本发明公开了一种能够提高鸡蛋中DHA含量的功能饲料,按重量份数计包括以下组份:玉米596kg;豆粕245kg;麦麸20kg;深海鱼油5kg;粗石粉49kg;贝粉40kg;裂壶藻菌5kg;4%蛋鸡复合预混料40kg。本发明通过向饲料中添加0.5%裂壶藻菌及0.5%深海鱼油,可使鸡蛋中DHA含量提高9.37倍达到每100克含DHA150毫克;只要每天摄入一枚DHA鸡蛋可达到保健效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够提高鸡蛋中DHA含量的功能饲料。
背景技术
鸡蛋(egg),为雉科动物鸡的卵。鸡蛋主要可分为三部分:蛋壳、蛋白及蛋黄。鸡蛋含有大量的维生素和矿物质及有高生物价值的蛋白质。其蛋白质的氨基酸组成与人体组织蛋白质最为接近。又名鸡卵、鸡子。味甘性平。具有滋阴润燥,养心安神,养血安胎,延年益寿之功。鸡蛋是大众喜爱的食品,鲜鸡蛋所含营养丰富而全面,营养学家称之为“完全蛋白质模式”,被人们誉为“理想的营养库”。
我国鸡蛋产量占世界总产量的36%,人均消费量达18公斤,居全球前列。随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者不但要吃饱还要吃好,对鸡蛋质量的要求日趋提高,特殊人群需要特色蛋品。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是神经树突的主要组成成分,在大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中约占50%,被医学界誉为“脑黄金”。
按照美国医学研究所(IOM)推荐标准,儿童、成人、孕妇每日适宜摄入DHA量分别为90、160、300毫克左右。但普通鸡蛋一枚只含8毫克左右DHA。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够提高鸡蛋中DHA含量的功能饲料,通过向鸡蛋中加入饲料中添加0.5%裂壶藻菌及0.5%深海鱼油,可使鸡蛋中DHA含量提高9.37倍达到每100克含DHA150毫克。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种能够提高鸡蛋中DHA含量的功能饲料,按重量份数计包括以下组份:

DHA(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA),二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄金,是一种对人体非常重要的不饱和脂肪酸,属于ω-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要成分,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成成分,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%,因此,对胎婴儿智力和视力发育至关重要。
DHA鸡蛋对人体的作用:促进大脑细胞发育、促进视网膜光感细胞成熟及保护视力细胞。
深海鱼油概念为深海鱼类体内不饱和脂肪的简称。鱼油是指富含EPA(二十碳五烯酸)、DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)的鱼体内的油脂。
人类主要从鱼类油脂中摄取EPA和DHA,其中以海产肥鱼中含量最高,某些淡水鱼中也含有一定量的EPA和DHA,其他动物性食物中含量较少。而植物性食物中不含有EPA和DHA。EPA与DHA均为不饱和脂肪酸(o-mega3),他们的化学名分别为二十碳五稀酸(EPA)和二十二碳六稀酸(DHA)。二者均为不饱和脂肪酸,且分子结构极为接近,因此EPA极易在人体内转化为高密度脂蛋白(HDL)发挥生理功能。
裂殖壶菌干粉应该成分大致为脂质55%,DHA(C22:6n-3)20%,C16:0 20%,其它脂肪酸含量低。该菌可通过异养繁殖生产,该产品生产不受季节影响,无毒物污染,成分稳定;且全面面面临鱼油供应紧缺,其被认为是一种极具实现工业化生产DHA潜力的微生物。
本发明通过向饲料中添加0.5%裂壶藻菌及0.5%深海鱼油,可使鸡蛋中DHA含量提高9.37倍达到每100克含DHA150毫克。只要每天摄入一枚DHA鸡蛋可达到保健效果。
