本发明属于水质检测技术领域,具体的说,是关于一种工业废水水质在线快速检测系统及其检测方法。
背景技术
在工业废水排放与净化处理过程中,为了采取有效处理方法、控制污染物排放浓度,广泛采用各种pH、COD、电导率、氨氮、重金属离子等污染物在线检测仪器。这些仪器的使用有效地反映了被测水质浓度情况。但由于各种工业废水中污染物种类繁多、浓度差异大、腐蚀性强、干扰大、系统复杂难维护等问题,导致现有的各种污染物在线检测仪器使用寿命短,检测时间长,时效性差。
为此中国专利文献CN102841060A公开了一种在线水质快速检测系统,该系统利用工业废水直接或指示显色的特点,采用CCD与计算机技术结合,设计一种对直接显色或添加指示剂后显色、且其亮度与被测浓度有一定数量关系的工业废水,进行连续、快速检测的装置。其中,CCD是一种半导体器件,它能够将感受到的光线分色亮度为数字信号,以便计算机进行快速处理。但是,对于容易积垢的工业废水,在两次清洗之间,积垢是逐渐增厚的,需要定期在清洗罐中用清水置换工业废水后进行测定。而且,当使用一段时间后,检测箱体内会不断积聚水垢、水锈等,由于重力沉降作用,沉降于检测箱体的下方,影响检测箱体的光源亮度和检测箱体的使用寿命。严重时,会堵塞箱体下方的进水管和清洗管。另外,工业废水中通常含有油性成分,检测完成后直接排出将二次污染环境。因此,有必要设计一种结构简单、使用寿命长、检测效果好的工业废水水质快速检测系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业废水水质快速检测系统及其检测方法,以解决现有水质检测设备使用寿命短、检测效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种工业废水水质快速检测系统,包括检测箱体、电源与信号转换处理装置;
所述检测箱体的左右两侧各开设一通透圆孔,两通透圆孔相对设置,且两通透圆孔外各密封连接有一透光玻璃,以提高水质检测的准确率;
所述检测箱体为圆筒或方筒,所述检测箱体的内部上方设有除油除垢装置、用于驱动除油除垢装置升降的升降电机以及用于驱动除油除垢装置旋转的旋转电机,当旋转电机和升降电机驱动时,所述除油除垢装置水平旋转并沿检测箱体上下升降,当进行废水检测时,所述除油除垢装置置于通透圆孔的上方,所述除油除垢装置包括一壳体,所述壳体上设有若干直径均匀的网孔,内部设有若干在旋转时可以产生负离子的颗粒,所述颗粒的直径大于网孔的直径,以使颗粒始终位于壳体内,防止颗粒落入检测箱体内,
所述的电源与信号转换处理装置由计算机、光源、CCD传感器以及光纤管组成;光源发出的光线穿过透光玻璃和待测水样,由光纤管导入CCD传感器,CCD传感器进行光电转换成分色亮度数字信号,由通讯线路送至计算机进行处理。
根据本发明,所述检测箱体呈方形,所述检测箱体的两侧各设有一卡槽(图上未示出)、一柔性板和一用于控制柔性板滑动的锁止机构,所述检测箱体的内壁的前面板和后面板上对称设置有一导轨,所述柔性板可相对所述导轨滑动,所述柔性板的一端设于所述锁止机构内,另一端通过所述卡槽伸入检测箱体内,且柔性板伸入箱体的一端设有挡块,用于限制柔性板被拉出检测箱体,两挡块上各设有一磁铁,两磁铁相对设置,当两柔性板伸入箱体的中部时,在磁铁的吸力作用下,两柔性板吸合在一起,从而使检测箱体的上方形成一挡板,以避免检测时,出现色差。
根据本发明,所述锁止机构包括一对滑轨、可相对所述滑轨滑动的滑块以及一锁止开关,所述滑块上设有一连接件,所述柔性板上设有一安装孔,所述连接件穿过安装孔,从而将柔性板与滑块固定连接或可拆卸连接,所述滑轨的上表面设有若干齿牙,所述滑块的两侧设有一柔性杆,两柔性杆的末端各设有一限位件,所述限位件与滑轨上的齿牙相匹配,所述锁止开关上设有一凸点,所述凸点可在两柔性杆之间滑动,当凸点靠近滑块时,两柔性杆的末端均自然向内靠拢,使得柔性杆末端的限位件与所述齿牙不接触,从而使滑块可相对滑轨滑动;当凸点滑动至柔性杆的末端时,凸点将两柔性杆的末端向外胀紧,两限位件卡入齿牙,从而限制滑块滑动。使用时,当向上推动滑块时,所述柔性板不断伸入检测箱体;当向下推动滑块时,柔性板不断移出检测箱体,并在挡块的限制作用下,阻止柔性板完全移出检测箱体。

