Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clamps, in particular to a tool clamp for automobile transmission valve body transportation.
Background
In the automobile transmission industry, the assembly conditions are very strict due to design requirements during product assembly, and the production line is provided with advanced test equipment, so that the precision of each product assembled on line meets the design requirements. The devices are not simple and portable testing devices, are a set of online testing devices which are complex in structure and accord with the production process, and the whole testing process is executed by a PLC control program. Along with the automatic level lifting, the clamping and conveying stability of the valve body fixing clamp is required to be further improved.
When the valve body is tested, the valve body is clamped, grabbed and stacked mainly by a robot. Problems such as a drop phenomenon easily occur when the robot grips the holder itself, affecting the quality of the equipment and the product. We have found that the rate of failure increases as a result of the clamp falling, and therefore a solution to the problem needs to be found. It is urgent to design a special fixture for facilitating the transportation of the valve body.
The searched Chinese patent No. CN106217289B discloses a fixture for a vehicle gearbox valve body, which comprises a tray frame for bearing the valve body, wherein a pair of oppositely arranged valve body fixing claws are arranged on the tray frame, a pressing device for mutually drawing the pair of valve body fixing claws together to generate pretightening force is also connected onto the valve body fixing claws, a positioning surface which is contacted with the valve body is also arranged on the tray frame, the clamping direction of the pair of valve body fixing claws is parallel to the positioning surface, a valve body positioning pin and a valve core baffle plate are also arranged on the positioning surface, the axis of the valve body positioning pin is vertical to the positioning surface, a blocking surface which is vertical to the positioning surface is arranged on the valve core baffle plate, the valve body is fixed by matching of the fixing claws at the two sides of the tray frame and a clamping spring, and when a worker needs to take the valve body off the tray frame, it is inconvenient to operate the two fixing claws simultaneously, and thus it will also be inconvenient to remove the valve body from the tray frame.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a tooling clamp for transporting a valve body of an automobile gearbox, which has the advantages of facilitating the clamping of the valve body and the taking off of the valve body from a tray frame by workers, and the like, and solves the problems that the valve body is fixed by matching of fixing claws at two sides of the tray frame and clamping springs, and when the valve body needs to be taken off from the tray frame by workers, the two fixing claws are inconvenient to operate simultaneously, so that the valve body is not convenient to take off from the tray frame.
