背景技术
随着国内新能源产业的迅猛发展,以锂电池为动力的产业异军突起,每年数以亿记的锂电池不断被制造出来。但是锂电池使用期限毕竟有限,一般为3-5年,到了使用期限大量的电池就会报废,如果废旧的锂电池直接丢弃,不但会污染环境,而且还会造成大量的资源浪费,因此动力电池回收再利用具有重要的意义。
废锂电池回收中需要拆解、粉碎、分选;拆解后的塑料及铁外壳回收;分选后的电极材料进行碱浸出、酸浸出、除杂后进行萃取。锂电池回收拆解过程中目前还是以人为拆解居多。拆解过程中会产生废气、废液、废渣等污染,严重危害拆解人员的身体健康,且操作过程中操作员容易接触到电池废液,同样危害身体健康。
基于国内废旧锂电池拆解回收行业现状及尚存问题分析,企业自动化拆解设备亟需开发。亟需开发动力锂电池自动化梯级拆解与回收装置来完善废旧电池回收再循环体系,替代人工拆解,提高回收效率,降低环境污染和人体损害。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种锂电池自动化梯级拆解与回收装置,解决了现有废旧锂电池回收中人工拆解存在危害身体健康、拆解效率低、污染环境等问题,实现废旧锂电池的分级回收、梯级拆解利用,能够高效实现废旧锂电池中各个部分的回收。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:一种锂电池自动化梯级拆解与回收装置,包括:底板以及依次固定在底板上端的电池包拆解机构、电池包碎屑去除机构、电芯拆解机构和卷芯与壳体分离机构,所述的电池包拆解机构包括电池包拆解用支架、设置在电池包拆解用支架中央凹槽处的电池包传送带,所述的电池包拆解用支架上端左侧设置有相机支架和若干个水平切割支架,所述的电池包拆解用支架上端右侧设置有若干个竖直切割支架,所述的相机支架上固定有CCD相机,每个水平切割支架上均设置有高度调节用通槽,高度调节用通槽内通过滑动配合设置有水平激光切割器,每个所述的竖直切割支架上端均设置有线性电机组,每个线性电机组上均连接有竖直激光切割器,所述的电池包拆解用支架下端倾斜设置有电池包下料滑槽;废弃电池包收集过来后首先去除其中性能较好的电池包以及含有高压器件容易拆解中爆炸的电池包,筛选后的电池包通过机械手放置在电池包传送带上,电池包通过电池包传送带运动,CCD相机采集电池包图像并判断电池包的结构,然后水平激光切割器和竖直激光切割器对电池包进行切割,切割过程中竖直切割支架上端的线性电机组带动竖直激光切割器上下运动,实现竖直方向上的切割,切割后的电池包通过电池包传送带运动并沿着电池包下料滑槽滑落到电池包碎屑去除机构。
所述的电池包碎屑去除机构包括电池包碎屑分离用料箱,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱下端对称设置有四根料箱支撑杆,料箱支撑架固连在底板上端,所述的电池包下料滑槽位于电池包碎屑分离用料箱上侧,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱左侧外壁上固连有碎屑分离用电机,电池包碎屑分离用料箱内侧水平设置有搅拌棒,所述的碎屑分离用电机穿过电池包碎屑分离用料箱的左壁与搅拌棒相连接,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱底部开有电池包碎屑用漏槽,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱后侧设置有电芯下料滑槽;激光切割后的电池包沿着电池包下料滑槽滑落到电池包碎屑分离用料箱中,碎屑分离用电机带动搅拌棒旋转,使得电池包碎屑与电芯分离,电池包碎屑沿着电池包碎屑用漏槽中滑落,分离出的电芯沿着电芯下料滑槽滑落到电芯拆解机构中。

作为本设计的一种优选技术方案,所述的搅拌棒上均匀设置有若干排分离用突出尖部,所述的分离用突出尖部为塑料材质,分离用突出尖部辅助电池包碎屑与电芯分离,塑料材质的分离用突出尖部能够防止夹伤电芯,有利于后续更好的分离电芯中的卷芯、极片和壳体。
作为本设计的一种优选技术方案,所述的电池包碎屑用漏槽为长方形,有利于电池包碎屑的下落。

