Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an energy consumption proportion display method and a dish washing machine with the method, wherein the comparison between the energy consumption of a selected washing mode and the maximum energy consumption of all washing modes is added on a display part of the dish washing machine, so that a user can select an energy-saving and water-saving mode according to the requirement when selecting the washing mode, and the purposes of saving the water consumption, the electricity consumption and the detergent consumption of the user and protecting the environment are achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a method for displaying energy consumption proportion of dish washer, different washing modes are set on the dish washer, the energy consumption corresponding to different washing modes is different, includes the following steps,
step a: starting the dishwasher and selecting a washing mode;
step b: acquiring the energy consumption of the washing mode selected by the user and the maximum energy consumption of all the washing modes;
step c: the energy consumption amount of the washing mode selected by the user and the ratio of the maximum energy consumption amount among all the washing modes are displayed through the display device of the dishwasher.
In step c, the display mode is a brightness display mode, and if the washing stage of the washing mode with the largest energy consumption is n, the display blocks of the display device are divided into n blocks, and the same number of display blocks are lighted on the display device according to the number of the washing stages included in the washing mode selected by the user.
Further, in step b, the energy consumption of each washing mode is calculated in advance in the program, the user selects different washing modes when the system is in a standby state, and the system automatically acquires the energy consumption of the washing mode selected by the user and the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption.
In step c, the display means includes a display screen on which a ratio of the amount of energy consumption of the washing mode selected by the user to the amount of energy consumption of the washing mode having the greatest energy consumption is displayed in real time.
Further, in the step b, the system program determines the running time of each module, the water inlet temperature and the energy consumption of each stage of the washing mode, and calculates the total energy consumption of the selected washing mode; the same method is used to calculate the maximum energy consumption in all washing modes.
The energy consumption amount includes power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption.
A dishwasher with a method for displaying energy consumption proportion is provided with different washing modes, the energy consumption amount corresponding to different washing modes is different, a display device is arranged on the dishwasher, and the proportion of the energy consumption amount of the selected washing mode to the energy consumption amount of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption amount is displayed on the display device.
The display device is provided with evenly-divided display blocks, each display block is provided with a light source, the number of the display blocks is the same as that of washing stages of a washing mode with the maximum energy consumption, and the evenly-divided display blocks are preferably segmented LED lamps; the LED lamp is simple in implementation scheme, low in cost and visual in display.
And the display device is provided with a display screen, and the proportion of the energy consumption of the washing mode selected by the user to the energy consumption of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption is displayed on the display screen in real time.
The dishwasher is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting water inlet temperature, a storage for storing water inlet temperature, a device for detecting real-time water consumption and a device for detecting real-time detergent consumption.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
The display of the existing dish washer only has running time, the running time of the program can be only visually checked after the user selects the program, and the time comparison is carried out with other processes, along with the increase of the environmental awareness of the user, the requirements on the power consumption, the water consumption, the detergent consumption and the sewage discharge capacity are higher and higher, aiming at the defect of the existing scheme, the power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the detergent consumption of the selected washing mode are increased on the display part of the dish washer, and the comparison between the maximum power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the detergent consumption in all the washing modes is carried out, so that the user can select an energy-saving and water-saving mode according to the requirement when selecting the washing mode, the water consumption, the power consumption and the detergent consumption of the user are saved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the method for displaying the energy consumption proportion of the dish washer of the present invention, the dish washer is provided with different washing modes, the energy consumption amount corresponding to the different washing modes is different, comprising the following steps,
step a: starting the dishwasher and selecting a washing mode;
step b: acquiring the energy consumption of the washing mode selected by the user and the maximum energy consumption of all the washing modes;
step c: the energy consumption amount of the washing mode selected by the user and the ratio of the maximum energy consumption amount among all the washing modes are displayed through the display device of the dishwasher.
A dish washer with energy consumption proportion display method is provided with different washing modes, the energy consumption amount corresponding to different washing modes is different, and the dish washer is characterized in that: the dishwasher is provided with a display device, and the display device displays the ratio of the energy consumption of the selected washing mode to the energy consumption of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption.
The energy consumption amount includes power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the method for displaying the energy consumption ratio of the dishwasher according to the present embodiment, in step c, the display device is provided with a display block which can be lighted, the display block is arranged horizontally or longitudinally, and can be a horizontally segmented LED lamp or a longitudinally arranged LED lamp; generally, the washing mode of the dishwasher can be divided into an economical washing stage, a slow washing stage, a strong washing stage and the like according to the included washing stages, the washing stage of the economical washing process comprises three stages of main washing, secondary rinsing and final rinsing, the washing stage of the slow washing process comprises four stages of main washing, primary rinsing, secondary rinsing and final rinsing, the washing stage of the strong washing process comprises five stages of pre-washing, main washing, primary rinsing, secondary rinsing and final rinsing, the power consumption and the water consumption of the strong washing are the largest, the detergent added in the washing process is the largest, the slow washing process is the second, and the power consumption and the water consumption of the economical washing are the smallest; if the washing stage of the washing mode with the maximum power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption on the dishwasher is n, the display blocks of the display device are divided into n blocks, and the same number of display blocks are lightened on the display device according to the number of the washing stages contained in the washing mode selected by the user.
