Compared with the prior art, the flow guiding silencer provided by the invention has the advantages that the plurality of flow guiding plates are arranged in the shell 1, the plurality of expansion silencers 5 are arranged on the flow guiding plates, the refrigerant is subjected to noise reduction and gas-liquid separation for a plurality of times, the noise and the oil content are greatly reduced, the efficiency of reducing the noise and the oil content is improved, and the flow guiding silencer accords with humanized and industrial designs.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the flow guiding muffler provided by the present invention, a first flow guiding plate 3 and a second flow guiding plate 4 are disposed in a casing 1, the first flow guiding plate 3 is located below the second flow guiding plate 4, a plurality of expansion type silencers 5 are disposed on the first flow guiding plate 3 and the second flow guiding plate 4, and refrigerant passes through the first flow guiding plate 3, the expansion type silencers 5 on the first flow guiding plate 3, the second flow guiding plate 4, and the expansion type silencers 5 on the second flow guiding plate 4, and then makes multiple noise reduction and gas-liquid separation, thereby greatly improving the noise reduction effect and reducing the oil content.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the expansion type silencers 5 on the first guide plate 3 and the expansion type silencers 5 on the second guide plate 4 are staggered, so that the refrigerant becomes more difficult when entering the expansion type silencers 5 on the second guide plate 4 from the expansion type silencers 5 on the first guide plate 3, the circulation path of the refrigerant is convenient to be prolonged, the diffuse reflection time of the refrigerant is longer, the noise reduction and gas-liquid separation process is more complete, and the noise reduction effect of the refrigerant is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the expansion silencer 5 includes a vent hole 51 and an expansion chamber 52, wherein the vent hole 51 and the expansion chamber 52 are vertically communicated, and when the refrigerant enters the expansion silencer 5, the refrigerant enters the expansion chamber 52 to be diffusely reflected so as to perform silencing, and finally exits from the expansion chamber 52 through the vent hole 51. The refrigerant becomes more difficult when entering the second ventilation hole 51 from the first ventilation hole 51, the circulation path of the refrigerant is conveniently prolonged, the diffuse reflection time of the refrigerant is longer, the noise reduction and gas-liquid separation processes are more sufficient, and the noise reduction effect of the refrigerant is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the first baffle 3 and the second baffle 4 divide the inner portion of the housing 1 into a first chamber 6, a second chamber 7 and a third chamber 8, the air vent 2 is opened at the side wall of the housing 1, and the air vent 2 is communicated with the third chamber 8. Firstly, the refrigerant enters the first chamber 6 to perform first noise reduction and gas-liquid separation, then the refrigerant enters the second chamber 7 through the first vent hole 51 to perform third noise reduction and second gas-liquid separation through the expansion silencer 5 on the first guide plate 3, then the refrigerant enters the third chamber 8 through the second vent hole 51 to perform fifth noise reduction and third gas-liquid separation, and finally the refrigerant is discharged from the exhaust hole 2, wherein the whole process is subjected to five times of noise reduction and three times of gas-liquid separation, and the noise and oil content are greatly reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of baffles may be selected according to the actual situation.
Preferably, as another specific embodiment of the diversion silencer provided by the invention, the first diversion plate 3, the second diversion plate 4 and the third diversion plate are arranged in the shell 1, the first diversion plate 3, the second diversion plate 4 and the third diversion plate are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, a plurality of expansion silencers 5 which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the first diversion plate 3, the second diversion plate 4 and the third diversion plate, according to the noise reduction and gas-liquid separation processes, the three diversion plates can enable the refrigerant to undergo seven times of noise reduction and four times of gas-liquid separation, and the more the number of diversion plates and the expansion silencers 5 is, the better the noise reduction effect is. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of baffles and the number of expanded silencers 5 may be selected according to actual situations and requirements, and will not be described herein.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the radial dimension of the housing 1 gradually decreases from bottom to top, the spaces of the first chamber 6, the second chamber 7 and the third chamber 8 sequentially decrease, and in the process that the refrigerant flows from the first chamber 6 to the second chamber 7 and then to the third chamber 8, the diffuse reflection occurs more severely due to the gradual decrease of the spaces, so that the noise reduction and the gas-liquid separation effects are better.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the housing 1 is provided with an outwardly bent mounting portion 9, and the housing 1 may be fixed to a flange plate or the like by the mounting portion 9 during mounting.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the mounting portion 9 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 10, so that the connecting piece passes through the mounting holes 10 to fix the connecting plate.
