Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动变脸装置,包括控制系统以及多个脸谱收拉机构,控制系统包括中央处理器、向中央处理器发送指令的控制开关、供电电源以及多个电气驱动机构,每个电气驱动机构均与中央处理器相连并用于驱动单个脸谱收拉机构回拉脸谱。本发明通过操作控制开关,控制开关给中央处理器发送指令,然后驱动电气驱动机构动作,电气驱动机构与脸谱收拉机构相互脱离,脸谱收拉机构在自作用力的条件下回拉连接绳索,从而将脸谱收起,达到“变脸”的目的,并且连接绳索通过节点可连结有多根支绳索,每根支绳索均连接有脸谱,脸谱放置在相应头架的脸模上,从而实现多张脸同时变的目的,大大地增加了观众的趣味性和体验度。

本发明涉及传统艺术领域,具体涉及一种自动变脸装置。
背景技术
川剧变脸是是川剧表演艺术中重要的组成部分,是历代川剧艺人共同创造并传承下来的艺术瑰宝。川剧变脸是川剧表演的特技之一,用于揭示剧中人物的内心以及思想感情的变化,即把不可见、不可感的抽象情绪和心理变成可见、可感的具体形象—脸谱。
川剧戏曲艺术与时代背景、传播方式甚至民众产生劳作和生活方式分不开,随着文化多元化、生活节奏加快、娱乐方式多样化、传播形态多样化以及欧美强势文化的入侵,使得不少人远离川剧戏曲。随着现代影音科技发展,变脸逐渐为人淡忘,现在变脸艺术也面临着“后继无人”的窘况,由于变脸操作困难,能够表演者寥寥无几,更加降低了变脸的流传度和影响力。
数年来,川剧变脸同其他各种地方戏曲一样出现了生存危机,观众锐减,演出市场逐渐萎缩,演出经费不足,从而导致其传承发展举步维艰,抢救、保护川剧的任务正严肃地摆在人们的面前。川剧变脸逐渐淡化出人们的视线,究其根本原因,在于传统变脸艺术的表演形式在过去几百年里没有重大表演方式上的创新,年青一代难以在川剧变脸中发现新的趣味或新的感受。因此需要将传统变脸艺术结合现代科技,使得变脸艺术操作更简单,表现形式更多样化,完全地给观众带来一种全新的感官体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动变脸装置,本装置通过电气操控的方式使传统变脸的操作更加简单化、直接化,并且可同时变多张脸,从而带来全新的感官体验。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种自动变脸装置,包括控制系统以及多个脸谱收拉机构,控制系统包括中央处理器、向中央处理器发送指令的控制开关、供电电源以及多个电气驱动机构,每个电气驱动机构均与中央处理器相连并用于驱动单个脸谱收拉机构回拉脸谱。
进一步地,所述电气驱动机构为电磁驱动装置,所述脸谱收拉机构包括具有伸长与回缩功能的回拉装置、与回拉装置相连的至少一根连接绳索以及与连接绳索相连的脸谱,所述电磁驱动装置用于保持回拉装置的伸长状态。
进一步地,所述电磁驱动装置为失电式电磁铁,所述回拉装置包括盛放容器以及位于盛放容器内并可上下移动的金属块,所述失电式电磁铁固定在盛放容器内并用于吸附所述金属块,所述连接绳索远离脸谱的一端与金属块连接,所述盛放容器内设置有用于回拉金属块的回拉弹性件。
进一步地,所述盛放容器为筒形管体,所述失电式电磁铁固定在筒形管体的上管口处,所述金属块位于失电式电磁铁的下方,所述连接绳索一端穿过失电式电磁铁并固定在金属块上,另一端连接有至少一根支绳索,每根支绳索均与单张脸谱连接。
进一步地,所述电磁驱动装置为推拉式电磁铁,所述回拉装置包括收卷尺与转换接头,所述推拉式电磁铁安装在收卷尺的壳体上并用于保持收卷尺壳体出口处的尺带呈伸出状态,所述尺带通过转换接头与连接绳索连接。
进一步地,所述连接绳索远离转换接头的一端连接有至少一根支绳索,每根支绳索均与单张脸谱连接。
进一步地,还包括变脸表演用的道具,所述控制开关设置在道具上并通过无线通讯方式与中央处理器连接。
进一步地,所述道具为饶钵、表演靴子或折扇。
