Abstract
本发明属于植物精油技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:香茅油1‑70%,醛类化合物0.05‑5%,醇类化合物0.05‑5%,酚类化合物0.01‑2%,甘油1‑10%,水杨酸0.1‑5%,无水乙醇补足至100%。本发明提供的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂不仅能够驱蚊,还能帮助入睡,而且还能杀菌,净化空气;所采用的香茅油、醛类化合物、醇类化合物、酚类化合物以及水杨酸均是从植物中提炼的,制备而成的植物源驱蚊剂具有安全环保、温和、刺激性小、且气味清新等优点。

本发明属于植物精油技术领域,涉及一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,具体涉及一种含香茅油的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂。
背景技术
炎炎夏日,蚊子叮咬是一种常见现象,如不及时加以防治,轻则皮肤瘙痒,重则患上传染病,严重影响人们的日常生活,尤其对体质较弱的儿童和孕妇影响更为严重。为了消灭蚊子,人们使用各种驱蚊产品来驱蚊,而市场上销售的很多驱蚊产品大多是化学药剂,且这些驱蚊剂气味都比较刺鼻,让人在睡眠过程会存在很大的不适感,而且化学药剂还会危害人体健康,因此,有必要开发一种高效低毒或无毒、使用后无残留、易降解、不易产生抗性的环保驱蚊剂。

为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,不仅能够驱蚊,而且还能杀菌,净化空气。

进一步地,所述醛类化合物为紫苏醛、枯茗醛、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、牦牛儿醛、茴香醛中的至少一种;所述醇类化合物为松油醇、薰衣草醇、薄荷醇、橙花醇、金合欢醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种;所述酚类化合物为香芹酚、百里香酚、丁香酚、异丁香酚中的至少一种。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂不仅能够驱蚊,还能帮助入睡,而且还能杀菌,净化空气;
(2)本发明提供的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂所采用的香茅油、醛类化合物、醇类化合物、酚类化合物以及水杨酸均是从植物中提炼的,制备而成的植物源驱蚊剂具有安全环保、温和、刺激性小、且气味清新等优点;
(3)本发明提供的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂将香茅油、醛类化合物、醇类化合物、酚类化合物、甘油、水杨酸和无水乙醇按照一定的比例复配,不仅可以显著增加驱蚊效果,而且具有抑菌、杀虫作用。

本发明实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:

香茅油又称香草油或雄刈萱油,由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得的淡黄色液体,有浓郁的山椒香气,主要成分是香茅醛、香叶醇和香茅醇,具有抗菌和杀菌性能,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、伤寒杆菌有抑制作用,还可抑制流感病毒,改善流感引起的不适,同时还具有驱蚊作用;
醛类化合物、醇类化合物、酚类化合物是植物精油的主要成分,是从植物的花、叶、根、果实、种子、树皮等中提炼出来的,具有杀虫、驱蚊、除味等作用;
甘油除具有保湿、保润功能外,还具有高活性、抗氧化、促醇化等特殊功效;
水杨酸是植物柳树皮提取物,主要有两方面作用,一是可使驱蚊剂中的有效成分缓慢释放,增长驱蚊剂的持效期;二是用做防腐剂;同时它还具有消炎止痛、祛除臭汗、消毒、杀菌等作用;
无水乙醇作为溶剂,使各种精油能够充分的溶解混合均匀,还具有消毒、杀菌、防腐功能。
本实施例提供的含香茅油的多功能、高效环保的多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包含多种植物提取物的主要活性成分按照一定的比例复配,不仅可以显著增加驱蚊效果,增加应用范围,而且还能杀菌、杀虫,净化空气,安全环保且气味清新。
进一步地,所述醛类化合物为紫苏醛、枯茗醛、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、牦牛儿醛、茴香醛中的至少一种;优选的,所述醛类化合物包括柠檬醛和肉桂醛;柠檬醛为无色或微黄色液体,呈浓郁柠檬香味,天然存在于柠檬草油,柠檬油、白柠檬油、柑桔油、山苍子油、马鞭草油中,是GB 2760-96规定为允许使用的食用香料,具有杀菌防腐功能,对对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等有抑制作用,它还可以消除空气中的不良气味;肉桂醛通常称为桂醛,天然存在于斯里兰卡肉桂油、桂皮油、藿香油、风信子油和玫瑰油等精油中,是GB2760-2011规定的允许使用的食品用合成香料,可用于制备肉类、调味品、口腔护理用品、口香糖、糖果用香精,具有抑菌作用,可作为天然食品防腐剂添加到水产品、肉制品等中;肉桂醛功能较多,首先,它具有杀菌消毒防腐的的功能,特别是对真菌有显著疗效,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及金黄色葡萄菌、白色葡萄球菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒和副伤寒甲杆菌、肺炎球菌、产气杆菌、变形杆菌、炭疽杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌,霍乱弧菌等有抑制作用;其次,它可做杀虫剂、驱蚊剂、冰箱除味剂、保鲜剂等,对传播黄热病的伊蚊幼虫有很强的杀灭效果,它将成为新型的杀虫剂,肉桂醛不仅安全环保而且气味芬芳,含有肉桂醛的抗微生物剂,可驱避昆虫,还可直接用于排水管(下水道)或汽车专用香精、空气清新剂、氧气发生器、冰箱除味剂,保鲜剂等。
进一步地,所述醇类化合物为松油醇、薰衣草醇、薄荷醇、橙花醇、金合欢醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种;优选的,所述醇类化合物包括薄荷醇和芳樟醇;芳樟醇,别名里那醇,来自富含芳樟醇的各种天然精油,例如芳樟油、芳樟叶油、伽罗木油、玫瑰木油、白玉兰油、芫荽油等,经精馏单离而得;芳樟醇带有浓青带甜的木青气息,似玫瑰木,既有紫丁香、铃兰与玫瑰的花香,又有木香、果香气息,香气柔和,轻扬透发,不甚持久,芳樟醇跟肉桂醛一样具有很多功能,首先,芳樟醇对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、肠炎膜杆菌、葡萄球菌、酿酒酵母菌、白色含球菌、黑曲霉菌等有很好的抗菌活性;其次还具有调节情绪、排除压力的作用,有助于睡眠;然后,芳樟醇还可用作除臭剂,对于令人作呕的硫化烃、大蒜制剂等,以及多硫化物有很强的掩盖不良气味能力;除此,对于排泄物,特别是人、畜粪便的除臭,芳樟醇的净化作用是基于芳樟醇和空气中有臭味的物质结合,从而能消除室内的不舒适气味,其效力可保持三个月以上;最后,芳樟醇还可用作杀虫剂,可以起到驱除蚊子、苍蝇的作用,也可做为蟑螂、蚂蚁、虱子等的驱避剂;薄荷醇,无色针状结晶或粒状,是薄荷油的主要成分,有止痒、止痛、防腐、刺激、麻醉、清凉和抗炎作用,可治头痛、神经痛、瘙痒及呼薄荷醇吸道炎症、萎缩性鼻炎、声哑等,还具有驱蚊的作用。
进一步地,所述酚类化合物为香芹酚、百里香酚、丁香酚、异丁香酚中的至少一种;优选的,所述酚类化合物为香芹酚。香芹酚,别名2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚、香荆芥酚、5-异丙基-2-甲基苯酚,天然品主要存在于牛至油、百里香油、樟脑油、紫苏油等中,有麝香草酚气味的无色至淡黄色稠厚油状液体,用于香料、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、抗氧剂、卫生杀菌剂、驱虫剂、防腐剂、脱味剂、医药中间体,还有很多报道其驱蚊效果较好,尤其与香茅油复配,对驱蚊起增效作用。

上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、柠檬醛、芳樟醇、香芹酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。

本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 55%
肉桂醛 1.5%
橙花醇 1.5%
丁香酚 1.5%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 4%
无水乙醇 31.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、肉桂醛、橙花醇、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例七
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 30%
茴香醛 3.5%
芳樟醇 2.5%
丁香酚 1.5%
甘油 3%
水杨酸 2%
无水乙醇 57.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、茴香醛、芳樟醇、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例八
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 49%
茴香醛 2.5%
芳樟醇 3%
丁香酚 1%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 4%
无水乙醇 35.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、茴香醛、芳樟醇、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例九
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 55%
茴香醛 2%
芳樟醇 4.5%
丁香酚 1.5%
水杨酸 2.5%
甘油 8%
无水乙醇 26.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、茴香醛、芳樟醇、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例十
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 35%
柠檬醛 1%
肉桂醛 1%
芳樟醇 1%
橙花醇 1%
香芹酚 0.5%
甘油 8%
水杨酸 1%
无水乙醇 51.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、柠檬醛、肉桂醛醛、芳樟醇、橙花醇、香芹酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例十一
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 55%
柠檬醛 2.5%
肉桂醛 1.5%
芳樟醇 2.5%
橙花醇 1.5%
香芹酚 0.1%
甘油 6%
水杨酸 2%
无水乙醇 28.9%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、柠檬醛、肉桂醛醛、芳樟醇、橙花醇、香芹酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例十二
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 49%
柠檬醛 2%
肉桂醛 2%
芳樟醇 1.5%
薄荷醇 2%
香芹酚 1%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 1%
无水乙醇 36.5%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、柠檬醛、肉桂醛醛、芳樟醇、橙花醇、香芹酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。

本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:

茴香醛 1%

香芹酚 0.5%
丁香酚 0.5%
甘油 7%
水杨酸 3%
无水乙醇 39%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、茴香醛、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、橙花醇、薄荷醇、芳樟醇、香芹酚、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
实施例十五
本实施例提供一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 55%
茴香醛 1%
柠檬醛 1.5%
肉桂醛 1.5%
橙花醇 0.5%
薄荷醇 3%
芳樟醇 1%
香芹酚 0.5%
丁香酚 0.1%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 5%
无水乙醇 25.9%。
上述驱蚊剂的制备方法如下:将香茅油、茴香醛、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、橙花醇、薄荷醇、芳樟醇、香芹酚、丁香酚混合均匀,得混合液A;再将水杨酸、甘油、无水乙醇混合,得混合液B;将混合液B加入到上述的混合液A中,用剪切机剪切使其混合均匀即得多功能驱蚊剂。
室内驱蚊实验:
1、供试药剂:实施例一至实施例十五所制得的驱蚊剂。
2、供试材料:
采用实验室饲养的敏感品系标准试虫;白纹伊蚊,羽化后3天-5天未吸血的雌性成虫;
3、仪器设备
蚊笼:长:400 mm,宽:300 mm,高300 mm;
4、试验条件
温度(26±1)℃;相对湿度:65%±10%。
5、攻击力测试
蚊笼内放入300只试虫,测试人员手背暴露40 mm×40 mm皮肤,其余部分严密遮蔽;将手伸入蚊笼中停留2 min,密切观察,发现蚊虫停落,在其口器将刺入皮肤前抖动手臂将其驱离,记为1只试虫停落;前来停落的试虫多于30只的测试人员和试虫为攻击力合格,此人及此笼蚊虫可进行驱避试验;
6、试验方法
按照GB/T 13917.9-2009《( 农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评 价第9部分:驱避剂》)的试验方法进行,试验选10名及以上攻击力合格的试验人员(男女各半,且试验前和试验期间不应饮酒、茶或咖啡,不应使用含香精类的产品),在其双手手背各画出50 mm×50mm的皮肤面积,其中一只手按1.5μL/cm2的剂量均匀涂抹待测的驱避剂,暴露其中的40 mm×40 mm的皮肤,严密遮蔽其余部分;另一只手为空白对照;涂抹驱避剂2h后,将手伸入攻击力合格的蚊笼内2 min,观察有无蚊虫前来停落吸血,之后每间隔1h测试一次,只要有一只蚊虫前来吸血即判作驱避剂失效,记录驱避剂有效保护时间(h);每次对照手先做对照测试,攻击力合格的试虫可继续试验,试虫攻击力不合格则需更换合格试虫进行试验;试验结果见表1;
7、计算方法
将药剂对10名受试者的有效保护时间相加,取其平均数(保留1位小数)作为该药剂的有效保护时间(h);
8、评价
根据驱避剂对测试人员的有效保护时间(h)进行药效评价。药效结果分为A、B两级,达不到B级标准者为不合格产品;
A级:有效保护时间≥6.0 h,B级:有效保护时间≥4.0 h;
从上表可以看出,不同含量的香茅油与不同含量的醛类化合物、酚类化合物、醇类化合物、水杨酸进行复配,驱蚊效果较好,其中实施例十二复配组合的驱蚊效果最好,有效保护时间长达9.8h,达到中华人民共和国国家标准GB-T13917.9-2009的A类标准。
采用上述的实验方法将本发明实施例十二提供的驱蚊剂与不同的对照实验进行对比,本发明实施例十二的驱蚊剂的组分与对照实验的驱蚊剂的组分如下表所示:
采用上述的实验方法得到的实施例十二与对照实验一至对照实验六的驱蚊效果如下表所示:
从上表可以看出,与对照实验一至对照实验六相比,本实施例十二的采用香茅油、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、芳樟醇、薄荷醇、香芹酚、甘油、水杨酸、无水乙醇按照一定的比例复配制得的驱蚊剂的效果最佳。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 1-70%
醛类化合物 0.05-5%
醇类化合物 0.05-5%
酚类化合物 0.01-2%
甘油 1-10%
水杨酸 0.1-5%
无水乙醇 补足至100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 10-60%
醛类化合物 1-5%
醇类化合物 1-5%
酚类化合物 0.05-1.5%
甘油 2-8%
水杨酸 0.1-4%
无水乙醇 补足至100%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 30-50%
醛类化合物 1.5-4%
醇类化合物 1.5-4%
酚类化合物 0.1-1%
甘油 3-7%
水杨酸 0.5-3%
无水乙醇 补足至100%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 40-50%
醛类化合物 3-4%
醇类化合物 3-4%
酚类化合物 0.5-1%
甘油 4-6%
水杨酸 1-2%
无水乙醇 补足至100%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 49%
醛类化合物 4%
醇类化合物 3.5%
酚类化合物 1%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 1%
无水乙醇 36.5%。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于:所述醛类化合物为紫苏醛、枯茗醛、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、牦牛儿醛、茴香醛中的至少一种;所述醇类化合物为松油醇、薰衣草醇、薄荷醇、橙花醇、金合欢醇、芳樟醇中的至少一种;所述酚类化合物为香芹酚、百里香酚、丁香酚、异丁香酚中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种多功能植物精油驱蚊剂,其特征在于,包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分:
香茅油 49%
柠檬醛 2%
肉桂醛 2%
芳樟醇 1.5%
薄荷醇 2%
香芹酚 1%
甘油 5%
水杨酸 1%
无水乙醇 36.5%。
