Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of optical precision instruments, in particular to an optical lens group clamping ring dismounting device for preventing a lens surface from being scratched and a lens dismounting method.
Background
In order to ensure that the optical lens has excellent imaging quality, in addition to ensuring the consistency of optical axes of the lens groups, the optical lens generally consists of a plurality of lens groups, and in the process of assembling and adjusting, the micro-stress assembly of the lens in each lens group is also required to be ensured, and the micro-stress assembly of the lens is an important link in the assembly of the optical lens and is also a difficult point.
The lens assembly structure shown in fig. 2, wherein the lens 11 and the lens holder 13 are in clearance fit, the lens 11 is firstly installed in the lens holder 13 and then screwed into the pressing ring 14 during assembly. In order to ensure the micro-stress assembly of the optical lens, the optical lens can adapt to working conditions such as vibration, impact and the like, a little silica gel is coated on the external thread of the pressing ring 14 to prevent loosening before screwing in the pressing ring 14, and then silica gel is injected into the outer circular rubber hole of the lens seat 13 to fix the lens. Even so, the lens surface shape is often degraded due to assembly stress and optical finishing, and finally the imaging quality of the whole lens is degraded. At this time, the only way is to remove the lens 11 with poor surface shape and to re-perform the micro-stress assembly. The first step of disassembling the lens 11 is to disassemble the pressing ring 14, as mentioned above, the external thread of the pressing ring 14 of the lens group is coated with silica gel before screwing into the lens holder 13, and a sufficient moment (especially for the lens with the caliber of more than 100 mm) must be applied to unscrew the pressing ring 14, which is very liable to cause the scratch of the lens surface.
The prior art has two methods for disassembling the lens group, namely, a common positioning-free clamping ring spanner is adopted for disassembling the lens group, the spanner is clamped into a clamping groove of the clamping ring during disassembling, and the spanner is very easy to deviate from the clamping groove to scratch an optical mirror surface in the process of screwing out the clamping ring; the second method is to use mechanical processing to carry out destructive dismantling, such as turning off or cutting off a pressing ring of a lens group by a lathe or a milling machine, and the method is at the cost of damaging the structure of mechanical parts, on one hand, the cutting chips generated in the processing are easy to scratch the lens surface, oil stains can cause the pollution of the lens surface, and on the other hand, the mechanical structural parts are damaged and must be reprocessed, so that the production progress is prolonged and the production cost is increased.
