Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes drying and dust prevention of electric clothes airing machines, in particular to a curtain type disassembly-free electric clothes airing machine device capable of rapidly folding and rapidly drying clothes and preventing dust.
Background
The electric clothes airing machine, namely the unique name of the intelligent clothes airing machine, is usually installed on a user balcony ceiling. The related products integrate the functions of full-effect three-dimensional drying technology, wireless radio frequency remote control, LED artistic lighting, light wave intelligent sterilization, music playing and the like. In the prior art, the electric clothes airing machine with the clothes drying cover has improved clothes drying effect compared with a clothes airing machine without the clothes drying cover. However, the installation, the use and the operation of the clothes drying cover are complex, the clothes drying cover needs to be disassembled for collection before each use, and a large amount of time is consumed for collection and folding due to the large volume of the clothes drying cover during each collection, so that inconvenience is caused to users, most users prefer to pay more electricity and rather extend the clothes drying time, the clothes drying cover is refused to be used, the clothes drying cover cannot be popularized and used, and the life of people is not facilitated.
In addition, most of clothes airing machines are still in a state without a clothes drying cover, so that the drying time is greatly prolonged, a large amount of electric energy is wasted, and energy conservation and environmental protection are not facilitated. Meanwhile, as the clothes are not dried, the clothes are in a naked airing state, if the clothes are not collected in time, dust in the air is easy to adhere to the clothes, and the clothes become dirty when not used, so that the life of people is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a curtain-type electric clothes airing machine device which can solve one or more of the problems in the prior art.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a curtain-type electric clothes airing machine apparatus, comprising,
a base mountable on a ceiling;
the lifting airing rack is arranged on the machine base and is configured to support clothes to be hung and aired, and the lifting airing rack can move in the vertical direction;
the curtain can be covered on the periphery of the machine base and the lifting airing rack, one side of the curtain is provided with a side opening, and the curtain can be opened at the side opening; and, a step of, in the first embodiment,
the guide rail assembly correspondingly surrounds the periphery of the machine base, the guide rail assembly is connected with the upper part of the curtain, and the curtain can be opened or closed along the guide rail assembly at the side opening.
The lifting clothes hanger has the beneficial effects that the machine base is arranged on the ceiling, so that the space is conveniently saved, a plurality of clothes hanger hanging holes can be formed in the lifting clothes hanger so as to facilitate clothes hanging, the lifting clothes hanger is lowered to hang or take down the clothes, and then the lifting clothes hanger can be lifted, so that the space can be greatly saved. The manual or automatic lifting mechanism in the prior art can be used as the lifting airing frame in the invention. The curtain and the guide rail component are arranged, the curtain body of the curtain is drooped after the upper part of the curtain is connected with the guide rail component, a curtain enclosure cavity is formed, the airing rack and the airing clothes thereof are positioned in the curtain enclosure cavity, the top of the curtain enclosure cavity is sealed all around, the space is small, the temperature in the enclosure cavity can be quickly increased, the moisture in the airing clothes in the accelerating device is evaporated, the effect of quick drying of the clothes is realized, and the double effects of saving time, energy and money are realized. The bottom of the enclosing curtain encloses the cavity to form an opening naturally, so that the wetter heavy sinking gas in the enclosing cavity can flow out through the opening at the bottom to realize convection, and the clothes drying speed can be increased. Because the complete cover of the curtain covers the machine base, the lifting airing rack and the clothes aired on the lifting airing rack, dirt and dirty objects in the air are blocked outside the curtain, and after the clothes are aired, the clothes can be stored in the curtain for a long time without being collected. Particularly, the bottom of the curtain is naturally provided with an opening, the lifting airing rack and the clothes to be aired can freely lift and enter the curtain, and the curtain does not need to be opened or closed every time when the curtain is used, so that labor is not wasted; the curtain is higher in position and is close to the ceiling, the curtain does not occupy the space of the balcony close to the ground, the daily life of a user is not affected, the user does not need to install and detach when using the curtain, the balcony space is saved, the curtain is very convenient to use, the curtain is easy to accept by people, and the curtain is favorable for popularization and use in a large number.
