随着交通事业的发展,现代悬索桥的跨径纪录不断刷新,在不久的将来,人类将建造4000米级超大跨径的海峡悬索桥。
随着悬索桥跨径的增加,悬索桥的宽跨比不断减少,悬索桥结构日趋轻柔化,超大跨径悬索桥的空间刚度不断下降,对风的作用更加敏感,导致超大跨径悬索桥的抗风稳定性不断下降。
随着悬索桥跨径的增加,悬索桥桥塔高度不断增加,悬索桥超高桥塔是高耸结构,导致超大跨径悬索桥的高耸桥塔抗震性能问题日益突出。
传统的悬索桥门式桥塔结构,安装左右两股平行钢丝缆索,能承担跨径4000米悬索桥的竖向荷载,但是,由于竖向平行的缆索体系的侧向刚度和抗扭刚度差,不能满足4000米级超大跨径海峡悬索桥的抗风稳定性要求。
修建4000米级超大跨径的悬索桥,必须采用辅助碳纤维空间索网,提高超大跨径悬索桥的空间刚度,加强其抗侧刚度和抗扭刚度,提高其抗风稳定性,工程界热切期待超大跨径悬索桥的超高桥塔能有重大革新。
针对4000米级超大跨径索桥的桥塔革新要求,对传统悬索桥的桥塔进行改革,桥塔顶部设置巨型的抛物线拱形塔帽结构,增设辅助双曲抛物面碳纤维空间索网,提高超大跨径索桥的空间刚度,加强其抗风稳定性;采用格栅钢管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒结构作为桥塔柱结构,确保超高桥塔结构的抗震性能,形成球拍状的超大跨径空间混合索网桥的筒中筒桥塔结构。

双曲抛物面是凹凸相反的两条抛物线,一条凸抛物线沿着另一条凹抛物线移动而成的。双曲抛物面是典型的二次直纹曲面,其曲面可以由两族直线构成,二次直纹曲面在建筑上有着重要应用价值,常常用它来构成建筑物的骨架,应用直纹曲面建造的建筑物,具有优良的力学性能,直线布置钢筋或拉索施工工艺简单,其建筑物外观漂亮且结构坚固。
在桥塔柱顶部,增加悬臂外挑的抛物线拱形塔帽,形成球拍状的桥塔结构,利用塔顶巨型抛物线拱形塔帽,就可以锚固双曲抛物面碳纤维空间缆索,空间缆索提供水平分力,提高超大跨径悬索桥的抗扭刚度和抗侧刚度,有利于超大跨径悬索桥抗风稳定性。
格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒结构具有滞回曲线较为饱满、承载力高、刚度退化缓慢、延性大和耗能能力强等优点,抗震性能优良,采用格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒结构修建超大跨径悬索桥高耸桥塔,可以满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒的”三水准抗震设防目标。
针对悬索桥传统的框架式桥塔进行改革,格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒结构作为桥塔柱,提高高耸桥塔抗震性能,桥塔塔顶设置巨型抛物线拱形塔帽,安装双曲抛物面碳纤维空间索网,提高悬索桥空间刚度,提高抗风稳定性,可以建造4000米级超大跨径海峡悬索桥。

现有悬索桥塔柱基本上采用框架柱桥塔,是两个主缆和吊杆形成的竖向平行索面体系,两股平行钢丝缆索承担竖向荷载,由于两个平行主缆和吊杆没有提供水平分力,因此,平行的缆索体系侧向刚度差和抗扭刚度较差,超大跨径悬索桥宽跨比较小,两个平行主缆可能异向抖动,引起超大跨径悬索桥结构颤振失稳,框架柱桥塔悬索桥不能满足超大跨径悬索桥的抗风稳定性要求。
本发明的带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔,其缆索网采用平行钢丝缆索和双曲抛物面碳纤维空间缆索网二组缆索组成,传统平行钢丝缆索作为主缆索承担竖向荷载,增加双曲抛物面碳纤维空间缆索网作为辅缆,碳纤维空间缆索提供水平分力,可有效提高了超大跨径空间缆索悬索桥的抗侧刚度加强了超大跨径悬索桥的抗侧刚度和抗扭刚度,二组缆索混合使用,协同工作,优势互补;采用抛物线形钢结构曲梁横向连接双曲抛物面空间索网和两股平行钢丝缆索主缆,犹如降落伞一样紧紧地互相对拉着拽住加劲梁桥面系,提高空间缆索体系的空间刚度,可大幅度提高超大跨径悬索桥的抗扭频率和扭弯频率比,可大幅度提高了颤振临界风速,保证超大跨径悬索桥的抗风稳定性。
传统的悬索桥桥塔通常采用钢筋混凝土空心柱桥塔,优点是可以保证悬索桥桥塔的结构刚度,问题是钢筋混凝土桥塔抗震延性较差,在罕遇地震作用下,超大跨径悬索桥的钢筋混凝土高耸桥塔结构将会倒塌。
超大跨径悬索桥桥塔是高耸桥塔结构,承担巨大的地震作用力,必须采取有效措施,确保桥塔抗震性能。本发明的桥塔柱采用格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒塔柱结构,筒中筒塔柱由外筒结构、核心内筒结构和若干道刚性横隔板三者组成,外筒结构承担85%的地震剪力或风荷载,内筒结构竖向压力荷载并兼作桥塔交通井道,设置刚性横隔板增强筒中筒塔柱结构的整体性,外筒结构和核心内筒结构协同工作,筒中筒结构是一种具有多道抗震防线的高耸结构体系,外筒结构是第一道抗震防线,内筒结构是第二道抗震防线,确保超大跨径悬索桥的高耸桥塔结构满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒的”三水准抗震设防目标。
