Abstract
The invention discloses a detachable safety protection device suitable for a winding channel in a steel truss girder installation process and an operation method thereof; the steel rail is divided into three parts, namely channel steel, round steel and a steel pipe guardrail; the implementation method comprises the following steps: (1) processing a detachable safety protection device; (2) detachable safety shield apparatus installation; (3) the detachable safety protection device is detached. The implementation of the device can meet the safety protection of the high-altitude travel channel of the long-span bridge with the steel truss girder as the main girder in the hanging and installing process, and has the advantages that compared with the traditional safety protection device, the device is adopted: 1. all components are prefabricated in advance, so that the assembly is convenient and the efficiency is high; 2. the surface of the steel truss girder is not damaged; 3. the device can be repeatedly and circularly utilized, has low cost and simple operation, and saves labor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of safety protection of an upper chord member channel of a long-span bridge with a steel girder as a girder, in particular to a quick, nondestructive and low-cost safety protection device and an operation method thereof.
Background
At present, a safety protection facility is arranged on an upper chord member of a long-span bridge with a girder being a steel truss girder to form a longitudinal channel, the common practice is that components such as guardrails and the like are required to be welded on the surface of the steel truss girder, and high heat generated in the welding process can damage the surface coating of the steel truss girder and steel per se, so that the strength and the durability of the steel truss girder structure are affected. The device can completely avoid damaging the steel truss girder, realize the rapid and efficient installation of safety protection, and play a good safety protection effect.

discharging the round steel according to the size of the upper chord member, rolling threads at two ends, and bending and forming the round steel by using a bending machine;
the steel pipe guard rail is formed by directly welding steel pipes, the skirting board is formed by cutting thin steel plates, and nuts and gaskets are matched;
round steel is sleeved upwards from the lower part of the upper chord of the steel truss girder and penetrates through a reserved hole in the channel steel, then a gasket and a nut are installed and screwed up, then a piece of steel pipe guardrail is positioned and welded on the nut gasket, and finally a skirting board is welded at the bottom of the steel pipe guardrail to form a channel protection system.

step two: the detachable safety protection device is installed; before the steel truss girder segment is hoisted, assembling and installing all components of the detachable safety protection device on an upper chord of the steel truss girder segment; firstly, placing a processed channel steel at a fixed position, sleeving U-shaped round steel upwards from the lower part of an upper chord of a steel truss girder, penetrating through a reserved hole in the channel steel, then installing a gasket and a nut, screwing, positioning and welding a piece of steel pipe guardrail on the nut gasket, and finally welding a skirting board on the bottom of the guardrail to form a channel protection system;
step three: dismantling the detachable safety protection device; after the steel truss girder is completely hoisted and the upper chord longitudinal channel is not used any more, sequentially dismantling all the components; firstly, the steel pipe guard rail is cut off, the steel pipe guard rail and the skirting board are removed together in a piece, then the nuts are unscrewed, and the U-shaped round steel and the channel steel are removed.

The following detailed description of the present invention will provide clear and complete description of the technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention, with reference to fig. 1-2, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a detachable safety protection device for a steel truss girder installation process winding passage by improvement, which is divided into a channel steel 1, a round steel 2 and a steel pipe guardrail 3 as shown in the figure,
the channel steel 1 is fed according to the upper chord width of the steel truss girder 4, flanges at the intersecting part of the steel truss girder 4 are cut off, steps formed on the upper chord are prevented from being arranged to influence the passing, meanwhile, the channel steel at the part without cutting the flanges also plays a role in transverse limiting, and finally, a preformed hole is drilled at the passing position of the round steel 2;
the round steel 2 is fed according to the size of the upper chord member, and threads 5 are rolled at two ends and bent and formed by a bending machine;
the steel pipe guard rail 3 is formed by directly welding steel pipes, the skirting board 6 is formed by cutting a thin steel plate, and the steel pipe guard rail is matched with the nuts 7 and the gaskets 8;
round steel 2 is sleeved upwards from the upper chord lower part of the steel truss girder 4 and passes through a reserved hole in the channel steel 1, then a gasket 8 and a nut 7 are installed and screwed tightly, then the sheet steel pipe guardrail 3 is positioned and welded on the nut gasket, and finally a skirting board 6 is welded at the bottom of the steel pipe guardrail 3 to form a channel protection system.

