The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment, the desk is integrally formed by splicing injection-molded parts without other connecting parts as shown in figure 1. The supporting frame 4 includes an upper frame body 41, a lower frame body 42 and a bracket body 43, the upper frame body 41 is connected between the upper leg body 31 and the lower leg body 32 of the two-side supporting legs 3, the lower frame body 42 is connected on the lower leg body 32 of the two-side supporting legs 3, and the bracket body 43 is connected on the upper leg body 31 of the two-side supporting legs 3.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a locking groove 414 (see fig. 5) clamped on the vertical locking notch 64 is formed on one side of the upper foot sleeve 412 facing the upper stay 411, and a flange 415 covering and attached to the retaining edge 61 is formed on one side of the upper foot sleeve 412 away from the upper stay 411. Therefore, one end of the connector 6 is engaged with the upper leg cover 412, and the other end is abutted against the lower leg body 32 to be fixed. In addition, the flange 415 abuts the connecting surface 63 to maintain the tight engagement between the upper housing 412 and the connector 6.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper side of the upper foot cover 412 is integrally connected with an upper cover part 413 sleeved on the upper foot body 31, and the upper cover part 413 is smaller than the upper foot cover 412; the upper cover part 413 is sleeved on the upper foot body 31, and the upper cover 412 is sleeved on the lower foot body 32, so that the upper cover 412 has a positive effect on the stable connection between the upper foot body 31 and the lower foot body 32.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper leg body 31 is provided with upper limiting holes 312 at the lower sides of the upper two upper fixing holes 311, and the lower leg body 32 is provided with lower limiting holes 322 at the lower sides of the lower fixing holes 321; the stopper 7 for supporting the upper leg cover 412 in abutment is provided below the plug-in unit 6, and when the stopper 7 is fixed by the upper stopper hole 312 and the lower stopper hole 322 at the same time of plugging, it may be fixed by only the lower stopper hole 322.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the limiting member 7 includes a limiting block 71 abutting against the outer wall of the lower leg body 32, a limiting rod 72 integrally connected to the limiting block 71 and horizontally inserted into the upper limiting hole 312 and the lower limiting hole 322, and a limiting nail 73 abutting against the inner wall of the lower leg body 32 and detachably connected to the limiting rod 72. In this embodiment, a counter bore is formed in one side of the limiting rod 72 facing the limiting nail 73, and a chamfer is formed at the end of the limiting nail 73; the limit nail 73 is inserted into the counter bore and is in interference fit with the counter bore. The stopper 71 is shaped like the flange 415, and has a right-angled triangle cross section, and abuts against the lower end of the flange 415 to support the flange 415 for stopping.
The specific process of supporting legs 3 height adjustment is: first, the height is selected, and the stopper 7 is inserted into the corresponding upper stopper hole 312 and the lower stopper hole 322 and fixed. Then, inserting the plug connector 6 into the corresponding upper fixing hole 311 and the lower fixing hole 321, and finally, sliding the upper frame body 41 downwards, so that the locking groove 414 is clamped into the vertical locking notch 64, and the flange 415 is attached to the connecting surface 63 to fix the plug connector 6; in addition, the limiting block 71 abuts against the lower part of the upper foot sleeve 412 to support the upper foot sleeve 412 and limit the upper foot sleeve.
As shown in fig. 5, an arched bottom frame 323 is integrally connected to the lower end of the lower leg body 32, and a plate-shaped reinforcing rib 324 is provided between the bottom frame 323 and the lower end of the lower leg body 32, thereby increasing the connection strength between the lower leg body 32 and the bottom frame 323. The base frame 323 comprises support feet 325 arranged on two sides and used for supporting on the ground, a base plate 326 is detachably connected to the support feet 325, the base plate 326 improves the contact area of the support feet 325 and the ground, an annular convex pattern 328 is arranged on the bottom surface of the base plate 326, the convex pattern 328 increases the friction between the base plate 326 and the ground, and the base frame 323 can be supported on the ground more stably. In this embodiment, a hollow injection molding insertion tube is integrally molded on one side of the backing plate 326 facing the bottom frame 323, an injection molding sleeve for inserting the insertion tube is integrally molded on the support leg 325, and the injection molding insertion tube and the injection molding sleeve are in interference fit, so that the backing plate 326 and the support leg 325 are stably connected.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower frame 42 is installed at the bottom of the lower leg body 32, and includes a lower supporting rod 421 disposed at the middle portion and lower leg sleeves 422 integrally connected to two ends of the lower supporting rod 421 and respectively sleeved on the lower leg bodies 32 at two sides. The lower stay 421 is bent downward to form a U-shape. A horizontal reinforcing sheet 327 which is parallel to and attached to the side wall of the lower support 421 and attached to the inner side of the side wall of the lower support 421 is integrally molded on one side of the inner wall surface of the bottom frame 323 facing the lower support 421. The bottom surface of the table top plate 21 is provided with connecting columns 212 which are integrally molded at the positions close to the four corners, and the middle part of the rear side of the bottom surface of the table top plate 21 is provided with clamping columns 214 integrally molded. Two sides of the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting column 212 are provided with horizontal grooves 213 parallel to the length direction of the table top plate 21; the clamping column 214 is provided with a variable groove 215 along the axial direction, and two sides of the bottom of the clamping column 214 are provided with column edges 216.