Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the embodiments of the invention and that no limitation of the invention is intended. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some structures, not all structures, relating to the embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an electronic prescription processing method based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment applies a blockchain technology to an electronic prescription processing scenario to solve the problems that a user needs to purchase an electronic prescription in a designated hospital pharmacy, and the convenience is poor. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic prescription processing method is usually executed by a business service platform, block chain nodes, prescription users and the like in a matching way. The service platform is a server platform specially used for verifying the prescription use authority; the prescription user is a user who needs to use the prescription data, and may be an off-line physical medical institution, a pharmacy, an on-line pharmacy, or the like. Optionally, the service platform and the prescription user may be nodes in the blockchain network, or may not be nodes in the blockchain network, but may interact with the blockchain nodes through interfaces provided by the blockchain nodes to participate in the blockchain network.
The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to a business service platform, and the method can be executed by an electronic prescription processing device based on a block chain, and the device can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode and can be integrated in the business service platform. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include:
s110, receiving a prescription using request sent by a prescription using party, and initiating a prescription using transaction request to the blockchain network to instruct the blockchain network to feed back based on prescription data stored in the blockchain.
In this embodiment, the prescription data is obtained by the blockchain node from the electronic prescription issuing party and stored in the blockchain, and may include, but is not limited to, basic information of a patient, basic information of a doctor in a visit, basic information of the electronic prescription issuing party, prescription issuing time, a prescription drug list, an effective drug-taking dose, a taking frequency, a historical drug-taking dose, a drug-taking time, and a drug-taking route, where the electronic prescription issuing party refers to an entity that issues an electronic prescription, such as a medical institution (e.g., a hospital); the basic information of the patient can include but is not limited to name, sex, date of birth, identification card number and the like; the basic information of the doctor can include but is not limited to name, sex, date of birth, work unit, department, etc.; the electronic prescription issuing side basic information may include an issuing side name, an organization attribute, and the like; the route of medication may include on-line and off-line medication, which may be selected by the patient at the visit; the time to take the medicine can be used for characterizing the timeliness of the prescription, such as before No. 4/20 in 2019 and the like.
The prescription use request can be a request sent by a prescription user to the business service platform when the prescription user determines that the prescription use requirement is locally generated, or detects some trigger event, such as receiving a prescription request or a dispensing request sent by some client. Alternatively, the locally generated prescription use requirement may be generated by the user clicking a medication or dispensation button or the like on an interactive page provided by the prescription user.
Optionally, the prescription use request may include basic information of the patient, a prescription drug list, the current drug taking dosage, the drug taking route, and the like, and the prescription use request may be a prescription drug prescription request or a prescription drug dispensing request. For example, receiving the prescription use request sent by the prescription user may include: receiving a prescription drug prescription request sent by a prescription user; alternatively, a prescription drug dispense request sent by a prescription user is received. The prescription drug prescription request refers to a request generated by a prescription user according to the prescription request under the condition that the prescription user generates the prescription request; correspondingly, the prescription medicine dispensing request refers to a request generated by the prescription user according to the dispensing request when the dispensing request is generated.
The prescription use transaction request can be generated by the business service platform according to the prescription use request after receiving the prescription use request sent by the prescription use party, and is used for requesting the blockchain network to perform feedback based on prescription data stored in the blockchain.
Specifically, if the service platform is a node in the blockchain network, when a prescription use request sent by a prescription user is received, an intelligent contract may be invoked to generate a prescription use transaction request based on the prescription use request, and the prescription use transaction request is directly transmitted to the blockchain network, so as to instruct the node in the blockchain network to query and feed back prescription data required for obtaining the prescription use transaction request from prescription data stored in the blockchain.
If the business service platform is not a node in the blockchain network, when a prescription use request sent by a prescription user is received, a template can be generated according to the prescription use transaction request, the prescription use transaction request is generated according to the prescription use request, and then the business service platform can interact with the blockchain by means of a data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a webpage or a fixed interaction interface and the like) provided by the blockchain link point, and the prescription use transaction request is sent to the blockchain network so as to instruct the node in the blockchain network to inquire and obtain prescription data required by the prescription use transaction request from prescription data stored in the blockchain and feed back the prescription use transaction request.
In combination with the practical application scenario, if the electronic prescription issuing party is a hospital, the patient visits the hospital, the doctor can issue the electronic prescription according to the illness state of the patient, and then the hospital can interact with the block chain network, so that the block chain network stores the electronic prescription data in the block chain; and then, if the patient directly takes the medicine in the hospital, the corresponding prescription user is a hospital pharmacy, in order to ensure the safety of the prescription medicine processing process, the hospital pharmacy can send a prescription medicine dispensing request to the business service platform, and then the business service platform initiates a prescription use transaction request to the blockchain network so as to indicate the blockchain network to feed back the prescription based on the prescription data stored in the blockchain.