本发明的桥塔柱采用格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒中筒塔柱结构采用格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙核心筒结构,具有良好的抗震性能。双层钢板中间设置波形钢板,双层钢板的两端设置槽钢端柱,三者焊接牢固,形成带有空腔的长条形格栅管式墙板,格栅管式墙板空腔内浇筑混凝土填充物,形成格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙。管内混凝土处于三向受压状态,提高混凝土的抗压强度和延性;由于管内混凝土的存在以及内部波形钢板拉结作用有效限制了钢盖板的平面外变形,使得新型组合剪力墙具有较好的抗屈曲能力。新型组合剪力墙具有滞回曲线饱满、承载能力高、刚度退化缓慢、延性大和耗能能力强的优点,符合“高轴压比、高延性、强剪弱弯和薄墙厚”的抗震设计理念。

具体地,如图5所示,某海峡大桥是一座公铁两用特大跨径悬索桥,主跨径为4000m,桥面全宽60m,采用双曲抛物面空间混合缆索体系的特大跨径悬索桥的桥型,采用带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔形式。
悬索桥的分跨径为1350m+4000m+1350m,桥面两侧是公路部分单向3车道,桥面中间部分为双轨铁路,锚碇采用大体积钢筋混凝土结构,棱柱体形锚碇嵌入岩体,桥塔柱基础为二个椭圆形的柱状结构,桥塔高为500米(海平米起)。
带有抛物线拱形塔帽的筒中筒桥塔由筒中筒人字形塔柱、抛物线拱形塔帽和巨型连梁组成,桥塔设置五道巨型连梁,筒中筒人字形塔柱是由外筒结构、核心筒结构和若干道刚性横隔板三者组成,外筒结构为25×20米矩形截面,壁厚为2米,核心筒结构为12.5×10米矩形截面,壁厚为1.2米,外筒结构和核心筒结构均采用格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙结构,每隔50米设置一道型钢混凝土刚性横隔板。
抛物线拱形塔帽是由巨型抛物线拱、巨型刚性系杆和巨型斜撑三者组成,桥顶的巨型抛物线拱采用钢管混凝土制作,抛物线形拱跨长为200米,矢高为50米,截面尺寸为25×20米矩形,巨型刚性系杆为焊接钢箱梁,截面尺寸为25×15米矩形截面,中心设置φ0.6米的预应力高强钢丝索。巨型斜撑采用钢管混凝土制作,截面尺寸为25×20米矩形。
悬索桥缆索由三组缆索组成:左右两股平行钢丝缆索、双曲抛物面碳纤维空间缆索网和碳纤维空间斜拉索网。平行钢丝缆索采用预制平行索股法(PPWS法)工艺,采用2000MPa的φ5.2mm高强钢丝,全桥共布置四根钢丝,单侧2根中心距离为2m,每根主缆直径为1.5m,竖向钢丝吊杆间距为50米,共计2×79根吊杆。双曲抛物面碳纤维空间索网采用3800MPa的高强碳纤维缆索,全桥共24根碳纤维马鞍抛物面空间缆索,每根主缆直径为0.3m。带有下拉杆的钢结构曲梁设置在马鞍抛物面索网和两股平行钢丝缆索之上,钢结构曲梁共计39个,钢结构曲梁两端设置斜向碳纤维吊杆与加劲梁相连,斜向碳纤维吊杆间距为100米,共计2×39根吊杆。全桥布置20对碳纤维空间斜拉索,每根碳纤维空间斜拉索主缆直径为0.6m,间距为50米,碳纤维空间斜拉索网连接桥塔和加劲梁,以便提高抗侧刚度。
加劲梁采用钢桁架式加劲梁,钢桁架高为12米,悬索桥的中间区域设置三道新型的拱形中央扣,以便进一步加强空间主缆体系与加劲钢梁的协同工作能力,在悬索桥跨中之处,海底打入一个抗拔桩,当遇到18级以上台风时,采用临时抗风缆索加固悬索桥。
4000米级空间混合缆索海峡悬索桥必将是一个标志性的大桥,高耸桥塔应该做好旅游景观设计,可塔柱之中设置观光交通电梯,在塔顶处设置一个太空隧道餐厅,在桥面处设置观景平台,在桥基础处设置一个海底世界观鱼,桥塔布置霓虹彩灯美化大桥夜景。
Claims (4)
