Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new energy sanitation equipment, in particular to a sucking disc device for a sweeper and the sweeper.
Background
Currently, the vacuum suction floor sweepers commonly found on the market generally have wheels for travelling along the floor and at least one rotatably driven sweeper brush for sweeping the floor and a vacuum waste bin. With the aid of such a floor sweeping machine, the floor can be swept, for example, streets, sidewalks or parking lots. At least one sweeper brush of the floor sweeper acts on the floor to be cleaned and directs the sweeper to the suction cup means from which it is sucked and carried through a conduit connected thereto into a vacuum waste bin. For this purpose, the vacuum waste bin is acted upon by a suction device with a negative pressure, so that a suction flow is formed from the suction cup device to the vacuum waste bin and from the vacuum waste bin to the suction device. Since the sweeper needs to bear a large amount of equipment, in order to improve the space utilization, the lifting structure of the sucker device needs to be improved.
When the sweeper walks and the sucking disc device sucks garbage, the sucking disc device can not avoid meeting some stones, protrusions or barriers, so that the sucking disc device can be impacted to further cause abrasion of the sucking disc device, and the service life and the service stability of the sucking disc device are not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a suction cup device with a height adjustment and impact buffering function.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a sweeper equipped with the above suction cup device.
In order to achieve the first object of the invention, the invention provides a sucking disc device for a floor sweeping machine, which comprises a sucking disc frame, a lifting driving device and a height adjusting component, wherein the sucking disc frame is provided with a dust collection opening, the height adjusting component comprises a fixed frame, a free frame and at least two connecting rods, the free frame is positioned below the fixed frame, the free frame is fixedly connected with the sucking disc frame, the two connecting rods are arranged back and forth based on a walking direction, the connecting rods are positioned between the fixed frame and the free frame, the two end parts of each connecting rod are respectively provided with a first hinging end and a second hinging end, the first hinging end is hinged with the fixed frame, the second hinging end is hinged with the free frame, the first hinging end is positioned in front of the second hinging end based on the walking direction, and the lifting driving device is used for driving the sucking disc frame to lift.
By the scheme, the fixing frame is connected with the free frame through the connecting rod, and then the corresponding sucker is lifted through the lifting driving device, and meanwhile, the upper end hinged end is located in front of the lower end hinged end, so that when the sucker advances along the walking direction, the sucker frame can move backwards by a certain distance when the sucker bumps against a barrier located in front, and the moving space is in the rotating range of the connecting rod, and then the sucker frame achieves corresponding impact buffering, so that the durability and stability of the sucker are improved.
Still further, the mount is provided with first mounting groove, and first mounting groove runs through along transversely to be provided with first mounting hole, and first articulated end is provided with first hinge, and first articulated end is located first mounting groove, and first pivot passes first mounting hole and first hinge.
Still further, the free frame is provided with the second mounting groove, and the second mounting groove transversely runs through along and is provided with the second mounting hole, and the second articulated end is provided with the second hinge, and the second articulated end is located the second mounting groove, and the second pivot pin passes second mounting hole and second hinge.
From the above, through the connection of mounting groove, mounting hole and round pin for the connecting rod can connect and realize corresponding rotation steadily.
Still further, the connecting rod includes bull stick, first articulated elements and second articulated elements, and the bull stick is provided with first screw thread portion and second screw thread portion respectively at both ends, and first articulated elements and first screw thread portion screw thread fit, second articulated elements and second screw thread portion screw thread fit, and first articulated end is located first articulated elements, and second articulated end is located second articulated elements.

In a further scheme, the height adjusting assembly further comprises a cross rod, and the cross rod is hinged between the connecting rods of the two connecting rod assemblies; the lifting driving device is connected with the cross rod.
From the above, the stability of sucking disc is favorable to improving through the link assembly setting of both sides, and the linkage setting of horizontal pole, lift drive arrangement can conveniently carry out the lift of height to whole sucking disc frame through the drive of horizontal pole.
In a further scheme, the lifting driving device comprises a driving device, and the driving end of the driving device is connected with the connecting rod.
The lifting driving device further comprises a connecting chain and a roller, wherein the connecting chain is connected between the driving end of the driving device and the connecting rod, the roller can rotate freely, and the connecting chain is arranged around the roller.
