The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
Example 1
The embedded kitchen processor as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a machine body 1, wherein the machine body 1 is integrally embedded in a kitchen cabinet 3, the machine body 1 is arranged on a stretching device 8, the stretching device 8 is connected with a cabinet door 31 of the kitchen cabinet 3, and a handle 32 is arranged on the cabinet door 31; the stretching device 8 adopts a conventional rail stretching structure, and the stretching device 8 is moved outwards to drive the whole machine body 1 to be moved outwards by applying a pulling force outwards through the handle 32.
A first pot body 11 and a second pot body 12 are arranged in the machine body 1, a first heating body 13 is arranged at the lower part of the first pot body 11, and a second heating body 20 is arranged at the lower part of the second pot body 12; the upper part of the first pot body 11 is provided with a first sealing cover 14, the upper part of the second pot body 12 is provided with a second sealing cover 15, the first pot body 11 is internally provided with a steam inlet 16, the second pot body 12 is internally provided with a steam outlet 19, the steam inlet 16 and the steam outlet 19 are communicated through a steam pipeline 17, and the steam pipeline 17 is internally provided with a first one-way pressure valve 18 which is opened when the pressure is greater than or equal to a first set pressure and is closed when the pressure is less than or equal to the first set pressure; the steam pipe 17 penetrates through the first sealing cover 14 and the second sealing cover 15 in a sealing mode; a steam outflow pipeline 4 is further arranged above the first sealing cover 14 and the second sealing cover 15, an inlet of the steam outflow pipeline 4 is communicated with a steam pipeline 17, and a position where the inlet of the steam outflow pipeline 4 is communicated with the steam pipeline 17 is located behind the first one-way pressure valve 18; the outlet of the steam outflow pipeline 4 is communicated with the outside 1 of the machine body; and a second one-way pressure valve 41 is arranged in the steam outflow pipeline 4, and is opened when the pressure is larger than the second preset pressure and is closed when the pressure is smaller than or equal to the second preset pressure. In this embodiment, the first predetermined pressure is 0.1MP; the second predetermined pressure is 0.5MP.
In this embodiment, the first pot 11 and the second pot 12 may have a knife set 6 for stirring or crushing food, and the knife set 6 is connected to the driving motor 9 through a rotating shaft.
When the pressure is larger than 0.1MP in the rice steaming process by using the first pot body 11, the first one-way pressure valve is opened, steam is discharged into the second pot body 12 from the steam inlet 16 through the steam inlet 16 and the steam pipeline 17, and dishes in the second pot body 12 are steamed; when the pressure in the first pot body and the second pot body is higher than 0.5MP, the second one-way pressure valve 41 is opened, and the steam generated in the two pot bodies is discharged to the outside of the pot body through the steam outflow pipeline 4, so that the pressure in the two pot bodies is prevented from being too high, and dangers are generated. Under the combined action of the first one-way pressure valve and the second one-way pressure valve, steam generated by steaming dishes in the second pot body 12 cannot flow back into the first pot body 11 to cause rice smell mixing, so that the steam generated in the first pot body 11 can flow into the second pot body 12 in one way; when the pressure in the first pot 11 is less than or equal to 0.1MP, steam does not flow out, and all the steam generated in the first pot 11 is used for cooking rice. In general, the time for steaming rice is relatively long, the steam generated by the steam cooker can meet the energy required by cooking common easy-to-cook dishes, and for the difficult-to-cook dishes, the second heating body 20 can be started to perform auxiliary heating on the second pot body 12.
The invention can ensure the simultaneous cooking of rice and dishes, and can fully utilize the steam energy generated by steaming rice, thereby realizing the maximum utilization of energy. Not only saves electric energy, but also avoids the trouble of cleaning condensed water drops in cleaning.
Example two
Unlike the first embodiment, the knife set 6 in the first pan is connected with the driving motor 9 through a rotating shaft assembly, wherein the rotating shaft assembly is a telescopic shaft body, and the telescopic shaft body can realize extension and shortening under different steering actions of the driving motor 9; the drive motor 9 controls the assembly 5 to control the rotational speed and the steering of the assembly 5, see fig. 3-5.
The rotating shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft 2 with external threads on the outer peripheral wall, a shaft sleeve 7 with internal threads on the inner peripheral wall, the lower part of the rotating shaft 2 is connected with the output end of a driving motor 9, the shaft sleeve 7 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 2 in a threaded manner, and the upper end of the shaft sleeve 7 is fixed with a knife set 6; the shaft sleeve 7 is internally provided with an upper limit part and a lower limit part which can prevent external threads on the rotating shaft 2 from sliding, the upper limit part is positioned above the lower limit part, and the distance between the upper limit part and the lower limit part forms the telescopic distance of the rotating shaft assembly.
When the kitchen processor is adopted to fry the first embedded pot body 11, after a frying program is selected through the man-machine interaction interface 51 connected with the control component 5, the control component 5 controls the driving motor 9 to rotate positively according to the preset first rotating speed, the driving motor further controls the rotating shaft to rotate positively, under the action of the rotating shaft rotating positively, the shaft sleeve moves upwards through the threaded connection relation with the rotating shaft, the shaft sleeve further drives the group to move upwards, the food materials around the knife group turn upwards along with the shaft sleeve, and the food materials at the top of the first pot body move to the pot body under the action of gravity; when the shaft sleeve moves upwards until the external thread on the rotating shaft contacts with the lower limit part inside the shaft sleeve, the rotating shaft assembly reaches the maximum elongation, and the rotating knife set does not move upwards any more but rotates positively under the drive of the rotating shaft; under the control of the control component 5, after the rotating shaft rotates forward for a first preset time according to a preset first rotating speed, the control component 5 starts to control the driving motor to rotate reversely according to a second preset rotating speed, the driving motor further controls the rotating shaft to rotate reversely, the shaft sleeve moves downwards through a threaded connection relation with the rotating shaft under the action of rotating shaft reversing, the shaft sleeve further drives the knife set to move downwards, and the downward movement of the food attached to the knife set at the top also causes downward displacement; when the shaft sleeve moves downwards to the position where the external thread on the rotating shaft contacts with the upper limit part inside the shaft sleeve, the rotating shaft assembly reaches the maximum contraction amount, the cutter group does not move downwards any more, and rotates reversely along with the rotating shaft, and under the control of the control assembly, the rotating shaft reversely rotates for a second preset time according to a preset second rotating speed, and then the driving motor is controlled to rotate forwards according to the preset first rotating speed again, so that the two processes are repeated until the cooking procedure is finished. In the whole cooking process, the extension and the shrinkage of the rotating shaft assembly are realized through the positive rotation and the negative positive combination of the driving motor, so that the continuous up-movement and down-movement of the cutter set are realized, the continuous up-and-down overturning of food materials is realized, and the phenomenon that the food materials are heated unevenly when the dishes are cooked is avoided.