If the patient takes the medicine in other online or offline pharmacy, the online pharmacy or offline pharmacy and the like can be used as prescription using parties and can send a prescription using request to the business service platform; the business service platform can receive a prescription use request sent by a prescription user and initiate a prescription use transaction request to the blockchain network to instruct the blockchain network to feed back based on prescription data stored in the blockchain.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the safety of each link in the process of processing prescription drugs and the characteristics of separate setting of pharmacy prescription and dispensing, if a patient takes a drug in a pharmacy on or off line, the prescription user can verify the prescription drug administration authority through the service platform, and after verifying that the prescription user has the administration authority, the prescription user executes the administration operation; and then, the prescription user needs to verify the dispensing authority of the prescription medicine through the service platform, and after the use authority is verified, the prescription user executes the dispensing operation, so that the patient can obtain the required prescription medicine.
S120, verifying whether the prescription user has the use authority or not according to the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network.
Specifically, after receiving the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network, the service platform can firstly verify the validity of the identity information of the prescription user, and can verify whether the prescription user has the use authority or not according to the prescription data and the prescription use request sent by the prescription user under the condition that the identity information of the prescription user passes the verification. For example, the basic information of the patient in the prescription data and the basic information of the patient in the prescription use request sent by the prescription using party can be compared, and if the basic information of the patient in the prescription data and the basic information of the patient in the prescription use request are not consistent, the prescription using party is determined not to have the use right; if so, it can be determined from the time dimension and/or the prescription drug usage dose dimension, etc., whether the prescription user has usage rights based on other data information in the prescription data, and in conjunction with other information in the prescription usage request sent by the prescription user.
If the time dimension meets the requirement, determining whether the prescription user has the usage right from the prescription drug usage dose dimension, for example, verifying whether the prescription user has the usage right according to the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network may include: and verifying whether the prescription user has the use authority or not according to the effective medicine taking dose of the prescription medicine in the prescription data fed back by the block chain network and the historical medicine taking dose. In this embodiment, the effective medication dose may also be referred to as the total medication dose of the prescribed drugs in the prescription data.
Specifically, under the condition that the time dimension meets the requirement and the basic information of the patient in the prescription data is compared with the basic information of the patient in the prescription using request sent by the prescription using party, the residual medicine taking dosage can be determined according to the effective medicine taking dosage of the prescription medicine in the prescription data and the historical medicine taking dosage; if the residual medicine taking dosage is zero, determining that the prescription is invalid, and further determining that a prescription user does not have the use authority; if the remaining medicine taking dose is not zero, comparing a prescription medicine list in a prescription use request sent by a prescription user with a prescription medicine list in prescription data, if the prescription medicine list in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user is within the range of the prescription medicine list in the prescription data, comparing the remaining medicine taking dose with the medicine taking dose in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user, and if the medicine taking dose is smaller than or equal to the remaining medicine taking dose, determining that the prescription user has use permission; if the prescription drug list in the prescription use request sent by the prescription using party is not within the scope of the prescription drug list in the prescription data, the prescription using party is determined not to have the use authority.
If the prescription drug usage dose dimension meets the requirement, determining whether the prescription user has the usage right from the time dimension, for example, verifying whether the prescription user has the usage right according to the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network may include: and verifying whether the prescription user has the use right or not according to the medicine taking time and/or the medicine taking route information of the prescription medicine in the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network. In this embodiment, the time for taking the prescription can be used to characterize the timeliness of the prescription, such as taking the prescription within one month from the prescription date or taking the prescription once every preset period; the medication intake pathway information may include offline medication intake and online medication intake. Optionally, a location for taking medicine may be set for taking medicine offline, and the location for taking medicine may be a physical store location of a prescription user selected by the user according to actual situations when the user is in a doctor.
Specifically, under the condition that the dimension of the dosage of the prescription medicine meets the requirement and the basic information of the patient in the prescription data is consistent with the basic information of the patient in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user, the time for receiving the prescription use request sent by the prescription user is obtained from the local, the time is compared with the medicine taking time of the prescription medicine in the prescription data, and if the time is not within the medicine taking time of the prescription medicine in the prescription data, the prescription user is determined not to have the use permission; if the time is within the time for taking the prescription medicine in the prescription data, the prescription user can be directly determined to have the use authority, and if the prescription data also comprises the route for taking the prescription medicine, the route for taking the prescription can be compared with the route for taking the prescription in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user, and if the route and the route are consistent, the prescription user is determined to have the use authority.
When the dimension of the dosage of the prescription medicine meets the requirement and the basic information of the patient in the prescription data is consistent with the basic information of the patient in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user, whether the prescription user has the use right or not can be determined only according to the comparison result of the medicine taking route of the prescription medicine in the prescription data and the medicine taking route in the prescription use request sent by the prescription user.
