背景技术
一般认为,麻醉是由药物或其他方法产生的一种中枢神经和(或)周围神经系统的可逆性功能抑制,这种抑制的特点主要是感觉特别是痛觉的丧失。麻醉顾名思义,麻为麻木麻痹,醉为酒醉昏迷。因此,麻醉的含义是用药物或其他方法使患者整体或局部暂时失去感觉,以达到无痛的目的进行手术治疗。麻醉学是运用有关麻醉的基础理论、临床知识和技术以消除患者手术疼痛,保证患者安全,为手术创造良好条件的一门科学。现在,麻醉学已经成为临床医学中一个专门的独立学科,主要包括临床麻醉学、急救复苏医学、重症监测治疗学、疼痛诊疗学和其他相关医学及其机制的研究,是一门研究麻醉、镇痛、急救复苏及重症医学的综合性学科。其中临床麻醉是现代麻醉学的主要部分。
在病人进行手术时,需要对病人麻醉来抑制病人的疼痛感,为了减轻病人的疼痛感,一般以气体的形式来给病人灌输麻醉药,但病人在呼吸麻醉剂的同时,也会呼出麻醉剂,进而影响室内的空气,对医护人员的身体健康造成不利,甚至影响医护人员手术。

(2)、该可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,通过第二支板的顶部固定连接有氧气瓶,氧气瓶的顶部连通有输氧管,且输氧管远离氧气瓶的一端与蒸发箱的左侧连通,蒸发箱的左侧固定连接有雾化器,雾化器的右侧与蒸发箱的左侧连通,雾化器的右侧且位于蒸发箱的内部连通有雾化喷头,利用氧气瓶可将氧气和麻醉剂一起给病人输入提高工作效率,且节省设备,利用雾化器和雾化喷头之间的配合可将液体麻醉剂雾化,提高麻醉剂与加热管的接触面积,加快麻醉剂的气化。
(3)、该可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,通过除杂箱的内部固定连接有活性炭板,除杂箱的右侧固定连接有吸风机,吸风机的左侧贯穿除杂箱并延伸至除杂箱的内部,除杂箱的左侧连通有吸风机头,麻醉箱的正面通过合页铰接有箱门,利用吸风机和活性炭板之间的配合可将二氧化碳和少量的麻醉剂气体吸附掉,避免有害气体进入手术室内。
(4)、该可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,通过排气管的外表面固定连接有第一气体单向阀,换气盒的右侧连通有进气管,进气管远离换气盒的一端依次贯穿麻醉箱和蒸发箱并延伸至蒸发箱的内部,进气管的外表面固定连接有第二气体单向阀,利用换气盒、第一气体单向阀和第二气体单向阀之间的配合,可避免呼出的气体与吸入的气体混合在一起。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,包括麻醉箱1,麻醉箱1内腔的底部固定连接有净化箱2,净化箱2的左侧连通有输液管19,且输液管19的左端与蒸发箱7的右侧连通,输液管19的外表面连通有液压泵20,净化箱2的顶部且位于第一连接管5的右侧连通有除杂管29,除杂管29远离净化箱2的一端连通有扩散喷头30,扩散喷头30的右侧贯穿除杂箱8并延伸至除杂箱8的内部,麻醉箱1的正面通过连接块3固定连接有冷却器4,净化箱2的顶部通过第一连接管5与冷却器4的底部连通,且第一连接管5的外表面固定连接有阀门35,可控制阀门35的闭合状态进而可顺利的挤压气囊21,加快冷却速度,冷却器4的顶部连通有第二连接管6,第二连接管6的一端且位于麻醉箱1的外部连通有气囊21,利用气囊21和冷却器4之间的配合可加快麻醉剂的冷却速度,提高工作效率,利用电机12和转动轴13之间的配合可带动加热管14转动,提高麻醉剂的蒸发效率,气囊21的外表面固定连接有按压垫22,气囊21的顶部连通有排气管23,排气管23的外表面固定连接有第一气体单向阀27,换气盒24的右侧连通有进气管28,进气管28远离换气盒24的一端依次贯穿麻醉箱1和蒸发箱7并延伸至蒸发箱7的内部,进气管28的外表面固定连接有第二气体单向阀36,排气管23的左侧连通有换气盒24,利用换气盒24、第一气体单向阀27和第二气体单向阀36之间的配合,可避免呼出的气体与吸入的气体混合在一起,且换气盒24的左侧通过导管25连通有面罩26,第二连接管6远离冷却器4的一端贯穿麻醉箱1并延伸至麻醉箱1的顶部,麻醉箱1内腔的底部且位于净化箱2的左右两侧分别固定连接有蒸发箱7和除杂箱8,除杂箱8的内部固定连接有活性炭板31,除杂箱8的右侧固定连接有吸风机32,利用吸风机32和活性炭板31之间的配合可将二氧化碳和少量的麻醉剂气体吸附掉,避免有害气体进入手术室内,吸风机32的左侧贯穿除杂箱8并延伸至除杂箱8的内部,除杂箱8的左侧连通有吸风机头33,麻醉箱1的正面通过合页铰接有箱门34,蒸发箱7的左侧固定连接有雾化器17,雾化器17的右侧与蒸发箱7的左侧连通,雾化器17的右侧且位于蒸发箱7的内部连通有雾化喷头18,蒸发箱7内腔的底部固定连接有加热板9,加热板9可在麻醉剂液体的底下加热,更加充分提高了麻醉剂的气化速率,蒸发箱7的右侧和净化箱2的左侧之间从下至上依次固定连接有第一支板10和第二支板11,第二支板11的顶部固定连接有氧气瓶15,利用氧气瓶15可将氧气和麻醉剂一起给病人输入提高工作效率,且节省设备,利用雾化器17和雾化喷头18之间的配合可将液体麻醉剂雾化,提高麻醉剂与加热管14的接触面积,加快麻醉剂的气化,氧气瓶15的顶部连通有输氧管16,且输氧管16远离氧气瓶15的一端与蒸发箱7的左侧连通,第一支板10的顶部固定连接有电机12,电机12输出轴的一端固定连接有转动轴13,转动轴13的一端且位于蒸发箱7的内部与蒸发箱7的左壁转动连接,转动轴13的外表面固定连接有加热管14,且转动轴13远离电机12的一端贯穿蒸发箱7并延伸至蒸发箱7的内部。