本发明的锂电池自动化梯级拆解与回收装置工作时,放置在电池包传送带上的电池包随其运动,CCD相机采集电池包图像并判断电池包的结构,然后水平激光切割器和竖直激光切割器对电池包进行切割,切割过程中竖直切割支架上端的线性电机组带动竖直激光切割器上下运动,实现竖直方向上的切割,切割后的电池包通过电池包传送带运动并沿着电池包下料滑槽滑落到电池包碎屑分离用料箱中,碎屑分离用电机带动搅拌棒旋转,使得电池包碎屑与电芯分离,电池包碎屑沿着电池包碎屑用漏槽中滑落被电池包碎屑收集盒收集;
分离出的电芯沿着电芯下料滑槽滑落到电芯传送带上随其运动,推物用推拉式电磁铁通过推板将电芯推送到电芯传送带中央的位置,前端光电传感器感应电芯的位置,然后第一伸缩式气动夹手夹住电芯,电芯拆解用滑台带动电芯正极破碎电机前进,电芯正极破碎电机带动电芯正极破碎盘转动实现对电芯正极极片的破碎,破碎的正极极片与电芯沿着电芯传送带运动,并沿着正极极片分离用下料滑槽滑落,其中破碎的正极极片从极片分离用漏孔中落入正极极片收集盒中收集;
其余部分滑落到卷芯与壳体分离用传送带上并运动,后端光电感应器感应去除电芯正极极片后的电芯的位置,然后第二伸缩式气动夹手夹住电芯壳体,负极极片破碎用滑台带动负极极片破碎电机前进,负极极片破碎电机带动极片破碎盘实现对电芯负极极片的破碎,同时,气动推杆带动卷芯夹具前进,卷芯夹具夹取住卷芯,然后气动推杆带动卷芯夹具后退,卷芯夹具松开卷芯,卷芯掉落卷芯收集盒中收集,剩余的壳体和电芯负极极片沿着卷芯与壳体分离用传送带运动并沿着壳体分离用下料滑槽下滑,电芯负极极片从壳体分离用下料滑槽上的负极极片漏孔中落下,被负极极片收集盒收集,壳体沿着壳体分离用下料滑槽下落到壳体收集盒中被收集。
本方案的有益效果主要体现在:
1.通过电池包拆解机构中的CCD相机采集电池包图像,利用水平激光切割器和竖直激光切割器对电池包进行切割,并通过电池包碎屑去除机构去除其中的电池包碎屑,能够自动化的分离出电池包中的电芯分离效率高、质量好;
2.将电芯的正负极片分别破碎,分别分离,能够实现正负极片的完全分离,回收率高;
3.能够实现对电池包的梯级拆解与回收,可实现各材料及物料进行精细化分类回收,回收率高,绿色环保;
4.相比现有技术,可以解决现有废旧锂电池回收中人工拆解存在危害身体健康、拆解效率低、污染环境等问题,实现废旧锂电池的分级回收、梯级拆解利用,能够高效实现废旧锂电池中各个部分的回收。

如图1至图5所示,一种锂电池自动化梯级拆解与回收装置,包括:底板1以及依次固定在底板1上端的电池包拆解机构4、电池包碎屑去除机构5、电芯拆解机构6和卷芯与壳体分离机构7,所述的电池包拆解机构4包括电池包拆解用支架41、设置在电池包拆解用支架41中央凹槽处的电池包传送带42,所述的电池包拆解用支架41上端左侧设置有相机支架43和若干个水平切割支架44,所述的电池包拆解用支架41上端右侧设置有若干个竖直切割支架45,所述的相机支架43上固定有CCD相机431,每个水平切割支架44上均设置有高度调节用通槽442,高度调节用通槽442内通过滑动配合设置有水平激光切割器443,每个所述的竖直切割支架45上端均设置有线性电机组451,每个线性电机组451上均连接有竖直激光切割器452,所述的电池包拆解用支架41下端倾斜设置有电池包下料滑槽46;废弃电池包收集过来后首先去除其中性能较好的电池包以及含有高压器件容易拆解中爆炸的电池包,筛选后的电池包2通过机械手放置在电池包传送带42上,电池包2通过电池包传送带42运动,CCD相机431采集电池包2图像并判断电池包的结构,然后水平激光切割器443和竖直激光切割器452对电池包2进行切割,切割过程中竖直切割支架45上端的线性电机组451带动竖直激光切割器452上下运动,实现竖直方向上的切割,切割后的电池包通过电池包传送带42运动并沿着电池包下料滑槽46滑落到电池包碎屑去除机构5。
所述的电池包碎屑去除机构5包括电池包碎屑分离用料箱52,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱52下端对称设置有四根料箱支撑杆51,料箱支撑架51固连在底板1上端,所述的电池包下料滑槽46位于电池包碎屑分离用料箱52上侧,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱52左侧外壁上固连有碎屑分离用电机53,电池包碎屑分离用料箱52内侧水平设置有搅拌棒54,所述的碎屑分离用电机53穿过电池包碎屑分离用料箱52的左壁与搅拌棒54相连接,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱52底部开有电池包碎屑用漏槽521,所述的电池包碎屑分离用料箱52后侧设置有电芯下料滑槽55;激光切割后的电池包沿着电池包下料滑槽46滑落到电池包碎屑分离用料箱52中,碎屑分离用电机53带动搅拌棒54旋转,使得电池包碎屑与电芯分离,电池包碎屑沿着电池包碎屑用漏槽521中滑落,分离出的电芯沿着电芯下料滑槽55滑落到电芯拆解机构6中。
