Then, the heating assembly 22 starts to supply hot air, which is discharged from the through holes of the top plate 26 and the supporting plate 211, and heats the adhesive layer 13 from both sides of the solar power generation assembly 1. After heating for a period of time, the heating assembly 22 stops heating, and the pressure rod 212 is ejected out of the through hole to compress the heated position of the solar power generation assembly 1. After the pressing is carried out for a period of time, the pressing rod 212, the shaping assembly 23 and the telescopic mechanism 213 are reset to the initial positions in sequence, the solar power generation assembly 1 falls to the conveying assembly 24, and the conveying assembly 24 drives the solar power generation assembly 1 to continue to convey to the next processing station.
The fixing device 2 in this embodiment heats the adhesive layer 13 first, then compresses the solar power generation assembly 1, and compared with the scheme of directly heating with an electric soldering iron, the first substrate 11 or the second substrate 12 can be prevented from being wrinkled, so that the solar power generation assembly 1 has a better appearance.

Specifically, the heating of the adhesive layer 13 may be heating a local area of the adhesive layer 13, and when the solar power module 1 is subjected to a vacuum pumping step in the lamination process, the gas inside the solar power module 1 may be pumped out from the unheated area.
In addition, the pressed position of the solar power generation module 1 corresponds to the heating position, and it is possible to improve the connection of the respective portions of the solar power generation module 1 at the heating position more closely.
Illustratively, the heating adhesive layer 13 may be heated from two sides of the solar power generation assembly 1, which may further improve the connection of the parts of the solar power generation assembly 1 in the heating position. In other embodiments, heating may be performed from either side of the solar power module 1.

Specifically, the process of bonding the respective portions of the solar power generation module 1 is performed sequentially from one side to the other side of the solar power generation module 1, and the occurrence of wrinkles in the solar power generation module 1 is avoided.
