本发明属于藤条加工技术领域,具体涉及一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺。
背景技术
藤编制品是一种传统实用工艺品。利用山藤编织的各种器皿和家具。主要产地广东,见于江门、中山 、佛山等地。藤编制品一般经过打藤(削去藤上的节疤)、拣藤、洗藤、晒藤、拗藤、拉藤(刨藤)、削藤、漂白、染色、编织、上油漆等十几道工序。
藤条则是一种天然编织材料,是一种质地坚韧、身条极长的藤本植物。藤条外皮色泽光润,手感平滑,弹性极佳,似蔑而非蔑。亦常用此编制藤椅、藤箱等日常用具。由于刚采收的藤条,其质地坚韧、弯曲性较差,不利于加工制作,且藤条长时间的阳光暴晒容易引起藤条开裂发白老化等现象,缩短其编制品的使用寿命,降低其视觉感,另外由于藤条本身的易燃性,在使用藤编工艺品的时候就存在火灾隐患,且因此有必要寻求一种新的藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺。
现有技术中,如专利号CN201810575078.4公开的一种防腐阻燃藤条的制备方法,采用将藤条制成藤条然后先冷冻,然后放入阻燃液和防腐中逐渐升温浸泡,保护藤条的纤维素不被破坏的同时使浸泡液能够有效的浸入藤条内部,达到很好的阻燃、防腐效果,但是不具备防晒,抗老化功能;如专利号CN201710227916.4公开的一种提高藤条抗晒性能的处理方法,将藤条处理后,不但有效抑制藤条中对紫外光敏感的基因发生光化学反应,有效防治紫外可见光对藤条的辐射,但是温度过高时,藤条本身具有易燃性,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素8~12份、磷酸二氢钾2~3份、硫酸亚铁3~5份、谷氨酸钠0.5~0.8份、吲哚乙酸0.3~0.6份、乙二醇15~20份和蒸馏水90~120份,再隔5~7天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣;
(2)预处理:用清水洗除藤条表面的杂质,再放入0.5%wt的氯化钠溶液中浸泡3~5h,取出藤条并沥干水分;
(3)蒸煮:将预处理后的藤条放入蒸煮液中,加热至90~95℃蒸煮15~20min,取出藤条,用清水冲洗干净备用;
(4)软化:将蒸煮后的藤条放入软化剂中浸泡5~12h,其中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶15~18份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯2~5份、柠檬酸钾3~5份、木质素磺酸钠1~3份、氨基硅油6~8份、苯甲酸钠1~3 份、甲壳素1~3份、阻燃剂1~3 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.5~0.8份和蒸馏水200~300份;
(5)干燥:将软化后的藤条沥干水分后,移至温度35~45℃,相对湿度为20~30%的环境下进行烘干,烘干至藤条含水率为25-30%;
(6)防霉:用干燥的生姜粉末熏蒸藤条,熏蒸后即可进行编织操作。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中将直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中蒸煮液由以下重量份的原料制成:2~3份柠檬酸、1~2份胡萝卜酸、3~5份磷酸三钠、2~3份磷酸锌和70~90份蒸馏水。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶17份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯4份、柠檬酸钾4份、木质素磺酸钠2份、氨基硅油7份、苯甲酸钠2 份、甲壳素2份、阻燃剂2 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.6份和蒸馏水250份。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂由硼酸锌和三氧化锑按照质量比1:3混合而成。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中软化过程采用超声波进行辅助处理,超声波的频率为25~28kHz,每间隔30min处理一次,每一次的超声处理时长为10min。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1,本发明在处理之前先对藤条的根部喷施调节剂,不仅能提高藤条的C、P含量,能增强木质纤维的抗氧化能力,同时还能促进藤本植物的快速生成,有利于增强藤条木质纤维的硬度;并且根据藤条的直径对藤条进行分类,避免了因为藤条粗细不均匀出现的浸泡不充分的情况。
2,本发明先采用预处理和蒸煮处理使藤条软化,然后采用专用软化剂和生姜粉末对藤条进一步软化和防霉处理,使藤条具有较好的强度、韧性、抗晒性和阻燃效果,工艺简单,效果明显,易于工业化生产,具有良好的市场前景。
3、本发明中软化剂是以多种润滑剂结合多种添加剂的复配,克服了单一试剂的缺陷,从而提高了软化剂的功能性;芦荟胶、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯、柠檬酸钾、木质素磺酸钠、氨基硅油等润滑剂之间产生协调效应,增强了藤条木质纤维韧性,使得木质纤维形成束状纤维束,大大提高藤条的抗拉强度和抗屈服强度;阻燃剂由硼酸锌和三氧化锑混合而成,能在藤条表面形成阻燃层,从而提高了藤条的防火性能,并且阻燃剂中不含卤元素,遇明火时也不会产生有毒气体;添加的紫外线吸收剂UV-531,也能有效减少紫外可见光对藤条的辐射,能防止藤条老化,有利于延长藤编制品的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素8份、磷酸二氢钾2份、硫酸亚铁3份、谷氨酸钠0.6份、吲哚乙酸0.4份、乙二醇15份和蒸馏水90份;再隔5天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣,其中直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三,并选用类别二作为实验对象;
(2)预处理:用清水洗除藤条表面的杂质,再放入0.5%wt的氯化钠溶液中浸泡3h,取出藤条并沥干水分;
(3)蒸煮:将预处理后的藤条放入蒸煮液中,加热至90℃蒸煮15min,取出藤条,用清水冲洗干净备用,其中蒸煮液由以下重量份的原料制成:2份柠檬酸、1份胡萝卜酸、3份磷酸三钠、3份磷酸锌和70份蒸馏水;