1.一种带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔,包括筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)和抛物线拱形塔帽(2),其特征在于:所述的筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)由外筒结构(11)、核心筒结构(12)和若干道刚性横隔板(13)三者组成,悬索桥桥塔左右两侧均设置一个筒中筒人字形塔柱(1),所述的抛物线拱形塔帽(2)由巨型抛物线拱(21)、巨型刚性系杆(22)和巨型斜撑(23)三者组成,巨型抛物线拱(21)是采取两端悬臂外挑方式搁置在两个筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)之上,巨型抛物线拱(21)的两端拱脚由一根巨型刚性系杆(22)相连,巨型斜撑(23)的一端锚固于筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)的腰部,巨型斜撑(23)的另一端支撑于巨型抛物线拱21的拱脚处,两个筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)之间设置若干道巨型连梁(3),形成球拍状的悬索桥桥塔结构,所述的桥塔的筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)支撑于桥梁基础(4)之上,悬索桥缆索体系(5)分为承重钢丝缆索(51)和碳纤维空间索网(52)两组,承重钢丝缆索(51)搁置于筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)顶部,承担竖向荷载,碳纤维空间索网(52)锚固于抛物线拱形塔帽(2)之上,增强悬索桥的空间刚度,桥面系加劲梁(6)悬挂于悬索桥缆索体系(5)之下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔,其特征在于:所述筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)的外筒结构(11)和核心筒结构(12)均是由四个矩形钢管混凝土角柱(112)和四榀格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙(112)组成,四个矩形钢管混凝土角柱(112)设置于外筒结构(11)和核心筒结构(12)的四角部位,矩形钢管混凝土角柱(112)之间焊接连接格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙(112)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔,其特征在于:所述的格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙(112)由双层钢板(1121)、波形钢板(1122)、槽钢端柱(1123)和混凝土填充物(1124)构成,双层钢板(1121)中间设置波形钢板(1122),双层钢板(1121)的两端设置槽钢端柱(1123),三者焊接牢固,形成带有空腔的长条形格栅管式墙板,格栅管式墙板空腔内浇筑混凝土填充物(1124),形成格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙(112)。
4.一种权利要求1所述的带有抛物线拱形塔帽的空间混合索网悬索桥的筒中筒桥塔的施工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在工厂制作矩形钢管混凝土角柱(111)和格栅管式双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙(112),装配式施工外筒结构(11)和核心筒结构(12),施工若干道刚性横隔板(13),形成筒中筒人字形塔柱(1);
步骤二:现场吊装施工将左右两个筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)安装在桥梁基础(4)之上,施工安装巨型连梁(3),施工安装巨型抛物线拱(21)在两个筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)的顶部,巨型刚性系杆(22)连接巨型抛物线拱(21)的两个拱脚,巨型斜撑(23)的一端锚固于筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)的腰部,巨型斜撑(23)的另一端支撑于巨型抛物线拱(21)的拱脚处,形成球拍状的带有抛物线拱形塔帽(2)的筒中筒桥塔;
步骤三:将缆索体系(5)分为承重钢丝缆索(51)和碳纤维空间索网(52)两组,承重钢丝缆索(51)搁置于筒中筒人字形塔柱(1)之上,承担竖向荷载,碳纤维空间索网(52)锚固于抛物线拱形塔帽(2)之上,增强悬索桥的空间刚度,缆索体系(5)之下悬挂施工安装桥面系加劲梁(6),安装栏杆,铺装环氧沥青混凝土路面,形成超大跨径的空间混合索网悬索桥,通车运行。