使用时,病人呼出的气体从排气管23排进气囊21和冷却器4内,再通过挤压压垫22来挤压气囊21,来压缩气体,加快麻醉剂的液化,当麻醉剂液化之后,打开阀门35,麻醉剂进入净化箱2,再打开液压泵20,麻醉剂从输液管16进入蒸发箱7,加热板9开始加热,同时电机12开始转动,电机12通过转动轴13带动加热管14转动,与此同时,雾化器17通过雾化器喷头18将液体麻醉剂雾化,来增加麻醉剂与加热管14之间的接触面积,进而加快气化效率,同时氧气瓶15开始对蒸发箱7输入氧气,与麻醉剂同时从进气管28供给给病人,同时吸风机32开始工作,将净化箱2内的二氧化碳和少量为液化的麻醉剂通过除杂管29进入活性炭板31。

Claims (10)
1.一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,包括麻醉箱(1),其特征在于:所述麻醉箱(1)内腔的底部固定连接有净化箱(2),所述麻醉箱(1)的正面通过连接块(3)固定连接有冷却器(4),所述净化箱(2)的顶部通过第一连接管(5)与冷却器(4)的底部连通,且第一连接管(5)的外表面固定连接有阀门(35),所述冷却器(4)的顶部连通有第二连接管(6),所述第二连接管(6)远离冷却器(4)的一端贯穿麻醉箱(1)并延伸至麻醉箱(1)的顶部,所述麻醉箱(1)内腔的底部且位于净化箱(2)的左右两侧分别固定连接有蒸发箱(7)和除杂箱(8),所述蒸发箱(7)内腔的底部固定连接有加热板(9),所述蒸发箱(7)的右侧和净化箱(2)的左侧之间从下至上依次固定连接有第一支板(10)和第二支板(11),所述第一支板(10)的顶部固定连接有电机(12),所述电机(12)输出轴的一端固定连接有转动轴(13),且转动轴(13)远离电机(12)的一端贯穿蒸发箱(7)并延伸至蒸发箱(7)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述转动轴(13)的一端且位于蒸发箱(7)的内部与蒸发箱(7)的左壁转动连接,所述转动轴(13)的外表面固定连接有加热管(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述第二支板(11)的顶部固定连接有氧气瓶(15),所述氧气瓶(15)的顶部连通有输氧管(16),且输氧管(16)远离氧气瓶(15)的一端与蒸发箱(7)的左侧连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述蒸发箱(7)的左侧固定连接有雾化器(17),所述雾化器(17)的右侧与蒸发箱(7)的左侧连通,所述雾化器(17)的右侧且位于蒸发箱(7)的内部连通有雾化喷头(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱(2)的左侧连通有输液管(19),且输液管(19)的左端与蒸发箱(7)的右侧连通,所述输液管(19)的外表面连通有液压泵(20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述第二连接管(6)的一端且位于麻醉箱(1)的外部连通有气囊(21),所述气囊(21)的外表面固定连接有按压垫(22),所述气囊(21)的顶部连通有排气管(23),所述排气管(23)的左侧连通有换气盒(24),且换气盒(24)的左侧通过导管(25)连通有面罩(26)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述排气管(23)的外表面固定连接有第一气体单向阀(27),所述换气盒(24)的右侧连通有进气管(28),所述进气管(28)远离换气盒(24)的一端依次贯穿麻醉箱(1)和蒸发箱(7)并延伸至蒸发箱(7)的内部,所述进气管(28)的外表面固定连接有第二气体单向阀(36)。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱(2)的顶部且位于第一连接管(5)的右侧连通有除杂管(29),所述除杂管(29)远离净化箱(2)的一端连通有扩散喷头(30),所述扩散喷头(30)的右侧贯穿除杂箱(8)并延伸至除杂箱(8)的内部。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述除杂箱(8)的内部固定连接有活性炭板(31),所述除杂箱(8)的右侧固定连接有吸风机(32),所述吸风机(32)的左侧贯穿除杂箱(8)并延伸至除杂箱(8)的内部,所述除杂箱(8)的左侧连通有吸风机头(33),所述麻醉箱(1)的正面通过合页铰接有箱门(34)。
10.一种可循环利用的麻醉气体净化装置的使用方法,其特征在于:使用时,病人呼出的气体从排气管23排进气囊21和冷却器4内,再通过挤压压垫22来挤压气囊21,来压缩气体,加快麻醉剂的液化,当麻醉剂液化之后,打开阀门35,麻醉剂进入净化箱2,再打开液压泵20,麻醉剂从输液管16进入蒸发箱7,加热板9开始加热,同时电机12开始转动,电机12通过转动轴13带动加热管14转动,与此同时,雾化器17通过雾化器喷头18将液体麻醉剂雾化,来增加麻醉剂与加热管14之间的接触面积,进而加快气化效率,同时氧气瓶15开始对蒸发箱7输入氧气,与麻醉剂同时从进气管28供给给病人,同时吸风机32开始工作,将净化箱2内的二氧化碳和少量为液化的麻醉剂通过除杂管29进入活性炭板31。