进一步地,所述控制系统集成于一壳体内,所述脸谱收拉机构固定在壳体上。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供的自动变脸装置包括控制系统以及多个脸谱收拉机构,控制系统包括中央处理器、向中央处理器发送指令的控制开关9、供电电源以及与中央处理器相连并用于驱动脸谱收拉机构回拉脸谱的多个电气驱动机构。所述中央处理器为PLC控制器或者单片机,将中央处理器集成于一壳体3内,供电电源采用蓄电池4,蓄电池4装配在壳体3一侧并与中央处理器电性连接,这样方便携带。
所述电气驱动机构可以为电动齿轮、电动杆、电机或者气动构件等电气元件,该电气驱动机构通电后可将脸谱收拉机构保持为伸拉状态,断电后使脸谱收拉机构保持为回拉状态,从而实现脸谱1的快速回拉。在本实施例中,电气驱动机构优选为电磁驱动装置,动力简单,无须其他动力介质便可达到驱动脸谱收拉机构的目的,不仅结构简单,占地空间小,而且易于设置,购置成本较低。
所述电磁驱动装置可以为电机带动连接件的结构或者其他为通电后产生磁力并驱动相应磁体动作的结构,如电磁阀、电磁铁或继电器等,优选为电磁铁,所述脸谱收拉机构包括具有伸长与回缩功能的回拉装置、与回拉装置相连的至少一根连接绳索2以及与连接绳索2相连的脸谱1,电磁铁用于保持回拉装置的伸长状态。所述控制开关9通过无线通讯方式与中央处理器连接,当操作者启动控制开关9,信号发射器发出指令,中央处理器中的接收器模块接收指令并处理,然后驱动电磁铁动作,电磁铁脱离回拉装置,从而实现回拉脸谱1的功能。当然,控制开关9可为多种形式,陀螺仪、重力感应开关、传感器开关等等均可以实现,控制开关9可置于表演者的肢体或躯体等部位,如手指、腰部、脚底等易于操控或感应的地方,以便于控制开关9发出信号使中央处理器接收,表演者在表演时便可操控控制开关9进行变脸,为了实现表演的连贯性和操作的便捷性。所述控制开关9可集成在变脸表演用的道具内,道具可为折扇、手帕、刀剑、拂尘、表演靴子、戒指、袖口机关等等,本实施例中优选为手持的饶钵10,饶钵10大大增加了表演的观赏性,表演者可使用饶钵表演的同时,按下控制开关9进行变脸,增加表演的全面性,大大地吸引了观众的目光,从而避免了传统变脸表演单一的缺陷。
本实施例中,为了实现自动收拉脸谱1的功能,所述电磁铁采用失电式电磁铁6,所述回拉装置包括盛放容器5以及位于盛放容器5内并可上下移动的金属块7,金属块7为采用金属材料制作的块状体,优选为圆柱体,金属材料可为铜、铁、银等能够被磁力吸附的金属材料,优选为铁,成本低且吸附力大。所述失电式电磁铁6固定在盛放容器5内并用于吸附所述金属块7,所述连接绳索2远离脸谱1的一端与金属块7连接,所述盛放容器5内设置有用于回拉金属块7的回拉弹性件8,回拉弹性件8优选为弹簧。
当然,盛放容器5为带有盛放功能任何形状的容器,为了将回拉装置随身携带并使盛放容器5更好地与表演者躯体贴附,所述盛放容器5优选为筒形管体,所述失电式电磁铁6通过螺栓或其他固定件固定在筒形管体内,优选为筒形管体的上管口处,所述金属块7位于筒形管体内失电式电磁铁6的下方,金属块7也能设置在失电式电磁铁6的上方或同一水平面的四周,这样设置会增加筒形管体的占地面积,单独设计一块用于盛放失电式电磁铁6,金属块7设置在失电式电磁铁6的下方更加合理,并且金属块7与失电式电磁铁6的外径与筒形管体的内径匹配,此设置是不仅可减少筒形管体的占地面积,而且金属块7在筒形管体内稳定移动。为了使回拉弹性件8更好地将金属块7拉下,所述回拉弹性件8固定在金属块7下表面与盛放容器5内腔底部之间,当然,回拉弹性件8可采用如弹性绳锁、弹力杆或拉伸的纤维绳等具有弹性的物品代替。金属块7在自身重力下也能向下移动,但是移动过慢会造成变脸不够迅速,因此设置回拉弹性件8的目的在于提高金属块7下降的速率,以达到快速换脸的目的。
所述连接绳索2一端穿过失电式电磁铁6并固定在金属块7上,另一端通过其他接线方式如采用连接头、打结、熔接的方式连接有至少一根支绳索,每根支绳索均与单张脸谱1连接,当支绳索为三根时,可实现同时更换三张脸谱1,当然,连接绳索2与支绳索的连接点可在失电式电磁铁6靠近金属块7的一段上,也可在远离金属块7的一段上,优选为失电式电磁铁6远离金属块7的一段上,失电式电磁铁6可用于限位连接绳索2与支绳索的连接点的回拉移动距离。
