Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of server design, in particular to a cabinet compatible with two specifications of 19-inch and 21-inch servers.
Background
The existing cabinets are various in variety, the stock period of the cabinets is long, purchasing and operation and maintenance are inconvenient, the 19-inch server is also called a standard server in the market, the 21-inch server is also called a RACK server, the width dimension of the 19-inch server is 4476 mm, the width dimension of the 21-inch server is 536mm, the 19-inch server and the 21-inch server cannot be organically and uniformly arranged in one type of cabinet due to different widths of the two different specifications, and the operation cost is greatly increased due to the fact that the different servers are placed in the different types of cabinets.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cabinet compatible with two specifications of 19-inch and 21-inch servers, which is used for solving the technical problem that the 19-inch servers and the 21-inch servers cannot be compatible into the cabinet due to different widths.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a cabinet compatible with a server with two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches comprises a basic cabinet body, an extension cabinet module, a sliding rail, an adapter plate, a power module, a cabinet copper bar and a power distribution unit; the top of the basic cabinet body is connected with the extension cabinet module through bolts, the power module is arranged in the middle of the basic cabinet body, a plurality of pairs of sliding rails are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the power module, each pair of sliding rails is arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the basic cabinet body, the adapter plates are arranged in pairs, each pair of adapter plates is correspondingly connected on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the basic cabinet body, the adapter plates are arranged on the rear side of the sliding rails, the right side of the front portion of the basic cabinet body is provided with a power distribution unit, the left side is provided with cabinet copper bars, and the power distribution unit and the cabinet copper bars are electrically connected with the middle power module.
The upper part of the rear side of the basic cabinet body is connected with a first wind deflector; the lower part of the rear side of the basic cabinet body is connected with a second wind shield.
The upper part of the front side of the basic cabinet body is connected with a first baffle; the lower part of the front side of the basic cabinet body is connected with a second baffle.
The sliding rail comprises a supporting plate and a vertical plate, wherein the vertical plate is fixed on the supporting plate, the supporting plate and the vertical plate form an L-shaped connecting piece, a plurality of elastic sheet protrusions are arranged on the vertical plate, two ends of the vertical plate are respectively provided with a fastening screw hole, and the fastening screws penetrate through the fastening screw holes to connect the sliding rail on the inner wall of the basic cabinet body.
The elastic sheet bulge is made of spring steel.
The adapter plate comprises a first adapter plate and a second adapter plate, the first adapter plate and the second adapter plate are connected to form an L-shaped component, a plurality of adapter through holes are formed in the first adapter plate, the adapter plate is fixed on the inner wall of the basic cabinet body through the adapter through holes by fastening screws, a plurality of adapter screw holes are formed in the second adapter plate, and standard spring screws penetrate through the end portions of the standard server and are connected with the adapter screw holes.
And a plurality of pairs of sliding rails are arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the extension cabinet module.
32 pairs of sliding rails are arranged in the base cabinet body.
The effects provided in the present disclosure are merely effects of embodiments, and not all effects of the invention, and the above technical solution has the following advantages or beneficial effects:
1. the cabinet compatible with the servers with the two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches is provided with the adapter plate, one side of the adapter plate is connected with the basic cabinet body through the set screw, the standard spring screw penetrates through the standard server to be connected with the other side of the adapter plate, the adapter plate can compensate the defect of the width of the standard server, and the arrangement of the servers with the two specifications of the standard server and the RACK server in the basic cabinet body is realized.
2. The cabinet compatible with the servers with the two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches is provided with the extension cabinet module, if a customer wants to increase the capacity of the basic cabinet body, the area where the switch is installed in the basic cabinet body can be provided with the servers, and the switch is mounted on the extension cabinet module in a migration manner, so that the mounting capacity is increased.
3. According to the cabinet compatible with the servers with the two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches, 32 pairs of sliding rails are arranged in the basic cabinet body, each pair of sliding rails is correspondingly arranged on the inner side walls of the two sides of the basic cabinet body, the distance between the end faces of the extending ends of each pair of sliding rails is 410mm, the function of supporting the servers with the two specifications can be well achieved, and the production cost is reduced to a certain extent.
4. According to the cabinet compatible with the servers with the two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches, the power distribution unit is arranged on the right side of the front part of the basic cabinet body, the cabinet copper bar is arranged on the left side, the power distribution unit and the cabinet copper bar are connected with the middle power module, the power distribution unit is connected to the connecting socket of the power module through a cable, the cabinet copper bar is locked on the power supply output copper bar of the power module through a bolt, the power modules are connected with the total power supply of the machine room through the cable, the power distribution unit can supply power for the server with the size of 19 inches, the cabinet copper bar can supply power for the server with the size of 21 inches, and the two different servers are separately supplied with power, so that the operation of the server is more stable.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly illustrate the technical features of the present solution, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the following detailed description and the accompanying fig. 1 to 15. It should be noted that the components illustrated in the figures are not necessarily drawn to scale. Descriptions of well-known components and well-known techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
A cabinet compatible with servers of two specifications of 19 inches and 21 inches comprises a basic cabinet body 1, an extension cabinet module 2, a sliding rail 3, an adapter plate 4, a power supply module 5, a cabinet copper bar 7 and a power supply distribution unit 8; the top of the basic cabinet body 1 is connected with the extension cabinet module 2 through bolts, the power module 5 is arranged in the middle of the basic cabinet body 1, a plurality of pairs of sliding rails 3 are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the power module 5, each pair of sliding rails 3 is arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the basic cabinet body 1, the adapter plates 4 are arranged in pairs, each pair of adapter plates 4 is correspondingly connected on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the basic cabinet body 1, the adapter plates 4 are arranged on the rear side of the sliding rails 3, the right side of the front portion of the basic cabinet body 1 is provided with a power distribution unit 8, the left side is provided with a cabinet copper bar 7, the power distribution unit 8 and the cabinet copper bar 7 are electrically connected with the middle power module 5, the power distribution unit 8 supplies power for the standard server 61, and the cabinet copper bar 7 can supply power for the RACK server 62.