The height adjusting assembly comprises at least four connecting rods and a cross rod, wherein the connecting rods are arranged at the front and back along the walking direction to form a connecting rod assembly, the two connecting rod assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the dust collection opening, and the cross rod is hinged between the connecting rods of the two connecting rod assemblies; the connecting chain is connected between the driving end of the driving device and the cross rod; the lifting driving device is positioned between the two connecting rod assemblies, and the driving end of the driving device and the cross rod are both positioned below the idler wheels.
From the above, through connecting the link between drive end and the horizontal pole of drive arrangement, and with the higher arrangement of gyro wheel, be favorable to lifting drive arrangement's structural layout, make the lifting operation of sucking disc more reliable, and the link's of link connection characteristic for the sucking disc frame has the lower extreme position, makes the sucking disc frame preserve the high work of predetermineeing, and the sucking disc frame can be backward and upward movement, realizes corresponding buffer removal then, improves the durability and the stability of sucking disc.
In order to achieve the second object of the invention, the invention provides a floor sweeping machine, which comprises a walking device and a sucker device as the scheme.
By the scheme, the fixing frame is connected with the free frame through the connecting rod, and then the corresponding sucking disc lifting is realized through the lifting driving device, and meanwhile, the upper end hinged end is positioned in front of the lower end hinged end, so that when the sucking disc advances along the walking direction, the sucking disc frame can move backwards for a certain distance when the sucking disc frame bumps against a barrier positioned in front, and the moving space is in the rotating range of the connecting rod, and then the sucking disc frame realizes corresponding impact buffering, so that the sucking disc durability and stability of the sweeper are improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sweeper includes a traveling device including a frame 11 and wheels 12, the wheels 12 being disposed on the frame 11, the traveling device traveling in a traveling direction X, two brushes 13 being disposed on both sides of a front of the traveling device 12, and a dust suction device (not shown) mounted on the traveling device 12. The suction device comprises a negative pressure generating device (not shown) and a suction cup device 2, wherein the negative pressure generating device is connected with the suction cup device 2 through a pipeline, so that the suction cup device 2 has suction force to realize suction. The suction cup device 2 is mounted in front of the running gear 12 and between the two brushes 13.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the suction cup device 2 includes a suction interface 212, a suction cup holder 211, a lift driving device 26, and a height adjusting assembly, the suction cup holder 211 is provided with a suction port, the suction interface 212 is connected with the suction port, and the suction interface 212 is connected with a negative pressure generating device through a pipe.
The height adjusting assembly comprises two fixing frames 222, two free frames 221, two connecting rods 23, two connecting rods 24 and a cross rod 25, wherein the fixing frames 222 are fixedly arranged on the frame 11, the fixing frames 222 are provided with first mounting grooves, the first mounting grooves transversely penetrate through and are provided with two first mounting holes, the two first mounting holes are arranged along the extending direction of the fixing frames 222, the free frames 221 are located below the fixing frames 222, the free frames 221 are fixedly connected with the sucker frames 211, the free frames 221 are provided with second mounting grooves, the second mounting grooves transversely penetrate through and are provided with two second mounting holes, the two second mounting holes are arranged along the extending direction of the free frames 221, the fixing frames 222 and the free frames 221 are horizontally arranged along the walking direction X, the two fixing frames 222 are located above and are located on two sides of a dust collection opening respectively, the two free frames 221 are located below, the two fixing frames 222 are located above the free frames 221, and the free frames 221 are located on two sides of the dust collection opening respectively and are fixedly connected with the upper surface of the sucker frames 211.
The connecting rod 23 includes a rotating rod 231, a first hinge 232 and a second hinge 233, the rotating rod 231 is provided with a first threaded portion and a second threaded portion at two ends respectively, the first threaded portion and the second threaded portion are screw holes respectively, the first hinge 232 is provided with an external threaded portion and a first hinge end at two ends respectively, the external threaded portion of the first hinge 232 is in threaded fit with the first threaded portion, the first hinge end of the first hinge 232 is provided with a hinge hole, the second hinge 233 is provided with an external threaded portion and a second hinge end at two ends respectively, the external threaded portion of the second hinge 233 is in threaded fit with the second threaded portion, and the second hinge end of the second hinge 233 is provided with a hinge hole. By rotating the rotation lever 231, the positions among the rotation lever 231, the first hinge 232, and the second hinge 233 are adjusted, and thus the length expansion and contraction of the link 23 is achieved.
