废气净化和再循环装置尤其用于减少热机的燃料消耗,特别是机动车辆的燃料消耗。
如现有技术中公知的、尤其是根据FR 3 041 033A1的一种净化和再循环装置比较笨重,难以安装到排气管路中。

图1和2示出废气净化和再循环装置10,其用于布置在尤其是机动车辆的排气系统中。
净化和再循环装置10具有上游管12,上游管沿第一方向X1延伸。该上游管12例如用于连接于排气系统的涡轮压缩机、通常是涡轮压缩发动机的出口,或者连接于常压发动机的排气歧管的出口。上游管12例如由不锈钢制造。

Claims (10)

1.废气净化和再循环装置(10),其具有:
-上游管(12),上游管沿第一方向(X1)延伸,上游管内接纳至少一个废气净化部件(14),
-第一下游管(16),第一下游管沿第二方向(X2)延伸,第一下游管内接纳至少一个热交换器(18),
-第二下游管(28),第二下游管用于连接于废气出口管,
其特征在于,废气净化和再循环装置具有中间室(30),中间室具有:
-废气入口(32),废气入口在废气净化部件(14)的下游,与上游管(12)连通,
-第一废气出口(34),第一废气出口与第一下游管(16)连通,以及
-第二废气出口(36),第二废气出口与第二下游管(28)连通;
并且,第一方向(X1)和第二方向(X2)之间形成的角(γ)包括在0°至90°之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,第一方向(X1)和第二方向(X2)之间形成的角(γ)包括在0至45°之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,第一方向(X1)和第二方向(X2)之间形成的角(γ)包括在45°至90°之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,中间室(30)由壳体限定,壳体由至少两个彼此固定的壳体部分(30a,30b)的组合件形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,壳体具有:
-第一壳体部分(30a),第一壳体部分具有废气入口(32)和第一废气出口(34),以及
-第二壳体部分(30b),第二壳体部分具有第二废气出口(36)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,第一废气出口(34)被过滤器(37)覆盖。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,中间室(30)具有废气导向件(40),废气导向件布置成将来自废气入口(32)的一部分废气导向第一废气出口(34)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,中间室(30)至少部分地由壳体限定,壳体具有向第二废气出口(36)收敛的凹侧面。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,废气净化和再循环装置具有旁通管(22),旁通管平行于第一下游管(16),旁通管(22)能由专用阀(24)封闭。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的废气净化和再循环装置(10),其特征在于,废气入口(32)布置成面对第二废气出口(36)。