根据本发明,所述除油除垢装置呈风车型,包括轮毂和设置在轮毂上的若干风车叶片,所述风车叶片等间距设置,所述颗粒设于风车叶片内,所述风车叶片上设有若干所述网孔。使用时,当除油除垢装置上下升降并旋转,风车叶片随轮毂转动,带动水流沿圆周方向往复转动,快速将负离子传送至检测箱体内的各个角落,从而迅速打散检测箱体内的油性成分,使其转化成小分子与氧气均匀混合后分解,同时,检测箱体内的负离子在除油除垢装置的上下升降和旋转作用下,沿检测箱体内壁空间循环,可以减少检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成。
根据本发明,所述除油除垢装置包括轮毂和至少一对正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片,正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片对称设置,正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片分别倾斜设置在轮毂上,与轮毂的夹角为10-75°。当除油除垢装置上下升降并旋转时,检测箱体内的检测液会不断形成脉冲水波,并传送至检测箱体内的各个角落,从而防止检测箱体内形成水垢和水锈,提高检测箱体的使用寿命。
根据本发明,所述除油除垢装置与检测箱体内壁的间距为5-8cm。
根据本发明,所述光源与压盖的通孔之间设置有调光玻璃。
进一步的,所述CCD传感器的电荷耦合元件采用并联方式连接。
进一步的,所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括指示剂投加装置,该装置由指示剂罐和变频调速计量泵组成;对于本身没有颜色,但能选配到合适指示剂的废水,在指示剂罐中投加指示液,由变频调速计量泵定量加入进水管,混合反应显色后进入上述检测箱体,实施检测。
进一步的,所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括清洗装置,该清洗装置由清洗罐、清洗泵、清洗管连接而成;所述检测箱体下部开一孔接清洗管,其出口斜对透光玻璃,在计算机控制下,定期脉冲冲洗。
一种工业废水水质在线快速检测系统的检测方法,包括如下步骤:
A、启动供电电源控制器,在计算机控制信号作用下,向调速计量泵、清洗泵、计算机和CCD传感器供电;
B、检测:光源发出的光线经透光玻璃和待测水样,由光纤管导入CCD传感器,CCD传感器进行光电转换成分色亮度数字信号,由通讯线路送至计算机端口,由计算机检测程序进行处理,获得检测结果;
C、除油除垢:启动升降电机和旋转电机,所述除油除垢装置的转速为350-400r/min,升降速度为2.0-2.5mm/s,上升及下降各四次;除油除垢装置上下升降并旋转,在水流脉冲作用下,可以产生大量沿检测箱体内循环运动的负离子,引起油性成分共振,改变其分子结构,从而促进废水中的油性成分分解;同时,检测箱体内的负离子沿检测箱体内壁空间循环,防止检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成;
D、除油除垢装置上升至最高点,使所述除油除垢装置置于通透圆孔的上方。
进一步的,所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括指示剂投加装置,该装置由指示剂罐和变频调速计量泵组成;对于本身没有颜色,但能选配到合适指示剂的废水,在指示剂罐中投加指示液,在步骤B检测时,由变频调速计量泵定量加入进水管,混合反应显色后进入所述检测箱体,实施检测。
本发明的工业废水水质在线快速检测系统及其检测方法,其有益效果是结构简单、使用寿命长、除油除垢效果好,主要体现在:
1、所述颗粒经上下升降和旋转后,在水流脉冲作用下,可以产生大量沿检测箱体内循环运动的负离子,引起油性成分共振,改变其分子结构,从而促进废水中的油性成分分解,降低了环境污染;而且,颗粒不损坏,可以循环使用,不用更换,成本低;
2、检测箱体内的负离子经除油除垢装置的上下升降和旋转后,沿检测箱体内壁空间循环,打散污垢,可以减少检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成;
3、风车叶片的设置,带动水流沿圆周方向往复转动,快速将负离子传送至检测箱体内的各个角落,减少检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的工业废水水质在线快速检测系统及其检测方法作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,为本发明的一种工业废水水质快速检测系统,包括检测箱体1、电源与信号转换处理装置;所述检测箱体1的左右两侧各开设一通透圆孔2,两通透圆孔2相对设置,且两通透圆孔2外各密封连接有一透光玻璃3,以提高水质检测的准确率。所述检测箱体1为圆筒或方筒,所述检测箱体1的内部上方中部设有除油除垢装置4、用于驱动除油除垢装置4升降的升降电机5以及用于驱动除油除垢装置4旋转的旋转电机6,所述升降电机5和旋转电机6分别与供电电源控制器20连接。当旋转电机6和升降电机5驱动时,所述除油除垢装置4水平旋转并沿检测箱体的上下升降,当进行废水检测时,所述除油除垢装置4在通透圆孔2的上方,以避免影响透光玻璃3的透光效果;所述除油除垢装置4包括一壳体41,所述壳体41上设有若干直径均匀的网孔42,内部设有若干在旋转时可以产生负离子的颗粒,所述颗粒的直径大于网孔42的直径,以使颗粒始终位于壳体41内,防止颗粒落入检测箱体1内,所述颗粒由氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、碳、钾、水混合烧制而成。
所述颗粒含有如下重量份的组分:二氧化硅62-75份;氧化铝5-8份;氧化钙3-5份;氧化镁1-3份;碳8-15份;钾1-2份。
所述的电源与信号转换处理装置由计算机7、光源8、CCD传感器9以及光纤管10组成;光源8发出的光线穿过透光玻璃3和待测水样,由光纤管10导入CCD传感器9,CCD传感器9进行光电转换成分色亮度数字信号,由通讯线路送至计算机7进行处理。
如图1、图6、图7和图8所示,所述检测箱体1呈方形,所述检测箱体1的左右两侧各设有一卡槽、一柔性板105和一用于控制柔性板105滑动的锁止机构50,所述检测箱体1的内壁的前面板和后面板上对称设置有一导轨(图上未示出),所述柔性板105可相对所述导轨滑动,所述柔性板105的一端设于所述锁止机构50内,另一端通过所述卡槽伸入检测箱体1内,且柔性板105伸入检测箱体1的一端设有挡块106,用于限制柔性板105被拉出检测箱体2,两挡块106上各设有一磁铁107,两磁铁107相对设置,当两柔性板105伸入检测箱体1的中部时,在磁铁107的吸力作用下,两柔性板105吸合在一起,从而使检测箱体1的上方形成一挡板,以避免检测时出现色差。应当说明,所述柔性板105的宽度略小于检测箱体1的宽度。当检测箱体1上设有锁止机构50时,压盖11的中部至少设有一纵向通孔,以便锁止机构滑行。
所述锁止机构50包括一对滑轨51、可相对所述滑轨51滑动的滑块52以及一锁止开关53,所述滑块52上设有一连接件521,所述柔性板105上设有一安装孔,所述连接件521穿过安装孔,通过固定件等将柔性板105与滑块52固定连接或可拆卸连接,所述滑轨51的上表面设有若干齿牙511,所述滑块52的两侧设有一柔性杆522,两柔性杆522的末端各设有一限位件523,所述限位件523与滑轨51上的齿牙511相匹配,所述锁止开关53上设有一凸点531,所述凸点531可在两柔性杆522之间滑动,当凸点531靠近滑块52时,两柔性杆522的末端均自然向内靠拢,使得柔性杆522末端的限位件523与所述齿牙511不接触,从而使滑块52可相对滑轨51滑动;当凸点531滑动至柔性杆522的末端时,凸点531将两柔性杆522的末端向外胀紧,两限位件523卡入齿牙511,从而限制滑块52滑动。使用时,当向上推动滑块52时,所述柔性板105不断伸入检测箱体;当向下推动滑块52时,柔性板105不断移出检测箱体1,并在挡块106的限制作用下,阻止柔性板105完全移出检测箱体。