And S130, feeding back the verification result to the prescription user to instruct the prescription user to use the prescription according to the verification result.
In this embodiment, the verification result may be that the prescription user has the usage right, or that the prescription user does not have the usage right.
Specifically, after the business service platform determines the verification result, the verification result can be fed back to the prescription user, so that the prescription user can execute the prescription use operation such as prescription or medicine dispensing under the condition that the verification result fed back by the business service platform has the use authority, or inform the patient that the prescription is invalid and the like under the condition that the verification result fed back by the business service platform does not have the use authority.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the service platform receives the prescription use request sent by the prescription user, the service platform can verify the use authority of the prescription user according to the prescription data acquired from the block chain network and feed back the verification result to the prescription user, so that the prescription user can use the prescription according to the verification result. The scheme stores prescription data based on the block chain, so that the prescription data has the advantages of high transparency, difficulty in tampering, strong public trust and the like; meanwhile, the use authority of the prescription is controlled through the service platform, so that the safety of prescription drug processing is ensured, and the abuse of the prescription drug can be avoided; in addition, when a user needs to purchase a prescription drug, the user can use the prescription according to the use permission verification result fed back by the service platform through the prescription user, and does not need to purchase the drug in pharmacies of certain specific hospitals, so that the convenience of prescription drug processing is improved on the premise of ensuring the safety of prescription drug processing, and the user experience is also improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an electronic prescription processing method based on a blockchain according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which applies a blockchain technique to an electronic prescription processing scenario to solve the problem that a user needs to purchase an electronic prescription in a designated hospital pharmacy, which is poor in convenience. The applicable blockchains may be public or alliance chains. The whole set of block chain-based electronic prescription processing method is usually executed by a business service platform, block chain nodes, prescription users and the like in a matching way. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the block chain node. The method may be performed by a blockchain based electronic prescription processing apparatus, which may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and may be integrated in a computing device carrying blockchain nodes. Referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s210, receiving a prescription data uplink transaction request sent by an electronic prescription issuing party, and storing electronic prescription data in a block chain.
In this embodiment, the electronic prescription issuing party refers to an organization, such as a medical organization (e.g., a hospital), that issues an electronic prescription. Alternatively, the electronic prescription tool may be a node in the blockchain network, or may not be a node in the blockchain network, but may interact with the blockchain node through an interface provided by the blockchain node to participate in the blockchain network.
The uplink transaction request of the prescription data may be an uplink transaction request including prescription data generated by the electronic prescription issuing party at a timing or detecting a certain triggering event, such as the number of electronic prescriptions reaching a threshold, and the uplink transaction request is used for a node in the blockchain network to process the uplink transaction request to form transaction data to be stored in the blockchain.
Optionally, if the electronic prescription issuing party is a node in the block chain network, after the prescription data uplink transaction request is locally generated, the prescription data uplink transaction request may be directly sent to the current block generation node to request the current block generation node to process the current block generation node to form transaction data, and the transaction data is stored in the block chain. At this time, if the local node is the current block generation node, the electronic prescription provider may receive the prescription data uplink transaction request.
If the electronic prescription counter is not a node in the blockchain network, the data interaction platform (such as a client interface, a web page or a fixed interaction interface) provided by the blockchain node may interact with the blockchain to send the prescription data uplink transaction request to the blockchain network, and then the local node may obtain the prescription data uplink transaction request sent by the electronic prescription counter from the blockchain network.
Specifically, after receiving a prescription data uplink transaction request sent by an electronic prescription provider, the local node may store the electronic version of the prescription data in the blockchain. For example, if the local node is the current block generation node, after receiving a uplink transaction request of the prescription data sent by the electronic prescription provider, the electronic version of the prescription data may be directly written into the current block as transaction data, and the current block may be transmitted to the block chain network, so that the other block chain nodes are verified and stored. If the local node is not the current block generation node, after receiving a prescription data uplink transaction request sent by an electronic prescription provider, the local node may send the electronic version of the prescription data to the current block generation node, so that the current block generation node writes the electronic version of the prescription data as transaction data into the current block and feeds back the transaction data, and the local node may store the current block acquired from the current block generation node into the local block chain.
S220, receiving a prescription use transaction request initiated by the service platform in response to the prescription use request of the prescription user, and feeding back based on prescription data stored in the block chain to instruct the service platform to verify whether the prescription user has use authority or not according to the prescription data fed back by the block chain network.
In this embodiment, the prescription use transaction request may be generated by the service platform according to the prescription use request after receiving the prescription use request sent by the prescription use party, and is used for requesting the blockchain network to perform feedback based on the prescription data stored in the blockchain.