The connecting rod 24 includes a fixing rod 241, a first hinge 242 and a second hinge 243, the fixing rod 241 is provided with a mounting groove, the fixed end of the first hinge 242 and the fixed end of the second hinge 243 are respectively fixedly connected in the mounting groove of the fixing rod 241, the free end of the first hinge 242 is a first hinge end, the first hinge end is provided with a hinge hole, the free end of the second hinge 243 is a second hinge end, and the second hinge end is provided with a hinge hole.
One connecting rod 23 and one connecting rod 24 constitute connecting rod assemblies, the connecting rod 23 and the connecting rod 24 are arranged back and forth based on the walking direction X, the two connecting rod assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of a dust collection opening, the connecting rod 23 and the connecting rod 24 are positioned between a fixed frame 222 and a free frame 221, the connecting rod 23 and the connecting rod 24 are respectively connected between the fixed frame 222 and the free frame 221, specifically, a first hinged end of the connecting rod 23 is positioned in a first mounting groove of the fixed frame, a first rotating pin penetrates through a first mounting hole and a first hinge hole of the fixed frame 222 and is fixedly connected with the first rotating pin through a nut, a second hinged end of the connecting rod 23 is positioned in a second mounting groove of the free frame 221 and is fixedly connected with the second rotating pin through the second mounting hole and the nut, and then the first hinged end is hinged with the fixed frame 222, and the second hinged end is hinged with the free frame 221. The first hinged end of the link 23 is located forward of the second hinged end of the link 23 in the walking direction X.
The connecting rod 23 is located in front of the connecting rod 24 based on the walking direction X, the first hinged end of the connecting rod 24 is located in the first mounting groove of the fixing frame, the first rotating pin penetrates through the first mounting hole and the first hinge hole of the fixing frame 222 and is fixedly connected with the first rotating pin through a nut, the second hinged end of the connecting rod 24 is located in the second mounting groove of the free frame 221, the second rotating pin penetrates through the second mounting hole and the second hinge hole and is fixedly connected with the second rotating pin through a nut, and then the first hinged end is hinged with the fixing frame 222, and the second hinged end is hinged with the free frame 221. The first hinged end of the link 24 is located forward of the second hinged end of the link 24 in the walking direction X.
The fixed rod 241 of the connecting rod 24 is transversely penetrated and provided with a positioning hole, the cross rod 25 passes through the positioning holes of the two connecting rods 24, nuts are connected to two end parts of the cross rod 25 to realize limit connection, the cross rod 25 is hinged between the two connecting rods 24, the middle part of the cross rod 25 is provided with a mounting groove 251, and the mounting groove 251 is provided with a mounting pin.
The lifting driving device 26 is located between the two connecting rod assemblies, the lifting driving device 26 comprises a driving device 261, a connecting chain 262 and a roller 263, a rotating pin 265 is mounted on a fixed support 266, the fixed support 266 is fixedly connected with a frame, the roller 263 is mounted on the rotating pin in a freely rotatable mode, the driving device 261 is fixedly mounted on the fixed support 266, the connecting chain 262 is connected between a driving end 264 of the driving device 261 and a mounting pin of a mounting groove 251 of the cross rod 251, the roller 263 is located at an upper position, the driving end 264 of the driving device 261 and the cross rod 251 are located below the roller 263, and the connecting chain 262 is arranged around the upper portion of the roller 263.
On the basis of the horizontal direction, the roller 263 is located between the driving end 264 and the mounting groove 251, the driving end 264 is located in the front, the mounting groove 251 is located in the rear, the driving end 264 is arranged downward, the driving device 261 is driven by oil pressure in this embodiment, other conventional pneumatic driving or electric driving can be adopted, the driving end 264 can stretch and retract obliquely under the driving of the driving device 261, the movement of the connecting chain 262 is realized, the up-and-down lifting movement of the cross rod 25 is driven, the connecting rod 24 is driven to rotate upward or downward, the lifting of the sucker frame is finally realized, the sucker frame is provided with a lower limit position through the connection of the connecting chain, when the sucker frame encounters an obstacle in the front, the sucker frame can move backward and upward in a buffering manner, the service life and the durability of the sucker frame are improved after the obstacle returns to the lower limit position.