In some embodiments, the rail assembly includes a track and a first pulley, one end of the first pulley is disposed within the track, the other end of the first pulley is provided with a connector extending from the track, and the connector is connected to an upper portion of the curtain. The curtain has the advantages that the connector can be a clamp or a hook or other connecting pieces, and the connector is used for connecting the upper part of the curtain. The upper portion of the curtain can slide along the rail after being connected with the connector, when a user uses the curtain, the curtain side can be pulled to move along the rail, so that the curtain can slide along the rail for one circle to enclose and seal the machine base and the lifting airing frame, a curtain enclosure cavity can be formed, when the user does not need to use the curtain, the curtain side is pulled in the opposite direction, the curtain is folded in one bundle, the curtain enclosure cavity is folded, balcony space can be saved, the balcony is more attractive, quick opening and quick folding are realized, the curtain is not required to be disassembled or installed in daily use, and the curtain enclosure cavity is very convenient to use.
In some embodiments, one end of the rail extends outward along one side of the rail to form an extension, a rail groove entrance is formed at a junction of one end of the extension and the rail, a cross-sectional area of the tail pulley of the first pulley is larger than a size of the rail groove entrance, and the other end of the extension is connected with a wall. The curtain rail has the advantages that the first pulley pulls all the first pulleys and the curtain after the first pulley forwards slide, enter the entrance of the rail groove, enter the rail to bypass one circle, and the tail pulley of the first pulley is blocked outside the entrance of the rail groove to form a curtain enclosure. When the curtain is not needed, the first pulley slides along the opposite direction, withdraws from the rail and slides towards the wall along the extending part of the rail until the curtain is folded and is close to the wall, so that the curtain is free from installation and disassembly, the balcony is quite convenient, and the balcony is attractive and tidy.
In some embodiments, an above window track is also included. A window is provided in the wall and the extension of the track continues to extend over the window as an over-window track. The curtain has the beneficial effects that after the curtain withdraws from the guide rail around the machine seat to the extension part, the curtain continues to slide to pass through the track above the window, so that the curtain covers the window, and the curtain has the functions of shading light and beautifying living environment.
In some embodiments, still include the cable subassembly, the cable subassembly includes remote controller, circuit board, motor shaft wheel, first cable, leading wheel and guide way, and the circuit board is connected with the motor electricity, the remote controller with circuit board signal connection, the guide way is corresponding with the guide way subassembly, and the leading wheel can rotate in the guide way, and first cable forms closed circuit after motor shaft wheel and leading wheel, and the one end of first cable is connected with the one end on the upper portion of purse seine. The electric control device has the advantages that a user sends a traction instruction to the circuit board through the remote controller, the circuit board controls the motor to rotate forward or backward according to the instruction, the motor drives the first stay rope to pull forward or backward through the forward or backward rotation, the fixed point of the first stay rope and the curtain pulls the first pulley and the curtain to slide forward or backward along the track, and therefore the formation and cancellation of the enclosure cavity of the curtain are controlled, electric control is achieved, the electric control device is more convenient and rapid to use, easy to accept by the user, and popularization are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the rail assembly is disposed on a ceiling, the rail assembly being located at the periphery of the housing. The guide rail assembly has the beneficial effects that the guide rail assembly is convenient to install.
In some embodiments, the guide rail assembly is disposed on the base, the guide rail assembly is disposed on the periphery or the inner side of the base, and the guide rail assembly is integrated with the base. The guide rail assembly and the machine base are integrated, so that the guide rail assembly and the machine base are more convenient for a user to install and use.
In some embodiments, the rail assembly is disposed outside of the housing, and the rail assembly further includes a cross member coupled to the housing. The middle of the cross beam is adhered to the machine base, and the two ends of the cross beam are used for fixing the guide rail assembly, so that the guide rail assembly is connected with the machine base through the cross beam.
In some embodiments, the bottom edge and side opening of the curtain are also provided with a zipper, velcro, magnet or other adhesive that can open or close the bottom opening and side opening. The curtain has the beneficial effects that after the curtain upper part surrounds the guide rail assembly to form the curtain enclosure cavity, the curtain bottom opening and the side opening can be closed or opened through the zipper, the magic tape, the magnet or other adhesive devices, so that the curtain enclosure cavity is of a top, four sides and bottom totally-enclosed structure, the sealing performance is better, the hot air loss is less, the clothes drying speed is faster, and the time and the electricity are saved.