(5)干燥:将软化后的藤条沥干水分后,移至温度35℃,相对湿度为20%的环境下进行烘干,烘干至藤条含水率为25%;
(6)防霉:用干燥的生姜粉末熏蒸藤条,熏蒸后即可进行编织操作。
实施例2
一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素9份、磷酸二氢钾2份、硫酸亚铁4份、谷氨酸钠0.7份、吲哚乙酸0.4份、乙二醇18份和蒸馏水100份;再隔6天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣,其中直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三,并选用类别二作为实验对象;
(2)预处理:用清水洗除藤条表面的杂质,再放入0.5%wt的氯化钠溶液中浸泡4h,取出藤条并沥干水分;
(3)蒸煮:将预处理后的藤条放入蒸煮液中,加热至92℃蒸煮18min,取出藤条,用清水冲洗干净备用,其中蒸煮液由以下重量份的原料制成:3份柠檬酸、2份胡萝卜酸、3份磷酸三钠、2份磷酸锌和80份蒸馏水;
(4)软化:将蒸煮后的藤条放入软化剂中浸泡8h,其中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶17份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯3份、柠檬酸钾4份、木质素磺酸钠2份、氨基硅油7份、苯甲酸钠2 份、甲壳素2份、阻燃剂3 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.7份和蒸馏水240份;在软化过程采用超声波进行辅助处理,超声波的频率为26kHz,每间隔30min处理一次,每一次的超声处理时长为10min;
(5)干燥:将软化后的藤条沥干水分后,移至温度40℃,相对湿度为24%的环境下进行烘干,烘干至藤条含水率为27%;
(6)防霉:用干燥的生姜粉末熏蒸藤条,熏蒸后即可进行编织操作。
实施例3
一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素10份、磷酸二氢钾3份、硫酸亚铁5份、谷氨酸钠0.7份、吲哚乙酸0.4份、乙二醇18份和蒸馏水110份;再隔7天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣,其中直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三,并选用类别二作为实验对象;
(2)预处理:用清水洗除藤条表面的杂质,再放入0.5%wt的氯化钠溶液中浸泡5h,取出藤条并沥干水分;
(3)蒸煮:将预处理后的藤条放入蒸煮液中,加热至95℃蒸煮17min,取出藤条,用清水冲洗干净备用,其中蒸煮液由以下重量份的原料制成:3份柠檬酸、2份胡萝卜酸、5份磷酸三钠、3份磷酸锌和85份蒸馏水;
(4)软化:将蒸煮后的藤条放入软化剂中浸泡10h,其中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶17份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯4份、柠檬酸钾4份、木质素磺酸钠2份、氨基硅油7份、苯甲酸钠2 份、甲壳素2份、阻燃剂2 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.6份和蒸馏水250份;在软化过程采用超声波进行辅助处理,超声波的频率为25~28kHz,每间隔30min处理一次,每一次的超声处理时长为10min;

