In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a rectangular reed for an electric connector jack terminal, the reed is of a rectangular structure, the reed comprises a pair of reed matrixes which are oppositely arranged, the pair of reed matrixes are connected through a reed connecting bridge which is U-shaped, rivets are arranged on one side, adjacent to the reed connecting bridge, of the reed matrixes and on the opposite side of the reed matrixes, and the reed is fixed on the jack of the jack terminal through the rivets.
As a preferred implementation mode, a plurality of contact pairs are uniformly distributed on one pair of reed bases, and a contact pair gap is arranged between two adjacent contact pairs.
As another preferred embodiment, the contact pair comprises contact points which are positioned on a pair of reed matrixes and are opposite to each other, and elastic sections which are positioned on two sides of the contact points, wherein the contact points are raised and higher than the reed matrixes, an inserting gap of a pin inserting sheet is formed between the opposite contact points, a V-shaped forming angle is arranged between the contact points and the elastic sections, and the contact points are the apexes of the V-shape.
As another preferred embodiment, the rivet includes a rivet free end and a connecting end connecting the rivet free end to the reed base.
As another preferred embodiment, a pair of rivets are arranged on one side, adjacent to the reed connecting bridge, of the pair of reed bases and on the opposite side, and the rivets are symmetrically arranged about the center of the reed.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the reed structure can be formed by stamping, so that the production mode can be effectively widened, the processing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the cost can be reduced.
2. The adjacent two sides of the reed are designed with the rivet used for fixing the jack of the electric connector, which can adapt to the assembly in different directions, thereby realizing the 90 DEG and 180 DEG plug of the inserting pin inserting sheet, and the fixing structure of the reed can be designed into various modes according to the actual needs.
3. The spring plate base body is provided with a plurality of contact pairs, each contact pair comprises a contact point and an elastic section, the contact points are designed to be V-shaped forming angles, the contact points are V-shaped vertexes, the elastic sections are distributed on two sides of the V shape and are in wave crest shapes, and meanwhile, contact pair gaps are designed among the contact pairs, so that the force of a contact pin inserting sheet during insertion can be dispersed, proper inserting force is kept, and the elastic sections on two sides of the contact point of the spring plate can reduce the vertical stress of the spring plate during insertion of the contact pin inserting sheet, and the contact force of the contact point is increased; when the contact pin inserting piece is inserted, the elastic section can be contacted with the jack matrix after being stressed radially, so that the contact area of the reed matrix and the jack matrix is increased, the current transmission distance is shortened, and the temperature rise value and the contact resistance value can be effectively reduced.
4. The reed of the invention can be widely applied to electric connectors in the fields of new energy automobiles, rail transit, industrial special vehicles and the like.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a rectangular spring for an electrical connector receptacle terminal, the rectangular spring includes a "U" -shaped bent connecting bridge 1, and two opposite spring bases 2 of the same structure connected by the connecting bridge 1. The side of the reed body 2 parallel to the U-shaped connecting bridge 1 and its adjacent sides each have 2 rivets 3 for mounting the reed on the socket of the electrical connector. The rivet 3 on the reed base body 2 at two sides has the same structure, and two sides corresponding to two inserting sheets in two directions are inserted and pulled out, so that the assembly can be carried out according to actual needs. The rivet 3 comprises a rivet free end 4 and a fixed end 5 connected with the reed base 2.
12 identical contact pairs 6 are uniformly distributed on the reed base body 2, and a contact pair gap 7 is designed between two adjacent contact pairs 6. The contact pair 6 comprises a contact point 8 contacted with the pin inserting sheet and elastic sections 9 positioned at two sides of the contact point 8, wherein the contact points 8 of the two reed bases 2 are oppositely and inwards protruded and higher than the reed bases 2, and an inserting gap of the pin inserting sheet is formed between the contact points 8 and the elastic sections. The contact point 8 is taken as a vertex, the elastic sections 9 at two sides are outwards protruded and symmetrically distributed at two sides of the contact point 8, and then as shown in the top view of the reed in fig. 3, the elastic sections 9 at two sides of the contact point 8 are provided with V-shaped forming angles 10 on the plane of the reed base body 2, so that the vertical stress of the contact pair 6 of the reed when the inserting pin is inserted can be effectively dispersed, and proper inserting and extracting force is ensured. As shown in fig. 4, there are both contact points 8 and elastic segments 9 that contact the pin blade, and a spring blade with a profiled corner 10, which is broken down by the force of the pin blade during insertion. After passing through the contact point 8, the elastic section 9 with elasticity is bent to decompose the insertion force again, and meanwhile, the elastic section 9 can be outwards expanded to be attached to the jack of the electric connector after being stressed, so that the transmission contact area is increased, current can directly enter the jack from the transmission contact area instead of only entering the jack from the rivet 3, and the current transmission distance is shortened. Finally, the contact resistance and the temperature rise can be reduced.
The parameters such as the contact pair 6, the contact point 8, the elastic section 9, and the forming angle 10 of the spring are not limited to this, and may be different according to different use cases. Meanwhile, the fixing structure of the reed is not limited to the structure of the rivet 2, and can be designed into different fixing modes according to the actual requirements and conditions and considering the technical requirements of the jack structure, the temperature rise limit value, the contact resistance and the like of the electric connector.
The foregoing examples merely illustrate specific embodiments of the invention, which are described in greater detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