所述通透圆孔2的四周设有O型圈槽,O型圈槽内设有O型圈,所述通透圆孔2外放置透光玻璃3后,用螺栓通过压盖11固定透光玻璃3,在压盖11上与通透圆孔2对应位置上开通孔,以便光线穿越。
所述检测箱体1的上部连接一进水管13,进水管13上设有一进水阀14,中下部连接一出水管15,出水管上设有一出水阀16。
如图2所示,所述除油除垢装置4包括一圆管45和设于圆管中部上的轮毂43。
如图3所示,所述除油除垢装置4呈风车型,包括轮毂43和设置在轮毂43上的若干风车叶片44,所述风车叶片44等间距设置,所述风车叶片44内设有所述颗粒,且每个风车叶片44上颗粒重量一致,所述风车叶片44上设有若干所述网孔43。使用时,当除油除垢装置4上下升降并旋转,风车叶片44随轮毂43转动,带动水流沿圆周方向往复转动,快速将负离子传送至检测箱体1内的各个角落,从而迅速打散检测箱体1内的油性成分,使其转化成小分子与氧气均匀混合后分解,同时,检测箱体1内的负离子经除油除垢装置4的上下升降和旋转后,沿检测箱体1内壁空间循环,可以减少检测箱体1内的水垢和水锈的形成。
如图1所示,所述轮毂43与升降电机5的驱动轴51连接,所述驱动轴51的下部优选的套设有若干永磁体45,用于吸附水体中的金属颗粒。
所述检测箱体1包括箱102,所述箱体101和盖体102螺纹配合连接,所述箱体101和盖体102的连接处设有0型圈,所述升降电机5和旋转电机6固定在盖体102上,使得所述除油除垢装置4可拆卸固定在盖体102上,所述盖体102的中下方优选的设置有一挡板103,挡板103的中部设有一中心孔,以便于升降电机5的驱动轴51伸出与除油除垢装置4的轮毂43连接。
如图4-5所示,所述除油除垢装置4包括轮毂43和至少一对正向风车叶片441和反向风车叶片442,正向风车叶片441和反向风车叶片442对称设置,正向风车叶片441和反向风车叶片442分别倾斜设置在轮毂43上,与轮毂43的夹角为10-75°。当除油除垢装置4上下升降并旋转时,检测箱体1内的检测液会不断形成脉冲水波,并传送至检测箱体1内的各个角落,从而防止检测箱体1内形成水垢和水锈,提高检测箱体1的使用寿命。
所述除油除垢装置4与检测箱体内壁的间距为5-8cm。
所述光源8与压盖11的通孔之间设置有调光玻璃17。
所述CCD传感器9的电荷耦合元件采用并联方式连接。
所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括指示剂投加装置18,该装置由指示剂罐181和变频调速计量泵182组成;对于本身没有颜色,但能选配到合适指示剂的废水,在指示剂罐181中投加指示液,由变频调速计量泵182定量加入进水管,混合反应显色后进入上述检测箱体1,实施检测。
进一步的,所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括清洗装置19,该清洗装置19由清洗罐191、清洗泵192、清洗管193等连接而成;所述检测箱体1的下部开一孔接清洗管193,其出口斜对透光玻璃3,在计算机7控制下,定期脉冲冲洗透光玻璃3。
本发明的除油除垢装置内的颗粒的组分如表1所示。

表1的颗粒的制备过程如下,先将二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、碳、钾、水按上述重量份混合均匀,然后在90-110℃下烧制形成颗粒后,放入除油除垢装置内。本实施例的除油除垢装置4的转速为350-400r/min,升降速度为2.0-2.5mm/s时,有助于释放负离子。