In some embodiments, the device further comprises an expansion frame, wherein the expansion frame is connected below the guide rail assembly through a connecting edge, the expansion frame is similar to the guide rail assembly in shape, and the size of the expansion frame is larger than that of the guide rail assembly. The curtain has the beneficial effects that the shape of the expansion frame is the same as or similar to that of the track, the perimeter of the expansion frame is larger than that of the curtain rail, the connecting edges are arranged between the track and the curtain expansion frame, and the expansion frame has a frame shaping function, so that the curtain body close to the periphery of the expansion frame is expanded, the curtain can not be blocked by clothes aired on the clothes hanger in the processes of pulling, opening and closing, the upper part of the curtain can run more smoothly along the track, and the use by a user is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the fan and/or the heater are/is arranged on the machine base, and the heater is arranged on one side of the fan. The air conditioner has the beneficial effects that the top opening of the curtain is communicated with the air outlet of the machine seat, and the fan blows the hot air generated by the heater into the curtain cavity through the air outlet, so that clothes can be further accelerated to be dried. For the electric clothes airing machine with no heating function and only blowing function, the convection speed of the air around the clothes can be increased, the effect of accelerating clothes drying is achieved, the clothes drying effect is good, and the clothes drying time is short.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 13 schematically illustrate a curtain-type electric laundry dryer apparatus according to various embodiments of the present invention. As shown, the device comprises a machine base 3, a lifting airing rack 4, a curtain 5 and a guide rail assembly 6.
The base 3 may be mounted on the ceiling 1, in this embodiment, on the ceiling 1.
The lifting airing rack 4 is arranged on the machine base 3, a plurality of hanging holes 41 are formed in the lifting airing rack 4 and used for hanging buckles of clothes hangers, clothes to be hung and aired can be supported, the lifting airing rack 4 can move in the vertical direction, and therefore when the clothes are required to be taken and placed, the lifting airing rack 4 is lowered, the lifting airing rack 4 is lifted after the clothes are taken and placed, the operation is convenient, and the space is saved.
The curtain 5 can cover the periphery of the machine base 3 and the lifting airing frame 4, an opening 51 is formed in one side of the curtain 5, and the curtain 5 can be opened at the side opening 51. The side opening 51 facilitates the opening and closing of the curtain 5 or encloses a cavity.
The guide rail assembly 6 correspondingly surrounds the outer ring of the machine base 3, the guide rail assembly 6 is connected with the curtain 5, and the curtain 5 can be opened or closed along the guide rail assembly 6 at the side opening 51.
When the device is used, the machine base 3 is arranged on the ceiling 1, so that the space is convenient to save, the lifting airing frame 4 can be provided with a plurality of clothes hanger hanging holes 41 so as to be convenient for hanging clothes, the lifting airing frame 4 is lowered to hang or take down the clothes, and then the lifting airing frame 4 can be lifted, so that the space can be greatly saved. Either a manual or automatic lifting mechanism in the prior art can be used as the lifting airing frame 4 in the present invention. The curtain body of the curtain 5 sags after the upper part of the curtain 5 is connected with the guide rail component 6 to form a cavity of the curtain 5, the lifting airing rack 4 and the clothes to be aired are positioned in the cavity of the curtain 5, the top and the periphery of the cavity of the curtain 5 are sealed, the space is small, the temperature in the cavity can be quickly increased, the moisture in the clothes to be aired in the accelerating device is evaporated, the effect of quick clothes drying is realized, and the double effects of saving time, saving energy and saving money are realized. The bottom of the enclosure 5 is naturally provided with an opening, so that the wet heavy sinking gas in the enclosure can flow out through the opening at the bottom to realize convection, and the clothes drying speed can be increased.