step three: dismantling the detachable safety protection device; after the steel truss girder is completely hoisted and the upper chord longitudinal channel is not used any more, sequentially dismantling all the components; firstly, the steel pipe guard rail is cut off, the steel pipe guard rail and the skirting board are removed together in a piece, then the nuts are unscrewed, and the U-shaped round steel and the channel steel are removed.
The invention aims to provide a detachable safety protection device suitable for a steel truss girder installation process upper chord passage, so that the purposes of quick, nondestructive and low cost of a safety protection facility for a longitudinal passage of a long-span bridge upper chord of which a girder is a steel truss girder are achieved.
Compared with the conventional method, the method has the following advantages:
1) The device does not damage the surface of the steel truss girder and the coating.
2) The device is prefabricated each component in advance, assembles on site and is high in efficiency.
3) The device can be dismantled to ensure the integrity of each component and can be reused.

1. A steel truss girder installation process winding passage detachable safety device is characterized in that:
the detachable safety protection device is divided into three parts of a channel steel (1), a round steel (2) and a steel pipe guardrail (3),
the channel steel (1) is subjected to blanking according to the upper chord width of the steel truss girder (4), flanges at the intersecting part of the steel truss girder (4) are cut off, steps formed on the upper chord are prevented from being arranged to influence the passing, meanwhile, the channel steel without the flange part is also subjected to transverse limiting, and finally, reserved holes are drilled at the passing positions of the round steel (2);
the round steel (2) is fed according to the size of the upper chord member, threads (5) are rolled at two ends, and the round steel is bent and molded by a bending machine;
the steel pipe guard rail (3) is formed by directly welding steel pipes, the skirting board (6) is formed by cutting a thin steel plate, and a nut (7) and a gasket (8) are matched at the same time;
round steel (2) is sleeved upwards from the upper chord lower part of the steel truss girder (4) and penetrates through a reserved hole in the channel steel (1), then a gasket (8) and a nut (7) are installed and screwed down, then the sheet steel pipe guardrail (3) is positioned and welded on the nut gasket, and finally a skirting board (6) is welded at the bottom of the steel pipe guardrail (3) to form a channel protection system.

step one: processing a detachable safety protection device; the detachable safety protection device is divided into three parts, namely channel steel, round steel and a steel pipe guardrail, and all the components are prefabricated and processed in advance; the channel steel is subjected to blanking according to the upper chord width of the steel truss girder, flanges at the intersecting part of the channel steel and the steel truss girder are cut off, steps formed on the upper chord are prevented from being arranged to influence the passing, meanwhile, the channel steel without the flange part is subjected to transverse limiting, and finally, a reserved hole is drilled at the passing position of the round steel; discharging the round steel according to the size of the upper chord member, rolling threads at two ends, and bending and forming the round steel by using a bending machine; directly welding the steel pipe into a piece of guardrail after blanking, cutting and forming a skirting board by adopting a thin steel plate, and matching nuts and gaskets;
step two: the detachable safety protection device is installed;
before the steel truss girder segment is hoisted, assembling and installing all components of the detachable safety protection device on an upper chord of the steel truss girder segment; firstly, placing a processed channel steel at a fixed position, sleeving U-shaped round steel upwards from the lower part of an upper chord of a steel truss girder, penetrating through a reserved hole in the channel steel, then installing a gasket and a nut, screwing, positioning and welding a piece of steel pipe guardrail on the nut gasket, and finally welding a skirting board on the bottom of the guardrail to form a channel protection system;

After the channel is not used any more, each component is removed in sequence; firstly, the steel pipe guard rail is cut off, the steel pipe guard rail and the skirting board are removed together in a piece, then the nuts are unscrewed, and the U-shaped round steel and the channel steel are removed.