In step b, the power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption of each washing mode of the dishwasher is calculated in advance in the program, the user selects different washing modes when the system is in a standby state, and the system automatically acquires the power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption selected by the user.
Example two
In the step c, the display device includes a liquid crystal display screen, the liquid crystal display screen may display various information about the operation of the dishwasher through characters or images, and when the user starts the dishwasher and selects the washing mode, the liquid crystal display screen may display the power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the ratio of the detergent consumption of the selected washing mode to the power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the detergent consumption of the washing mode with the largest energy consumption through characters or images.
In step b, the system program determines the running time of each module, the water inlet temperature and the water consumption of each stage of the washing mode; calculating the total power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption of the selected washing mode; the maximum power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption in all washing modes is calculated by the same method.
EXAMPLE III
The display device is provided with evenly-divided display blocks, each display block is provided with a light source, the display blocks can be transversely-divided segmented LED lamps or longitudinally-segmented LDE lamps, and the number of the display blocks is the same as the number of washing stages of a washing mode with the largest power consumption and/or water consumption and/or detergent consumption;
or, the display device is provided with a liquid crystal display screen, the liquid crystal display screen can display various information of the operation of the dish washing machine through characters or images, and when a user starts the dish washing machine and selects a washing mode, the liquid crystal display screen can display the power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the proportion of the detergent consumption of the selected washing mode to the power consumption and/or the water consumption and/or the detergent consumption of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption through the characters or the images.
Example four
The dishwasher is characterized in that the dishwasher is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of inlet water and a storage for storing the temperature of the inlet water, after a washing mode of the dishwasher is started, the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the inlet water after the inlet water of the dishwasher is fed and stores the temperature of the inlet water into the storage, and because the working temperature of water of the dishwasher is generally higher than the temperature of the inlet water, a system inquires heating work according to the temperature of the inlet water and calculates the heating time of each heating stage, thereby calculating the total power consumption of the selected washing mode; the dishwasher is provided with a device for detecting the consumption of the detergent, the consumption of the detergent of each washing mode is calculated clearly in advance in a program, the detergent with corresponding quantity is added after the washing mode of the dishwasher is started, the real-time consumption of the detergent is obtained by the device for detecting the consumption of the detergent, and the proportion of the consumption of the detergent with the largest energy consumption in the washing mode is displayed to a user by a display device.
EXAMPLE five
The display scheme of the display device described in this embodiment is LED lamp display, the LED lamp in this embodiment may be replaced by a field of a nixie tube, the nixie tube does not use a middle position, and the remaining six segments of the other part may adopt a form of segmented display with six equal portions.
The water consumption of a strong washing mode of a certain dish washing machine is about 10L, the water consumption stage is divided into five stages of pre-washing, main washing, first rinsing, second rinsing and final rinsing, the water consumption of the economic washing mode is about 6L, the water consumption stage is divided into three stages of main washing, second rinsing and final rinsing, the progress bars of the LED lamps are equally divided into five parts, the comparison of the water consumption of the economic washing mode and the strong washing mode can be displayed on the display panel in real time, three LEDs and the like are lightened when the economic washing mode is selected, and 5 LED lamps are lightened when the strong washing mode is carried out. The power consumption adopts the same principle, the whole power consumption of each washing process is clearly calculated in advance in the program, the operator selects different washing modes when the system is in a standby state, and the system displays the number of the LED lamps according to the contrast value of equipment in the program; the dishwasher is provided with a device for detecting the consumption of the detergent, the consumption of the detergent of each washing mode is calculated clearly in advance in a program, after the washing mode of the dishwasher is started, the consumption of the detergent of the selected washing mode can be obtained, and the proportion of the consumption of the detergent of the washing mode with the maximum energy consumption is displayed to a user through a display device.
EXAMPLE six
The dishwasher described in this embodiment has a liquid crystal display screen, a user selects a washing mode to be operated after the dishwasher is started, the working time of main components of each module such as a washing pump and a drainage pump is determined, the water inlet temperature adopts the water inlet temperature of the last working time of the dishwasher, the work needing heating is inquired according to the water inlet temperature, the heating time of each heating stage is calculated, and therefore the total power consumption of the selected washing period is calculated. Calculating the maximum power consumption in all washing modes by using the same method, displaying the proportion on a liquid crystal display screen in real time through characters or images, detecting the water inlet temperature of the time by a temperature sensor after the water enters the dishwasher after the washing mode starts to operate, and storing the water inlet temperature of the time into a memory so as to calculate the power consumption of each washing mode when the dishwasher works next time; the dishwasher is provided with a device for detecting the consumption of the detergent, the consumption of the detergent of each washing mode is calculated clearly in advance in a program, the detergent with corresponding quantity is added after the washing mode of the dishwasher is started, the real-time consumption of the detergent is obtained by the device for detecting the consumption of the detergent, and the proportion of the consumption of the detergent with the largest energy consumption in the washing mode is displayed to a user by a display device.