例如,当除油除垢装置4为圆筒时,高度优选为400cm,直径为23cm。除油除垢装置升降的次数优选为四次。
又如,当除油除垢装置为方筒时,高度优选为400cm,宽度为23cm。除油除垢装置升降的次数优选为四次。
本发明的除油除垢装置的实际验证:
(1)检测除油除垢装置的除油效果:准备含油量比较大的工业废水,经检测含油量为15%;分别将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6的颗粒放入一个除油除垢装置内。接着,分别用实施例1-6的颗粒的除油除垢装置进行除油,每次检测,都重新往检测箱体1内注入上述工业废水。检测箱体为10L时,除油时,启动升降电机和旋转电机,工作时间均为8min。
结束后,采用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6的颗粒的除油除垢装置,其对应的检测箱体内的含油量分别下降至0.22%、0.3%、0.38%、0.4%、5.1%、0.20%。
(2)检测除油除垢装置的除垢效果:每次检测,均往10L的检测箱体内放入70g的水垢和7L干净的水,分别用实施例1-6的颗粒的除油除垢装置进行除除垢。除垢时,工作时间为8min,排水完成后,除油除垢装置上升至最高点。
结束后,采用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6的颗粒的除油除垢装置,其对应的检测箱体内的污垢量分别为0.2、0.1、0、0、0、2.2g。
综上所述,实施例1-4的颗粒应用于除油除垢装置,可以去除检测箱体内的油污和积垢。实施例5的除油效果低于实施例1-4及实施例6,实施例6的除垢效果低于实施例1-5。
本实施例的工业废水水质在线快速检测系统的检测方法,包括如下步骤:
A、启动供电电源控制器20(供电电源控制器20的输入电压为220V),在计算机控制信号作用下,向变频调速计量泵182、清洗泵192、计算机7和CCD传感器9供电;光源8选用LED等稳定灯泡/灯管;
B、检测:光源8发出的光线经透光玻璃3和待测水样,由光纤管10导入CCD传感器9,CCD传感器9进行光电转换成分色亮度数字信号,由通讯线路送至计算机7端口,由计算机7检测程序进行处理,获得检测结果;
C、除油除垢:启动升降电机5和旋转电机6,控制除油除垢装置4上下升降并水平旋转,所述除油除垢装置4的转速为350-400r/min,升降速度为2.0-2.5mm/s,上升及下降各四次,确保油性成分分解以及防止检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成。除油除垢装置上下升降及水平旋转时,在水流脉冲作用下,可以产生大量沿检测箱体1内循环运动的负离子,引起油性成分共振,改变其分子结构,从而促进废水中的油性成分分解;同时,检测箱体1内的负离子沿检测箱体1内壁空间循环,防止检测箱体内的水垢和水锈的形成;
D、除油除垢装置4上升至最高点,使所述除油除垢装置4置于通透圆孔2的上方。
所述在线水质快速检测系统还包括指示剂投加装置18,该指示剂投加装置18由指示剂罐181和变频调速计量泵182组成;对于本身没有颜色,但能选配到合适指示剂的废水,在指示剂罐181中投加指示液,在步骤B检测时,由变频调速计量泵182定量加入进水管13,混合反应显色后进入所述检测箱体1,实施检测。
设置清洗罐191配置清洗液,清洗罐191由管道与清洗泵192连接,清洗泵192出口(含止回阀)与检测箱体1相连,出口斜对透光玻璃3;在计算机7控制信号的定期作用下,先关闭进水阀14,再间歇启动清洗泵192加入清洗液,清洗透光玻璃3上的积垢;清洗完成后,再打开进水阀13,再开启除油除垢装置4,可以恢复正常检测。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰。这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种工业废水水质快速检测系统,包括检测箱体、电源与信号转换处理装置,其特征在于,所述检测箱体的左右两侧各开设一通透圆孔,两通透圆孔相对设置,且两通透圆孔外各密封连接有一透光玻璃;所述检测箱体的内部上方设有除油除垢装置、用于驱动除油除垢装置升降的升降电机以及用于驱动除油除垢装置旋转的旋转电机,当进行废水检测时,所述除油除垢装置置于通透圆孔的上方,所述除油除垢装置包括一壳体,所述壳体上设有若干直径均匀的网孔,内部设有若干在旋转时可以产生负离子的颗粒,所述颗粒的直径大于网孔的直径;所述的电源与信号转换处理装置由计算机、光源、CCD传感器以及光纤管组成;光源发出的光线穿过透光玻璃和待测水样,由光纤管导入CCD传感器,CCD传感器进行光电转换成分色亮度数字信号,由通讯线路送至计算机进行处理;所述颗粒含有如下重量份的组分:二氧化硅62-75份;氧化铝5-8份;氧化钙3-5份;氧化镁1-3份;碳8-15份;钾1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测箱体呈方形,所述检测箱体的两侧各设有一卡槽、一柔性板和一用于控制柔性板滑动的锁止机构,所述检测箱体的内壁的前面板和后面板上对称设置有一导轨,所述柔性板可相对所述导轨滑动,所述柔性板的一端设于所述锁止机构内,另一端通过所述卡槽伸入检测箱体内,且柔性板伸入箱体的一端设有挡块,两挡块上各设有一磁铁。
3.如权利要求2所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述锁止机构包括一对滑轨、可相对所述滑轨滑动的滑块以及一锁止开关,所述滑块上设有一连接件,所述柔性板上设有一安装孔,所述连接件穿过安装孔,从而将柔性板与滑块固定连接或可拆卸连接,所述滑轨的上表面设有若干齿牙,所述滑块的两侧设有一柔性杆,两柔性杆的末端各设有一限位件,所述限位件与滑轨上的齿牙相匹配,所述锁止开关上设有一凸点,所述凸点可在两柔性杆之间滑动,当凸点靠近滑块时,柔性杆的限位件与所述齿牙不接触;当凸点滑动至柔性杆的末端时,凸点将两柔性杆的末端向外胀紧,两限位件卡入齿牙。
4.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述除油除垢装置的转速为350-400r/min,升降速度为2.0-2.5mm/s,升降次数为至少四次。
5.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述除油除垢装置呈风车型,包括轮毂和设置在轮毂上的若干风车叶片,所述风车叶片等间距设置,所述颗粒设于风车叶片内,所述风车叶片上设有若干所述网孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述除油除垢装置包括轮毂和至少一对正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片,正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片对称设置,正向风车叶片和反向风车叶片分别倾斜设置在轮毂上,与轮毂的夹角为10-75°。
7.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述通透圆孔外放置透光玻璃后,用螺栓通过压盖固定透光玻璃,在压盖上与通透圆孔对应位置上开通孔,所述光源与压盖的通孔之间设置有调光玻璃,所述工业废水水质快速检测系统还包括指示剂投加装置,该装置由指示剂罐和变频调速计量泵组成;对于本身没有颜色,但能选配到合适指示剂的废水,在指示剂罐中投加指示液,由变频调速计量泵定量加入进水管,混合反应显色后进入上述检测箱体,实施检测。
8.如权利要求1所述的工业废水水质快速检测系统,其特征在于,所述工业废水水质快速检测系统还包括清洗装置,该清洗装置由清洗罐、清洗泵、清洗管连接而成;所述检测箱体下部开一孔接清洗管,其出口斜对透光玻璃,在计算机控制下,定期脉冲冲洗。
