When in use, the bottle body 30 of the drip bottle 29 is clamped by the thumb, the index finger and the middle finger, wherein the thumb is arranged at the lower part, and the middle finger and the index finger are arranged at the upper part; then, lightly squeezing the bottle body 30, and dripping a proper amount of physiological saline into nostrils of the infant; then, the wrist is rotated clockwise, the drip bottle 29 is rotated one hundred eighty degrees, and the second fitting portion 33 of the second stopper 32 is pressed against the nostril of the infant to drip physiological saline. Due to the arrangement of the first ventilation holes 34 and the second ventilation holes 35, the nostrils into which the physiological saline is dripped are still communicated with the outside, but the ventilation amount is limited, which is equivalent to the effect that the nostrils of the infant are slightly closed by hands of medical staff. In the traditional mode, the semi-closed nostrils are pressed by hands, the defect of uncontrollable ventilation exists, the pressing is too heavy, the nostrils are completely closed, and the discomfort of infants can be caused; the pressing is too light, and the semi-closed effect can not be achieved. The infant nostril is semi-closed by the second plug 32, the ventilation quantity is constant, and the comfort of the infant can be improved by means of the jacking fit.