The uppermost portion of the basic cabinet body 1 is the region for installing the switch 9, the switch 9 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail 3, a plurality of pairs of sliding rails 3 are arranged on the left side inner wall and the right side inner wall of the extension cabinet module 2, if a customer wants to increase the capacity of the basic cabinet body 1, the RACK server can be installed in the region for installing the switch 9 in the basic cabinet body 1, the switch 9 is mounted on the sliding rail 3 of the extension cabinet module 2 in a migration mode, and the mounting capacity is increased.
The upper part of the rear side of the basic cabinet body 1 is provided with a first wind deflector 11, the first wind deflector 11 comprises a first air blocking plate 111 and first connecting side plates 112, the two first connecting side plates 112 are respectively fixed on two end faces of the first air blocking plate 111, each first connecting side plate 112 is provided with a first screw hole 1121, and a set screw passes through the first screw hole 1121 to fasten the first wind deflector 11 on the side wall of the basic cabinet body 1; the lower part of the rear side of the basic cabinet body 1 is provided with a second wind guard 12, the second wind guard 12 comprises a second air blocking plate 121 and a second connecting side plate 122, the second connecting side plates 122 are provided with two, are respectively fixed on two end faces of the second air blocking plate 121, each second connecting side plate 122 is provided with a second screw hole 1221, a set screw passes through the second screw holes 1221 to fasten the second wind guard 12 on the side wall of the basic cabinet body 1, the first wind guard 11 and the second wind guard 12 are convenient for wind guard, external wind can enter into the area provided with the server more, and integral heat dissipation is convenient.
The upper part of the front side of the basic cabinet body 1 is provided with a plurality of first partition plates 13, the first partition plates 13 are provided with first connecting holes 131, and a set screw passes through the first connecting holes 131 to fasten the first partition plates 13 on the side wall of the basic cabinet body 1; the lower part of the front side of the basic cabinet body 1 is provided with a plurality of second partition plates 14, the second partition plates 14 are provided with second connecting holes 141, the second partition plates 14 are fastened on the side wall of the basic cabinet body 1 by fastening screws penetrating through the second connecting holes 141, the front side of the basic cabinet body 1 is sealed by the first partition plates 13 and the second partition plates 14, and the connection mode of the fastening screws is adopted, so that the operation and the maintenance are convenient.
The sliding rail 3 comprises a supporting plate 31 and a vertical plate 32, the vertical plate 32 is fixed on the supporting plate 31, the supporting plate 31 and the vertical plate 32 form an L-shaped connecting piece, a plurality of elastic piece protrusions 322 are arranged on the vertical plate 32, the elastic piece protrusions 322 are made of spring steel, the elastic piece protrusions 322 can play an auxiliary clamping role after a standard server 61 or a RACK server 62 slides in, two ends of the vertical plate 32 are respectively provided with a fastening screw hole 321, and a fastening screw penetrates through the fastening screw holes 321 to connect the sliding rail 3 on the inner wall of the basic cabinet body 1.
The sliding rail 3 is provided with 32 pairs in total in the basic cabinet body, the distance between the end faces of the extending ends of each pair of sliding rails 3 is 410mm, the function of supporting the servers of two specifications can be well achieved, and the production cost is reduced to a certain extent.
The adapter plate 4 comprises a first adapter plate 41 and a second adapter plate 42, the first adapter plate 41 and the second adapter plate 42 are connected to form an L-shaped component, a plurality of adapter through holes 411 are formed in the first adapter plate 41, a fastening screw penetrates through the adapter through holes 411 to fix the adapter plate 4 on the inner wall of the basic cabinet body 1, a plurality of adapter screw holes 421 are formed in the second adapter plate 42, after the standard server 61 slides into the sliding rail 3, the standard spring screw 10 penetrates through the end portion of the standard server 61 and is connected with the adapter screw holes 421, the standard spring screw 10 can play a role of preventing loosening, and the adapter plate 4 can solve the problem that the width of the standard server 61 is insufficient.
The RACK copper bar 7 is equipped with two and along power module 5 bilateral symmetry setting, power module 5 is equipped with two and along power module 5 bilateral symmetry setting, be equipped with power supply output copper bar 52 and connecting socket 53 on the power module 5, be equipped with crown clamp 621 on the RACK server 62, crown clamp 621 links to each other with RACK copper bar 7, and the one end and the power supply output copper bar 52 bolted connection of RACK copper bar 7, standard server 61 links to each other with power distribution unit 8 through cable 51, power distribution unit 8 links to each other with power module 5 through cable 51, power module 5 rethread cable 51 links together with the total power of computer lab.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
one side of the adapter plate 4 is connected with the basic cabinet body 1 through a set screw, the standard spring screw 10 penetrates through the standard server 61 to be connected with the other side of the adapter plate 4, the adapter plate 4 can compensate the defect of the width of the standard server 61, and the arrangement of the standard server 61 and the RACK server 62 in the basic cabinet body 1 is realized.