Because the complete cover of the curtain 5 covers the machine base 3, the lifting airing rack and the clothes aired on the lifting airing rack, dirt and dirty objects in the air are blocked outside the curtain 5, and after the clothes are aired, the clothes can be stored in the curtain 5 for a long time without being collected. Particularly, the bottom of the curtain 5 is naturally provided with an opening, the lifting airing rack 4 and the aired clothes can freely lift and enter the curtain 5, and the curtain 5 does not need to be opened or closed when in use each time, so that labor is not wasted; the curtain 5 is located at a higher position and is close to the ceiling 1, the curtain 5 does not occupy the space of a balcony close to the ground, the daily life of a user is not affected, and the curtain is not required to be installed or detached when being used by the user, so that the space of the balcony is saved, the curtain is very convenient to use, easy to accept by people and is beneficial to popularization and use in a large amount.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in particular, the rail assembly 6 includes a rail 61 and a first pulley 62, one end of the first pulley 62 is provided in the rail 61, the other end of the first pulley 62 is provided with a connector which protrudes from the rail 61, and the connector is connected with the upper portion of the curtain 5. The connector may be a clip or a hook or other connection for connecting to the upper part of the curtain 5. The upper portion of the curtain 5 can slide along the rail 61 after being connected with the connector, when a user uses the curtain, the curtain 5 can be pulled to move along the rail 61 by pulling the side edge of the curtain 5, so that after the upper portion of the curtain 5 is enclosed and sealed along the rail 61, a curtain 5 enclosure cavity can be formed, when the user does not need to use the curtain, the curtain 5 is pulled in the opposite direction, the curtain 5 is folded in one bundle, thereby the curtain 5 enclosure cavity is folded, the balcony space can be saved, the balcony is more attractive, the quick opening and the quick folding can be realized, the daily use is unnecessary to detach and install, and the use is very convenient.
In order to make the whole product more neat and consistent with the surrounding environment when the product is not in use, one end of the rail 61 extends outwards along one side of the rail 61 to form an extension 63, a joint of one end of the extension 63 and the rail 61 forms a rail groove entrance 64, a cross-sectional area of a tail pulley 622 of the first pulley 62 is larger than a size of the rail groove entrance 64, and the other end of the extension 63 is connected with the wall 2. The head pulley 621 pulls all of the first pulley 62 and the curtain 5 thereafter to slide forward into the track groove entrance 64 and into the track 61 to detour around the track groove entrance 64 and the tail pulley 622 of the first pulley 62 is blocked out of the track groove entrance 64 to form the enclosure of the curtain 5 as shown in fig. 2 and 3. When the curtain 5 is not required to be used, the head pulley 621 slides in the opposite direction, withdraws from the rail 61 and slides along the extension 63 of the rail 61 toward the wall 2 until the curtain 5 is folded and is close to the wall 2, thereby realizing no installation and disassembly of the curtain 5, being very convenient and making the balcony more beautiful and tidy.
Sometimes also including an above window track 66. The wall is provided with a window 21 and the extension 63 of the track 61 continues to extend over the window 21 as an over-window track 66. Therefore, after the curtain withdraws from the track 61 around the stand 3 to the extension 63, the curtain continues to slide through the track 66 above the window, so that the curtain 5 covers the window 21, and the curtain has the functions of shading light and beautifying living environment.
As shown in fig. 6, sometimes for convenience, the curtain 5 is automatically opened and closed, and further includes a cable assembly 7, the cable assembly 7 including a remote controller 71, a circuit board 72, a motor 73, a motor shaft wheel 74, a first cable 75, a guide wheel 76, and a guide groove 77. The circuit board 72 is electrically connected with the motor 73, the remote controller 71 is in signal connection with the circuit board 72, the guide groove 77 corresponds to the track 61, the guide wheel 76 can rotate in the guide groove 77, the first stay rope 75 passes through the shaft wheel 74 of the motor 73 and the guide wheel 76 to form a closed circuit, and one end of the first stay rope 75 is connected with one end of the upper portion of the curtain 5. The user sends a traction instruction to the circuit board 72 through the remote controller 71, the circuit board 72 controls the motor 73 to rotate forwards or reversely according to the instruction, the motor 73 drives the first stay rope 75 to drag forwards or reversely through the forward or reverse rotation, the fixed point of the first stay rope 75 and the curtain 5 pulls the first pulley 62 and the curtain 5 to slide forwards or reversely along the track 61, and therefore the formation and cancellation of the enclosure of the curtain 5 are controlled, electric control is achieved, the use is more convenient and quick, the electric traction device is easy to accept by the user, and popularization and use are facilitated.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in order to facilitate the retraction of the curtain 5, a folding assembly 9 is further provided, and the folding assembly 9 is provided on the side surface of the curtain 5, and may be specifically located at four corners of the curtain 5. As shown, the folding assembly 9 mainly includes a second pulley 91, a second cable 92, and a positioning hole 93. The second pulley 91 is connected with the track 61, the second guy cable 92 is ring-shaped, the upper end is hung on the second pulley 91, and a descending edge and an ascending edge are formed by natural sagging, wherein the descending edge penetrates through the positioning holes 93 from top to bottom, the positioning holes 93 are multiple, and the top-down is connected with the curtain 5. The rising edge of the lifting inhaul cable is pulled downwards, and the curtain body of the curtain 5 is correspondingly folded upwards to be lifted; after the curtain body of the curtain 5 is folded and lifted, the descending edge of the lifting inhaul cable is pulled downwards, and the curtain body of the curtain 5 descends correspondingly. After the curtain body of the curtain 5 is lifted and folded, the volume is smaller, the balcony space is further saved, and the sight of the balcony is wider and more attractive.