本实施例中,多根筒形管体并排设置,设置的方式可为胶带缠绕、一体成型、凹凸插接或者固定件连接的方式,壳体3设置在并排设置的多根筒形管体组成的结构上,设置的方式可为胶带缠绕、一体成型、凹凸插接或者固定件连接的方式,这样可便于中央处理器与失电式电磁铁6进行走线连接,将整个装置置于表演服内,表演者按下控制开关9,中央处理器接受指令并向失电式电磁铁6输入电流,失电式电磁铁6带电后失去磁性,此时金属块7与失电式电磁铁6相互脱离,在回拉弹性件8的作用下快速下降,从而使对应的连接绳索2回拉相应脸谱1,再次按下控制开关9,通过同样原理使其余脸谱1相应拉下,从而实现变脸的目的,编程部分为现有的成熟技术,故此不再赘述。其中,改变连接绳索2与支绳索的连接方式,可实现多张脸同时更换,具体地,表演者佩戴相应头架或帽架,头架或帽架设置有多个脸模,多张脸普1可置于相应脸模上,配合本来的人脸实现多张脸谱1同时更换。更换下的脸谱1被收拉至表演服内相应的口袋或其余容器中,此口袋与容器可设置于本装置上,为了减少本装置的成本,将收纳口袋或容器设置在表演服上为优选的方式。
实施例2
本实施例中,控制系统部分与实施例1相同,不同的仅为脸谱收拉机构和电气驱动机构。
如图2和图3所示,所述电磁铁为推拉式电磁铁12,本实施例中,所述回拉装置包括收卷尺11与转换接头13,收卷尺11与现有卷尺的结构原理基本相同,包括壳体置于壳体内部中心的限位卡,与限位卡连接并呈收卷状态的弹簧片,与弹簧片连接的刚性或柔性尺带,所述推拉式电磁铁12安装在收卷尺11的壳体上并用于保持收卷尺11壳体出口处的尺带呈伸出状态,即推拉式电磁铁12的铁芯穿入至尺带上对应的锁孔内。所述尺带通过转换接头13与连接绳索2连接。同样地,所述连接绳索2远离转换接头13的一端连接有至少一根支绳索,每根支绳索均与单张脸谱1连接,实现多张脸普1同时更换的目的。为了方便携带,所述收卷尺11并排固定在壳体3上,收卷尺11壳体出口朝上,便于收拉连接绳索2。当然,本实施例中推拉式电磁铁12可采用其他元件代替实现锁紧尺带的功能,如推进式电机或其他电气驱动的卡扣结构等。
同样地,表演者按下控制开关9,中央处理器接受指令并向推拉式电磁铁12输入电流,推拉式电磁铁12带电后铁芯向后移动,尺带与推拉式电磁铁12相互脱离,在收卷尺11内弹簧片的作用下快速回拉对应的连接绳索2回拉,从而实现变脸的目的。
最后需要说明的是,本发明中的实施例中均为实践后较优的实施例,可等同代替的方式较多,皆会因为成本增加、结构变复杂或者形状不适于与身体贴附等原因未在本发明中一一示出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的自动变脸装置,其特征在于:所述电气驱动机构为电磁驱动装置,所述脸谱收拉机构包括具有伸长与回缩功能的回拉装置、与回拉装置相连的至少一根连接绳索以及与连接绳索相连的脸谱,所述电磁驱动装置用于保持回拉装置的伸长状态。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动变脸装置,其特征在于:所述电磁驱动装置为失电式电磁铁,所述回拉装置包括盛放容器以及位于盛放容器内并可上下移动的金属块,所述失电式电磁铁固定在盛放容器内并用于吸附所述金属块,所述连接绳索远离脸谱的一端与金属块连接,所述盛放容器内设置有用于回拉金属块的回拉弹性件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动变脸装置,其特征在于:所述盛放容器为筒形管体,所述失电式电磁铁固定在筒形管体的上管口处,所述金属块位于失电式电磁铁的下方,所述连接绳索一端穿过失电式电磁铁并固定在金属块上,另一端连接有至少一根支绳索,每根支绳索均与单张脸谱连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的自动变脸装置,其特征在于:所述电磁驱动装置为推拉式电磁铁,所述回拉装置包括收卷尺与转换接头,所述推拉式电磁铁安装在收卷尺的壳体上并用于保持收卷尺壳体出口处的尺带呈伸出状态,所述尺带通过转换接头与连接绳索连接。