Specifically, after receiving a prescription use transaction request initiated by the service platform in response to the prescription use request of the prescription user, the local node may query and acquire prescription data required by the prescription use transaction request from electronic prescription data stored in the blockchain and feed back the prescription data, so that after receiving the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network, the service platform may first perform validity verification on the identity information of the prescription user, and verify whether the prescription user has use permission according to the prescription data when the identity information of the prescription user passes the verification.
In the embodiment, the electronic prescription data is stored based on the block chain, so that the electronic prescription data has high transparency, is difficult to tamper, has strong public trust and the like; and under the synergistic action between the local node and the business service platform, the authority of the prescription user is controlled, the safety of prescription drug processing is ensured, and the abuse of prescription drugs can be avoided.
In combination with the practical application scenario, if the electronic prescription issuing party is a hospital, the patient is in a visit in the hospital, the doctor can issue the electronic prescription according to the illness state of the patient, and then the hospital can interact with the blockchain network, so that the blockchain network stores the electronic prescription data in the blockchain. Then, if the patient directly takes the prescription in the hospital, the prescription user is a hospital pharmacy correspondingly, and in order to ensure the safety of the prescription drug processing process, the hospital pharmacy can send a prescription drug dispensing request to the business service platform, and then the business service platform sends a prescription use transaction request to the blockchain network; the local node acquires a prescription use transaction request sent by the business service platform from the blockchain network, and then feeds back the request based on prescription data stored in the blockchain, so that the business service platform verifies whether the hospital pharmacy has a use right according to the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network, and the hospital pharmacy can execute dispensing operation under the condition of verifying that the hospital pharmacy has the use right, thereby avoiding abuse of prescription drugs.
Then, if the patient takes the medicine in other online or offline pharmacy, the online pharmacy or the offline pharmacy can serve as a prescription using party to send a prescription using request to the business service platform correspondingly; the business service platform can receive a prescription use request sent by a prescription user and sends the prescription use transaction request to the blockchain network, the local node acquires the prescription use transaction request sent by the business service platform from the blockchain network and then feeds back the request based on the prescription data stored in the blockchain, so that the business service platform verifies whether an online pharmacy or an offline pharmacy has a use right according to the prescription data fed back by the blockchain network, and the online pharmacy or the offline pharmacy can execute a medicine dispensing or dispensing operation under the condition of verifying that the use right exists, thereby avoiding the abuse of prescription medicines.
Optionally, the verification of the usage rights of the prescription user may also be performed at block chain points. Specifically, after receiving a prescription use transaction request initiated by the service platform in response to the prescription use request of the prescription user, the local node may invoke an intelligent permission contract to verify whether the prescription user has the use permission according to the prescription data stored in the block chain. The intelligent contract of the authority is set by the nodes in the block chain network based on a consensus mechanism according to prescription data and stored in an updating block of the block chain.
Specifically, after receiving a prescription use transaction request initiated by a service platform in response to a prescription use request of a prescription user, the local node may obtain prescription data required by the prescription use request from the block chain, and then may use the prescription data as a parameter of an intelligent permission contract, invoke the virtual machine to execute the intelligent permission contract, and further may determine whether the prescription user has a use permission according to an operation result of the intelligent permission contract.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the block chain link points are interacted with an electronic prescription, and prescription data are stored based on the block chain, so that the prescription data have the advantages of high transparency, difficulty in tampering, strong public credibility and the like; meanwhile, the block chain nodes can interact with a business service platform to manage and control prescription use authority, so that the safety of prescription drug processing is ensured, and abuse of prescription drugs can be avoided.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an electronic prescription processing method based on a block chain according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiments. Referring to fig. 3, the method may specifically include:
s310, receiving a prescription data uplink transaction request sent by an electronic prescription issuing party, and storing electronic prescription data in a block chain.
And S320, receiving a prescription use transaction request initiated by the service platform in response to the prescription use request of the prescription user, and feeding back based on the prescription data stored in the block chain to instruct the service platform to verify whether the prescription user has the use authority according to the prescription data fed back by the block chain network.
S330, receiving the prescription use data sent by the prescription user and storing the prescription use data in the block chain.
In this embodiment, the prescription use data may include prescription data, prescription fill data, and prescription user information, and if the prescription use is an online pharmacy, the prescription use data may further include prescription drug logistics information. The prescription medicine dispensing data can comprise a prescribed medicine catalog and information of a medicine dispenser, the prescription medicine dispensing data can comprise a prepared prescribed medicine catalog and information of the medicine dispenser, and the information of a prescription medicine user is basic information of a patient; the prescription drug logistics information comprises information in the whole logistics process of issuing the prescription drug logistics order to sign for the prescription drug logistics order after dispensing is completed.