(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素12份、磷酸二氢钾3份、硫酸亚铁5份、谷氨酸钠0.8份、吲哚乙酸0.6份、乙二醇20份和蒸馏水120份;再隔7天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣,其中直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三,并选用类别二作为实验对象;

(5)干燥:将软化后的藤条沥干水分后,移至温度45℃,相对湿度为20~30%的环境下进行烘干,烘干至藤条含水率为25%;
(6)防霉:用干燥的生姜粉末熏蒸藤条,熏蒸后即可进行编织操作。
综上,将传统的藤条处理方法作为对照组,将本发明一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺作为实验组,将对照组与本发明实施例1-4的处理后的藤条进行性能测试。在相同的条件下,得到各项的指标数据如下表:
由上表测试结果可见,本发明实施例1~4处理后的藤条较好的强度、韧性、和阻燃效果,工艺简单,效果明显。

Claims (6)

1.一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选取:先挑选生长旺盛、无虫害的藤本植物,然后向藤本植物的根部喷施调节剂,其中调节剂由由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素8~12份、磷酸二氢钾2~3份、硫酸亚铁3~5份、谷氨酸钠0.5~0.8份、吲哚乙酸0.3~0.6份、乙二醇15~20份和蒸馏水90~120份,再隔5~7天后采伐藤条,并除去藤条上枝叶和节疤,然后对不同直径范围内的藤条进行分类挑拣;
(2)预处理:用清水洗除藤条表面的杂质,再放入0.5%wt的氯化钠溶液中浸泡3~5h,取出藤条并沥干水分;
(3)蒸煮:将预处理后的藤条放入蒸煮液中,加热至90~95℃蒸煮15~20min,取出藤条,用清水冲洗干净备用;
(4)软化:将蒸煮后的藤条放入软化剂中浸泡5~12h,其中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶15~18份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯2~5份、柠檬酸钾3~5份、木质素磺酸钠1~3份、氨基硅油6~8份、苯甲酸钠1~3 份、甲壳素1~3份、阻燃剂1~3 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.5~0.8份和蒸馏水200~300份;
(5)干燥:将软化后的藤条沥干水分后,移至温度35~45℃,相对湿度为20~30%的环境下进行烘干,烘干至藤条含水率为25-30%;
(6)防霉:用干燥的生姜粉末熏蒸藤条,熏蒸后即可进行编织操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中将直径为0~2cm的藤条归为类别一,直径为2~5cm的藤条归为类别二,直径为5~8cm的藤条归为类别三。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中蒸煮液由以下重量份的原料制成:2~3份柠檬酸、1~2份胡萝卜酸、3~5份磷酸三钠、2~3份磷酸锌和70~90份蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中软化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟胶17份、月桂酸单氨基硅油酯4份、柠檬酸钾4份、木质素磺酸钠2份、氨基硅油7份、苯甲酸钠2 份、甲壳素2份、阻燃剂2 份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.6份和蒸馏水250份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂由硼酸锌和三氧化锑按照质量比1:3混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种藤编制品用藤条的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中软化过程采用超声波进行辅助处理,超声波的频率为25~28kHz,每间隔30min处理一次,每一次的超声处理时长为10min。
