In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method, a system and a server for acquiring an electronic protocol, which are used for solving the problems of low processing efficiency and waste of paper resources in signing protocols in the prior art.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring an electronic protocol, where the method includes:
the method comprises the steps that a first server creates an electronic protocol template corresponding to a service type according to a protocol creation instruction and the service type, and sends the electronic protocol template to a second server;

the second server is configured to receive the electronic protocol template sent by the first server, obtain protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template, generate the first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template, and send the first electronic protocol to the first server;

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring an electronic protocol, which is executed on a second server, where the method includes:
receiving an electronic protocol template sent by a first server;
acquiring protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template;
and generating a first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template, and sending the first electronic protocol to the first server so that the first server generates a second electronic protocol according to the first electronic protocol.
In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a server, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method for acquiring an electronic protocol according to the third aspect when the computer program is executed.
In a sixth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a server, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the method for acquiring an electronic protocol according to the fourth aspect when the processor executes the computer program.
In a seventh aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for acquiring an electronic protocol according to the third aspect.
In an eighth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for acquiring an electronic protocol according to the fourth aspect.

The method for acquiring the electronic protocol is applied to a system comprising a first server and a second server.

The service type may also be independently sent to the first server by a client communicatively connected to the first server, and the service type may also be included in the protocol creation instruction.

In step S103, the auditing result of the first electronic protocol may be sent to the first server by a client communicatively coupled to the first server. For example, an associated worker accesses the first server via a client communicatively coupled to the first server, views the first electronic protocol, and then enters an audit result of the first electronic protocol via the client communicatively coupled to the first server for transmission by the client to the first server.
In step S104, when the first server authenticates the client according to the authentication information, any security authentication method may be used.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the creation, authentication and signature of the protocol are completed through the system, and the transmission of the protocol adopts a network transmission mode, so that compared with the manual transmission modes such as mailing, the transmission speed is fast, the time required by the signing process is shortened to a great extent, and therefore the processing efficiency is improved. Moreover, the signing of the protocol does not need paper resources, so that the paper resources are saved.
In an exemplary implementation, step S104 may include: the first server receives real-name authentication information and/or signer image information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client, and performs authentication according to the real-name authentication information and/or the signer image information.
In the example, the identity of the signer is confirmed by using the real name information and the image information of the protocol signer, so that the accuracy of the signer is ensured, and the reliability of the protocol is improved.
In one exemplary implementation, signing the person image information may include signing at least one of a person face image, signing a person iris image, signing a person fingerprint image. Of course, the signer image information may be any other image information capable of uniquely identifying the signer, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the example, the identity of the signer is confirmed by utilizing the information such as the face image, the iris image, the fingerprint image and the like, so that the accuracy of the signer is ensured, and the reliability of the protocol can be improved.
In an exemplary implementation process, before step S103, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: the first server receives the auditing result of the first electronic protocol. As previously described, the audit result of the first electronic protocol may be sent to the first server by a client communicatively coupled to the first server.
The auditing result of the first electronic protocol may be that the first electronic protocol passes the auditing, or that the first electronic protocol fails the auditing.
In an exemplary implementation, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: and the first server sends protocol modification indication information to the second server according to the auditing result that the first electronic protocol fails to pass the auditing, wherein the protocol modification indication information is used for indicating the modification of the first electronic protocol.
In the example, when the protocol content is wrong, the indication information is modified through the network transmission protocol, so that the time is short and the efficiency is high.
On the basis of the above, in an exemplary implementation process, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: the second server obtains modification information corresponding to the first electronic protocol, and modifies the first electronic protocol according to the modification information to obtain a modified electronic protocol; the second server sends the modified version of the electronic protocol to the first server; the first server sends the modified electronic protocol to the client according to the auditing result of the modified electronic protocol passing the auditing; the first server receives authentication information corresponding to the modified version electronic protocol sent by the client and authenticates according to the authentication information; after the authentication is passed, the first server receives the signature information sent by the client, and generates a second electronic protocol according to the signature information and the modified electronic protocol. That is, when the modified version of the first electronic protocol passes the audit, the first server generates a second electronic protocol according to the modified version of the electronic protocol.
In this example, when the protocol content is wrong, the system modifies the protocol content and transmits the modified protocol through the network, so that compared with the document modification process of mailing the paper protocol to be modified, modifying the paper protocol and mailing the modified paper protocol, the modification processing time of the protocol is greatly shortened, and therefore, the processing efficiency can be improved.
In an exemplary implementation, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: the first server stores the second electronic protocol.
In this example, the signed protocol is stored in the server in the form of data, which is convenient to manage and can save physical space compared with a paper-form protocol document. And the electronic protocol in the data form can be downloaded and stored at any time, and is convenient to find and acquire.
In an exemplary implementation, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: the first server receives an electronic protocol query request of the second server, wherein the electronic protocol query request is used for indicating to query an electronic protocol corresponding to a specified medical institution; the first server reads a target second electronic protocol corresponding to the designated medical institution from the designated storage location; the first server sends the target second electronic protocol to the second server.
The second electronic protocol can be conveniently inquired by the user, and compared with the protocol document in a paper form, the inquiring efficiency is improved to a greater extent.
In an exemplary implementation process, after step S101, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol may further include: the first server generates reminding information and sends the reminding information to the corresponding client, and the reminding information is used for prompting to process the electronic protocol template.
In general, a user needs to log in a system corresponding to the second server to know whether an electronic protocol template to be processed exists. The method and the device enable the user to timely acquire whether the electronic protocol template to be processed exists or not under the condition that the user does not log in the system corresponding to the second server, so that the time required by the signing process of the electronic protocol is shortened, and the processing efficiency is improved.
According to the method for acquiring the electronic protocol, the first server is used for creating the electronic protocol template corresponding to the service type according to the protocol creation instruction and the service type, the electronic protocol template is sent to the second server, the second server is used for acquiring protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template, generating the first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template and sending the first electronic protocol to the first server, the first server is used for sending the first electronic protocol to the client according to the auditing result of the auditing of the first electronic protocol, the first server is used for receiving authentication information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client and carrying out authentication according to the authentication information, and after the authentication is passed, the first server is used for receiving signature information sent by the client and generating the second electronic protocol according to the signature information and the first electronic protocol. Moreover, in this embodiment, the signing of the protocol does not require paper resources, so that the paper resources are saved.

