架(7)、底座(8)、过热报警探测器(9)、控制器(10)、过热保护器(11)、散热片(12)和风扇(13),显示屏(1)安装在充电桩前面板上,充电桩前面板上设有插卡口(5)和散热口(6),充电桩外壳内部安装有过热报警探测器(9)、控制器(10)、过热保护器(11)和散热片(12),散热片(12)上安装有风扇(13),充电桩外壳上部安装有报警器(2),充电桩外壳侧边安装有充电接头(3),充电接头(3)与充电线(4)连接,充电桩外壳安装在支架(7)上,支架(7)安装在底座(8)上。