There are various ways of mounting the rail assembly 6.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the guide rail assembly 6 is arranged on the ceiling 1, and the guide rail assembly 6 is arranged on the outer side of the stand 3, so that the guide rail assembly 6 is convenient to install.
Sometimes, the guide rail assembly 6 is also arranged on the stand 3, the guide rail assembly 6 is arranged on the periphery or the inner side of the stand 3, and the guide rail assembly 6 and the stand 3 form a whole, so that the installation and the use of a user are more convenient. In fig. 9, the track 61 is disposed at the periphery of the stand 3. Fig. 10 shows that the rail 61 is disposed inside the housing 3.
As shown in fig. 11, the guide rail assembly 6 is disposed on the outer side of the base 3, and the guide rail assembly 6 further includes a cross member 65, where the cross member 65 is connected to the base 3. The middle of the cross beam 65 is abutted on the machine base 3, and two ends of the cross beam 65 are used for fixing the guide rail assembly 6, so that the guide rail assembly 6 is connected with the machine base 3 through the cross beam 65.
As shown in fig. 12, the bottom edge and the side opening 51 of the curtain 5 are further provided with a zipper 53, a velcro, a magnet or other adhesive, and the bottom edge and the side opening 51 of the curtain 5 can be opened by the zipper 53, the velcro, the magnet or other adhesive. After the upper part of the curtain 5 surrounds the guide rail assembly 6 to form a curtain 5 enclosure cavity, the zipper 53, the magic tape, the magnet or other adhesive devices can be closed or opened, so that the curtain 5 enclosure cavity is of a top, four sides and bottom totally-enclosed structure, the sealing performance is better, the hot air loss is less, the clothes drying speed is higher, and the time and the electricity are saved.
As shown in fig. 13, in order to facilitate the curtain 5 to be unfolded to form a cavity, the curtain further comprises an expansion frame 8, wherein the expansion frame 8 is connected below the track 61 through a connecting edge 81, the expansion frame 8 is similar to the track 61 in shape, and the size of the expansion frame 8 is larger than that of the track 61. The shape of the expansion frame 8 is the same as or similar to that of the rail 61, the circumference of the expansion frame 8 is larger than that of the rail 61 of the curtain 5, a connecting edge 81 is arranged between the rail 61 and the expansion frame 8 of the curtain 5, the expansion frame 8 has a frame shaping function, so that the curtain body of the curtain 5 close to the circumference of the expansion frame 8 is expanded, the curtain 5 is not blocked by clothes aired on a clothes hanger in the processes of pulling, opening and closing, the upper part of the curtain 5 runs along the rail 61 more smoothly, and the use is convenient for users.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner further comprises a heater 11 and a fan 10, wherein the heater 11 and the fan 10 are arranged on the machine base 3, and the heater 11 is arranged on one side of the fan 10. The top opening of the curtain 5 is communicated with the air outlet of the machine base 3, and the fan 10 blows the hot air generated by the heater 11 into the cavity of the curtain 5 through the air outlet, so that the clothes can be further accelerated to be dried.
For the electric clothes airing machine with no heating function and only blowing function, the convection speed of the air around the clothes can be increased, the effect of accelerating clothes drying is achieved, the clothes drying effect is good, and the clothes drying time is short.
The foregoing are merely some embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concepts of the present invention, including but not limited to, rail-less assemblies, such as rail-less and pulley-less curtain frame structures, etc., which are within the scope of the invention.