The embodiment of the invention provides an electronic protocol acquisition system, which is used for executing the electronic protocol acquisition method in the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a functional block diagram of an electronic protocol acquisition system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the electronic protocol acquisition system may include a first server 210 and a second server 220, where the first server 210 and the second server 220 are connected through a network, and the method includes:
a first server 210 for creating an electronic protocol template corresponding to the service type according to the protocol creation instruction and the service type, and transmitting the electronic protocol template to a second server 220; and the second server 220 is configured to receive the first electronic protocol sent by the second server 220, send the first electronic protocol to the client according to an audit result that the first electronic protocol passes the audit, receive authentication information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client, authenticate according to the authentication information, receive signature information sent by the client after the authentication is passed, and generate a second electronic protocol according to the signature information and the first electronic protocol.
The second server 220 is configured to receive the electronic protocol template sent by the first server 210, obtain the protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template, generate a first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template, and send the first electronic protocol to the first server 210.
In an exemplary implementation process, when the first server 210 is configured to receive authentication information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client and perform authentication according to the authentication information, the method may be specifically used to: and receiving real-name authentication information and/or signer image information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client, and authenticating according to the real-name authentication information and/or the signer image information.

In an exemplary implementation, the first server 210 is further configured to receive an electronic protocol query request from the second server 220, where the electronic protocol query request is used to indicate to query an electronic protocol corresponding to a specified medical institution; and a target second electronic protocol corresponding to the designated medical institution is read from the designated storage location; and transmitting the target second electronic protocol to the second server.
In an exemplary implementation, the first server 210 is further configured to generate alert information, and send the alert information to the corresponding client, where the alert information is used to prompt processing of the electronic protocol template.
The electronic protocol acquiring system provided in the embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the electronic protocol acquiring method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, so that, where the details of the embodiment are not described in detail, please refer to the description of the corresponding parts in the first embodiment, and the details are not repeated here.
According to the electronic protocol acquisition system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic protocol template corresponding to the service type is created through the first server according to the protocol creation instruction and the service type, and the electronic protocol template is sent to the second server, the second server acquires the protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template, generates the first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template, and sends the first electronic protocol to the first server according to the auditing result of the auditing, the first server receives the authentication information corresponding to the first electronic protocol sent by the client and carries out authentication according to the authentication information, and after the authentication is passed, the first server receives the signature information sent by the client and generates the second electronic protocol according to the signature information and the first electronic protocol. Moreover, in this embodiment, the signing of the protocol does not require paper resources, so that the paper resources are saved.

In an exemplary implementation, the method may further include: generating reminding information, and sending the reminding information to the corresponding client, wherein the reminding information is used for prompting the processing of the electronic protocol template.

The embodiment of the invention provides an electronic protocol acquisition method, which corresponds to the step of the second server side in the electronic protocol acquisition method in the foregoing embodiment.

As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the method for acquiring an electronic protocol is performed on the aforementioned second server, and the method may include the following steps:

The server of the present embodiment is the first server in the foregoing embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a simplified block diagram of a first server provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the first server 500 may include a processor 501 coupled to one or more data storage means, which may include a storage medium and a memory unit 504. The first server 500 may also include an input interface 505 and an output interface 507 for communicating with another device or system. Program code executed by the CPU of the processor 501 may be stored in the memory unit 504 or the storage medium 506.
The processor 501 in the first server 500 invokes program code stored in the memory unit 504 or the storage medium 506 to perform the following steps:

The server of the present embodiment is the second server in the foregoing embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a simplified block diagram of a second server provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the second server 600 may include a processor 601 coupled to one or more data storage means, which may include a storage medium and a memory unit 604. The second server 600 may also include an input interface 605 and an output interface 607 for communicating with another device or system. Program code executed by the CPU of the processor 601 may be stored in the memory unit 604 or the storage medium 606.
The processor 601 in the second server 600 invokes program code stored in the memory unit 604 or the storage medium 606 to perform the following steps:
receiving an electronic protocol template sent by a first server;
acquiring protocol content corresponding to the electronic protocol template;
and generating a first electronic protocol according to the protocol content and the electronic protocol template, and sending the first electronic protocol to the first server so that the first server generates a second electronic protocol according to the first electronic protocol.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 601 may be further configured to: and receiving protocol modification indication information sent by the first server, wherein the protocol modification indication information is used for indicating modification of the first electronic protocol.
Based on the above, in one exemplary implementation, the processor 601 may be further configured to: acquiring modification information corresponding to the first electronic protocol, and modifying the first electronic protocol according to the modification information to obtain a modified version electronic protocol; the modified version of the electronic protocol is sent to the first server such that the first server generates a second electronic protocol based on the modified version of the electronic protocol.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 601 may be further configured to: sending an electronic protocol query request to a first server, wherein the electronic protocol query request is used for indicating to query an electronic protocol corresponding to a specified medical institution; and receiving a target second electronic protocol corresponding to the designated medical institution returned by the first server.