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the table drawer frame 22 includes a frame body 221 and a flange 222 integrally connected to the frame body 221 and horizontally folded outwards; the flange 222 is shaped like Contraband and includes a connection hole 223 corresponding to the connection post 212 for the connection post 212 to pass through, a fastening hole 224 corresponding to the fastening post 214 for the fastening post 214 to insert, and a material reducing hole 225 disposed between the connection holes 223 at both sides and at both sides of the fastening hole 224. After the post rim 216 passes through the engaging hole 224, the engaging post 214 is elastically restored to the outside, so that the post rim 216 is engaged with the advancing slot 226. The initial fixation of the table drawer frame 22 and the table top plate 21 is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, a horizontally disposed mounting plate 310 is integrally connected to the upper end of the upper leg body 31, a guard plate 313 vertically extends upward from both the outer side and both sides of the outer edge of the mounting plate 310, and the inner side has no guard plate 313. For convenience of description, the outer shield 313 is designated as an outer shield 314. The locking piece 5 includes a contact piece 51 contacting the outer shield 314, an insertion portion 52 disposed at two sides of the contact piece 51 and inserted into the insertion hole 3141, and a clamping portion for clamping on the partition 315. The clamping portion includes a fixing hook 53 and a clamping hook 54, the fixing hook 53 is disposed in the middle of the abutting piece 51 and is integrally U-shaped, the fixing hook 53 is inserted into the locking hole 3142 during fixing, and two sides of the fixing hook are clamped on the side wall of the end of the separating piece 315 away from the outer protecting plate 314. The clamping hooks 54 are disposed on two sides of one end of the inserting portion 52 away from the abutting piece 51, and the clamping hooks 54 are clamped on a side wall of one end of the separating piece 315 away from the outer protecting plate 314.
As shown in fig. 8, the inserting portion 52 includes an avoiding groove 55 disposed at a middle portion of one end away from the abutting piece 51. When the insertion part 52 is completely inserted into the insertion hole 3141, the relief grooves 55 are engaged with the horizontal grooves 213 at both sides of the connection post 212. In addition, in order to facilitate the insertion part 52 to pass through the horizontal slot 213, an end of the insertion part 52 away from the outer shield 314 is provided with an inclined guide surface. In order to increase the clamping stability of the clamping hook 54, clamping ribs 318 (see fig. 9) for clamping the clamping hook 54 extend downward from two sides of the positioning plate, so as to increase the clamping area of the clamping hook 54.
The outer guard 314 is provided with a groove 3143 into which the contact piece 51 is inserted, and when the contact piece 51 is inserted into the groove 3143, the contact piece 51 is at the same level as the outer end surface of the connection plate. And the two ends of the lower side of the embedded groove 3143 are communicated with unlocking grooves 3144, and the unlocking grooves 3144 are used for conveniently digging out the abutting sheets 51 clamped in the embedded groove 3143.
Therefore, when the connecting post 212 is inserted into the positioning hole 317, the positioning hole 317 horizontally positions the connecting post 212 to limit the horizontal sliding of the connecting post 212. Then the inserting part 52 horizontally penetrates into the inserting hole 3141 and the horizontal groove 213 in sequence to vertically position the mounting plate 310 and the table top plate 21 so as to prevent the mounting column from vertically sliding; meanwhile, the locking piece 5 is fixed by clamping the locking piece 5 on the separating sheet 315 through the clamping hook 54 and the clamping part. Thereby achieving the fixed connection between the table top plate 21, the table drawer frame 22, the mounting plate 310 and the locking member 5.
As shown in fig. 9, the connecting plate has hanging holes 81 below the positioning pieces 316 on both sides, and hooks 8 are fixed in the hanging holes 81 in a clamping manner, wherein the clamping manner between the hooks 8 and the hanging holes 81 is similar to the clamping manner between the clamping posts 214 and the clamping holes 224, and therefore, the details are not repeated.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the bracket body 43 includes a horizontal support rod 431 disposed at the middle portion and support leg sleeves 432 connected to both ends of the lower horizontal support rod 431 and respectively sleeved on the upper leg bodies 31 at both sides. Wherein the upper end surface of the horizontal support rod 431 is attached to the lower end surface of the table drawer frame 22, four connecting protrusions 433 are uniformly distributed on the upper end surface of the horizontal support rod 431 in the extending direction, and a connecting jack 227 for clamping the connecting protrusions 433 is arranged on the frame body 221. Therefore, the table drawer frame 22 is still stable after being placed on the support frame 4 of the bracket body 43 and heavier weight can be placed.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, in order to further improve the connection stability between the foot supporting sleeve 432, the upper foot sleeve 412, the lower foot sleeve 422 and the supporting foot 3, locking holes 90 are respectively formed in the middle parts of the outer walls of the foot supporting sleeve 432, the upper foot sleeve 412 and the lower foot sleeve 422, and locking protrusions 93 for being clamped in the locking holes 90 are arranged at the fixing positions of the upper foot body 31 and the lower foot body 32 corresponding to the foot supporting sleeve 432, the upper foot sleeve 412 and the lower foot sleeve 422.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, the support leg 3 has a U-shaped hole 91 formed on the outer side corresponding to the lock projection 93, an elastic piece 92 capable of being deformed by being turned inside out is formed on the inner side of the U-shaped hole 91, and the lock projection 93 is integrally connected to the elastic piece 92.
